ઘડપણ કોણે મોકલ્યું ની વાત જવાદો, અણઘડપણ કોણે મોકલ્યું?

જો વ્યક્તિ પોતાને કેન્દ્રમાં રાખીને વર્તે તો પરિણામે આપણે તેને ક્યારેક જ નહીં પણ મોટેભાગે અણઘડ જ કહીશું.

જ્યારે આ વસ્તુ બહુ વ્યાપક બને ત્યારે આપણે તેને મને કમને સ્વિકારી લઈએ છીએ. પણ તેને પરિણામે થતા સામાજીક નુકશાનને સમજી શકતા નથી.

વ્યક્તિગત અણઘડપણુ આમ તો સમાજીક અણઘડપણાને લીધે ટકે છે. સામાજીક અણઘડપણાને રોકવા માટે કાયદાનું શાસન હોય છે. પણ કાયદાનું શાસન ચલાવવાનું જેમનું કર્તવ્ય હોય છે અને જેને માટે તેમને વેતન મળે છે તેમને આપણે સરકારી નોકરો કહી છીએ. આ સરકારી નોકરો જ જો અણઘડ હોય તો તમે વ્યક્તિગત રીતે શું કરો? આ માટે આપણે એક વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવી છે. અને આપણે તેને રાજકીય વ્યવસ્થા એમ કહીએ છીએ. આ રાજકીય વ્યવસ્થામાં આપણે આપણા પ્રતિનિધિઓ ચૂંટીએ છીએ અને તેમને દેખરેખની સત્તા આપીએ છીએ.

આ લોકો પણ અણઘડ
હવે આ લોકો પણ અણઘડ હોય તો? જો આ લોકો પોતાનો બચાવ કરવા માટે વિતંડાવાદ ચલાવે તો? આવું બધું રોકવા માટે કાયદાનું યોગ્ય અર્થઘટન કરી સામાજીક હિતમાં જો જે તે કાયદાની જોગવાઈ અનુરુપ ન હોય તો તેને સુધારવાની અથવા જો કાયદો બરાબર હોય તો જેને તેને  દંડિત કરવા માટે ન્યાયતંત્રની જોગવાઈ કરી છે. તેથી કરીને, ક્યાંક તો સારો વ્યક્તિ આવશે અને સામાજીક ન્યાય કરશે તેવી ધારણા સાથે સમાજ આગળ વધશે.

સમાચાર માધ્યમોનું કર્તવ્ય
સૌનો અવાજ સંભળાય અને સાચા ખોટા વિષે ચર્ચા થાય એ માટે સમાચાર માધ્યમો છે. આ સમાચાર માધ્યમોનું કર્તવ્ય ફક્ત સમાચાર આપવાનું નથી પણ સમાજને કેળવવાનું પણ છે. સમાચારને તેના યોગ્ય સંદર્ભમાં અને યોગ્ય માત્રામાં વ્યક્ત કરવા તે વિવેકશીલતા સમાચાર માધ્યમના સંચાલકોમાં હોવી જોઇએ. પણ જો બધી જગ્યાએ સ્વકેન્દ્રિત (અણઘડ) વૃત્તિઓ કામ કરતી હોય તો શું થાય?
આપણો દેશ તેનો ઉત્તમ નમૂનો છે.

અણઘડપણું અને નિરક્ષરતામાં શું ફેર?
આણઘડપણા અને નિરક્ષરતામાં કશો ફેર નથી. આ બાબતમાં નારણભાઈ દેસાઈએ (ગુજરાત વિદ્યાપીઠના કુલપતિ) કરેલી નિરક્ષરતાની વ્યાખ્યા સમજવા જેવી છે.
નિરક્ષર એટલે શું? નિરક્ષર એટલે સામાજિક સમસ્યાને ન જાણવી અને ન સમજવી તે. જો તમારામાં અક્ષરજ્ઞાન હોય તો તમે વાંચી શકો અને સારા નરસા વિષે વિચારકરવાની વૃત્તિ હોય તો તમે વાતને કે સમસ્યાને સમજી શકો. પણ જો તમારી પાસે અક્ષરજ્ઞાન હોય પણ વાંચવાની જ વૃત્તિ ન હોય તો? હવે જો આવું જ હોય તો તમારામાં અને અક્ષરજ્ઞાનહીનતા વાળામાં શું ફેર? તેવી જ રીતે જો વાંચો પણ સમજવાની વૃત્તિ જ નહોય તો વાંચ્યા ન વાંચ્યામાં ફેર શો? કદાચ તેથી જ નરેન્દ્ર મોદી “ગુજરાત વાંચે”ની ઝુંબેશ ચલાવે છે.

આ અણઘડતા, વિષય સાથે સંબંધિત હોય છે. પણ સામાજીક વ્યવસ્થા પણ એક વિષય છે. અને મનુષ્યમાત્ર સામાજીક પ્રાણી છે. એટલે તેની વ્યવસ્થાને સમજવી અનિવાર્ય છે. આ વાત જે ન સમજે તેને અણઘડ જ કહેવાય.

આ અણઘડતાનું પરિણામ શું છે?

વાસ્તવમાં ભ્રષ્ટાચાર એ આ અણઘડતાની નીપજ છે.

કશું મફત થતું નથી. બધે એજન્ટ હોય છે

સૌથી વ્યાપક ભ્રષ્ટાચાર બાંધકામ ક્ષેત્રમાં છે. લોકોને ચાલવામાં અને વાહનવ્યવહારમાં મુશ્કેલી ન પડે તે હેતુથી બાંધકામના નિયમો બનાવ્યા. તે નિયમોનું છડે ચોક ઉલંઘન થયું. વ્યાપક તકલીફો ઉત્પન્ન થઈ. જે પગારદારોને જનતાના પૈસે રોક્યા હતા તેમણે નિયમોના ઉલંઘનમાં બિલ્ડરોને સાથ આપ્યો. કટકી કરી. ગેરકાયદેસર બાંધકામ ગરજમંદોને વેચાયું. અગવડો ઉત્પન્ન થઈ. સુખેથી ચાલવાની જગા ન રહી. વાહનોને ગોબા પડ્યા. જેઓને લોકોએ ચૂંટીને નિગરાની માટે મોકલ્યા હતા તેમણે આ અણઘડ લોકો સાથે હાથ મિલાવ્યા અને ભાગીદારી કરી પોતે તેમની મંડળીમાં ભળી ગયા.

કશું મફત થતું નથી. બધે એજન્ટ હોય છે આ કે આ

લવીંગકેરી લાકડીએ રામે સીતાને માર્યા લોલ

પણ કોઈ માઈનો લાલ કોર્ટે ચડ્યો. ન્યાયાલયને પાનો ચડાવ્યો. ન્યાયાલયે હૂંકાર કર્યો. જવાબ આપો? આ તો બધું વ્યાપક હતું. એટલું જ નહીં ફોજદારી ગુનો પણ બનતો હતો. જો ફોજદારી ગુનો વ્યાપક હોય, તો ઉંડી તપાસ કરવી જોઇએ. અને તે ગુનાની વ્યાપકતાને રેકોર્ડ ઉપર લઈ, તમામે તમામ સામે કામ ચલાવવું જોઇએ. આ ગુનાઓની તપાસ માટે એક તપાસ કમીશન નિમાવવું જોઇએ. જો સરકાર આ વહીવટી કામ ન કરે તો ન્યાયાલયે આદેશો બહાર પાડવા જોઇએ. ગુનાઓને તો તમે છાવરી શકો જ નહીં. અને વળી અહીં તો, ચોર, ચોરી કરનાર, ચોરી કરાવનાર, ચોકીદાર, ચોરીનો માલ, ચોરને સાથ આપનાર બધાજ હાજર છે અને હાથવગા પણ છે. એટલે ન્યાયાલયે તો ફક્ત આદેશ જ આપવાનો હતો અને છે, કે “તપાસ પંચ કમીશન નીમો”. જેમ સ્પેશીયલ ઇન્વેસ્ટીગેશન ટીમ “પોસ્ટ ગોધરા રમખાણો” માટે નીમી છે તેમ આ વ્યાપક ગુનાખોરીની તપાસ કરવા માટે પણ તપાસ પંચ નીમો અને એફઆઈઆર દાખલ કરો. સમય મર્યાદા નક્કી કરો. પણ ન્યાયાલયે શાબ્દિક પૂણ્યપ્રકોપ કર્યો “જવાબ આપો”? (લવીંગકેરી લાકડીએ રામે સીતાને માર્યા લોલ).

અણઘડ ઈલાજ

ગુનેગારોએ અંદર અંદર ચર્ચા મસલત કરી
અણઘડોએ ઉર્ફે  ચોરોએ ઉર્ફે સામુહિક રીતે કરેલી ગુનાખોરીના ગુનેગારોએ અંદર અંદર ચર્ચા મસલત કરી જવાબ આપ્યો અમે કાયદો બદલીએ છીએ. અને તે ઉપરાંત જે કંઈ તકલીફો ઉભી થઈ છે તેનું આ કાયદા થકી ધ્યાન રાખીશું. ઘણા થયેલા નુકશાનોને “અનડન” કરવા અથવા પૂર્તિ કરવા મુશ્કેલ જ નહીં અશક્ય પણ હોય છે. અને અણઘડ લોકોના લેબલો લાગેલા આ સરકારી ગુનેગારો ની દાનત ખોરી જ હોય તો તમે અશક્યનું લેબલ બિન્ધાસ્ત લગાડી શકો. તેઓ કેવા નિર્ણયો લેશે તેનું ભવિષ્ય તો તાજુ જન્મેલું બાબલું પણ ભાખી શકે. પણ ન્યાયાલયે કહ્યું “ઓકે.. જલ્દી માપદંડ બનાવો.” હવે આવા ન્યાયાલયને આપણે શું કહીશું?
સંસ્કૃતમાં એક શ્લોક છે “અથવા મૃદુવસ્તુ હિંસિતું મૃદુનૈવારભતે પ્રજાન્તક …” ( એક રાજાની સૌંદર્યવાન નાજુક રાણી ઉપર ફુલ પડ્યું અને તે બેભાન થઈ ગઈ) એટલે કાલીદાસે લખ્યું કે ઈશ્વર મૃદુ વ્યક્તિને તાડિત કરવા માટે મૃદુ વસ્તુથી શરુઆત કરે છે.
આ બધા મૃદુ છે?
બિલ્ડરો, સરકારી નોકરો અને તેની ઉપર નીગરાની રાખવા વાળા આ ચૂંટાયેલા પ્રતિનિધિઓ  આ બધા બહુ મૃદુ વ્યક્તિઓ છે. એટલે તેમને તાડન કરવા માટે મૃદુ તાડન થવું જોઇએ. જોકે કાલીદાસે તો “તાડનના આરંભની વાત જ કરેલ” પણ અહીં તો આ પૂર્ણવિરામ જ લાગે છે અને તાડન તો છે જ નહીં.

ભોજ રાજાની વાત
ભોજ રાજાની એક વાત કંઈક આવી છે. ભોજરાજા ના રાજ્યમાં પોલીસે ચાર યુવકોને જુગાર રમવા બદલ પકડ્યા. આ ચારમાં એક બ્રાહ્મણ હતો. બીજો વાણીયો હતો અને ત્રીજો શુદ્ર હતો. (મહેરબાની કરી કોઈએ આમાંથી જ્ઞાતિવાદને લગતો બોધપાઠ કે તારવણી ન કરવી. હાલના રકમબંધ બ્રાહ્મણો કોઈને પણ અભડાવે એવા છે).
રાજાએ બ્રાહ્મણ યુવકને કહ્યું “ધીસ ઈઝ વેરી બેડ” અને તેને સજા કર્યાવગર છોડી દીધો.
વણિક યુવકને ધમકી આપી કે હવેથી જો જુગાર રમીશ તો જેલની સજા કરીશ. જા જતો રહે. અને શુદ્ર યુવકને એકમાસની જેલની સજા કરી.
પ્રધાનજીને ભોજરાજાના આ ન્યાયથી આશ્ચર્ય થયું. તેમણે ભોજરાને પૃચ્છા કરી. “એક અને સરખા પ્રમાણના ગુનાસામે અલગ અલગ વ્યક્તિને અલગ અલગ સજા કેમ. રાજા એ કહ્યું એકમાસ પછી વાત. સમયાન્તરે પ્રધાનજીએ તે વાત યાદ દેવડાવી. રાજાભોજ પ્રધાનજીને નગરચર્યા માટે લઈ ગયા. બ્રાહ્મણને ઘરે તપાસ કરી તો તે બ્રાહ્મણ યુવકે ઘરે આવીને રાત્રે પશ્ચાતાપમાં આત્મહત્યા કરી નાખેલી. વાણીયાને ઘરે તપાસ કરી, જાણવા મળ્યું કે તે વણિક યુવક ગૃહત્યાગ કરી આત્મબળે કમાણી કરવા બીજે દેશ ચાલ્યો ગયેલો. શુદ્રને ઘરે તપાસ કરી તો એક ઝાડનીચે તેના બીજા મિત્રો સાથે તે જુગાર રમી રહ્યો હતો.
શું ભારતીય ન્યાયાલય એમ માને છે આ બિલ્ડરો, સરકારી નોકરો અને ચૂંટાયેલા પ્રતિનિધિઓ ભોજરાજાના બ્રાહ્મણો છે?
નાજી. કારણકે ન્યાય કરવાવાળો ક્યાં ભોજરાજા છે? ક્યાં રાજા ભોજ અને ક્યાં ….!!
હવે તો ઈમ્પેક્ટ ફી આવશે. અને તે જેને લૂટી લીધેલો છે તેની પાસેથી વસુલ કરવામાં આવશે.

શું બિલ્ડરો, સરકારી નોકરો અને ચૂંટાયેલા પ્રતિનિધિઓને દંડિત કરી શકાય તેમ નથી?
કશું અશક્ય નથી.
આ ત્રણે પાસેથી પૈસા વસુલ કરો. હે ન્યાયાલય વાસીઓ જો તમારે દયાવૃત્તિ બતાવવી જ હોય તો ઈમ્પેક્ટ ટેક્ષ જે સામાન્ય ટેક્ષ કરતાં છ ગણો હોય તેટલો દરવર્ષે ડબલ થાય તેટલો આ ત્રણે પાસેથી વસુલ કરો. અને તે પૈસામાં પાર્કીંગ ની વ્યવસ્થા કરો. જો આમાં વધુ દયા બતાવવી હોય તો તેઓ જેટલા વખતથી વપરાશમાં છે અને તેને જ્યાં સુધી તોડી ન નાખે ત્યાં સુધી આ ત્રણે પાસેથી વસુલ કર્યા કરો. ગેરકાયદેસર બાંધકામો અને દબાણો આપોઆપ હઠી જશે અને વધુ બંધાતા બંધ થઈ જશે.
તમે કદાચ કહેશો કે આ છ ગણો ટેક્ષ કયા આધારે નક્કી કર્યો?
રેલ્વેમાં તમે જેટલો સામાન અધિકૃત છે તેથી વધુ લઈ જાઓ તો વધારાના સામાન ઉપર છ ગણો દર લગાવવામાં આવે છે.
જો તમે એક વખત અસામાજિક ગુનો કરો તો બીજી વખત ગુનો કર્યાની સજા બમણી કે તેથી પણ વધુ થઈ શકે છે.
બાંધકામ ઉપર દરવર્ષે ટેક્ષ લેવામાં આવે છે. ગેરકાયદેસર બાંધકામ એ એક ગુનો છે. તમે છ ગણો ટેક્ષ ભરો એટલે એ વખત પૂરતી વાત પતી ગઈ. પણ બીજે વર્ષે, કારણ કે તમે તે   ગેરકાયદેસ બાંધકામના ગુનાનું અસ્તિત્વ ચાલુ રાખ્યું તેથી બમણી સજા થવી જોઇએ.
તમે ચોરીનો ગુનો કર્યો હોય અને તેની સજા થઈ હોય અને તે ભોગવી હોય એટલે તમને તે ચોરીના પૈસા ભોગવાની મંજુરી મળી જતી નથી.
ધારો કે તમે હેલમેટ ન પહેરીને કાયદાનો ભંગ કર્યો હોય અને દંડના ધારોકે રુપીયા ૫૦ ભર્યા હોય, તો કંઈ તમને જીંદગી ભર હેલમેટ પહેરવામાંથી મૂક્તિ મળી જતી નથી. હેલમેટ ન પહેરવી તે તો સીવીલ ઓફેન્સ છે. પણ જમીન ઉપરનું ગેરકાયદેસર બાંધકામ અને દબાણ અને તે માટે કરાયેલા વ્યવહારો તો ફોજદારી ગુનાઓ છે. અને તેનું સાતત્ય તે ગુનાઓનું પુનરાવર્તન છે.

“આક્રમણની” વ્યાખ્યા
યાદ કરો યુનોમાં ભારતે કરેલી ગોવા ઉપરના ભારતીય આક્રમણની વિષે “આક્રમણની” વ્યાખ્યા. એક દેશની જમીનના એક હિસ્સા ઉપર બીજા દેશનો કબજો એ “સતત આક્રમણ” છે અને આક્રમણનો હિંસક પ્રતિકાર એ માનવીય હક્ક છે.

ગેરકાયદેસર બાંધકામ અને અતિક્રમણ પણ માનવીય હક્ક ઉપરનું “સતત આક્રમણ” છે.

It was a plus point for BJP that it has not lost Punjab and it gained Goa. But its performance in UP and Uttarakhand is a matter of research.

It is very common among the pro-BJP persons to abuse BJP leadership for the bad performance in these two states. To abuse the leadership who canvassed in UP  for BJP, is not a way out or a solution for better or remarkable performance.

ANALYSE AIM AND STYLE TO BE ADOPTED WHILE CANVASSING

Who are the voters?

What are the priorities of voters?

Voters are:

Poor mass which is always engaged in day to day problems of survival or financial problems.

What is the percentage of this group? It is not less than 90 percent.

HOW THIS GROUP CAN BE FURTHER CLASSIFIED?

Religion,

Caste

Sub-caste

DO YOU WANT TO ENTERTAIN THESE THREE CLASSIFICATIONS?

If yes, forget victory. Because under such classification you would remain always uncertain for your victory. Victory cannot be certain unless you explain them to get identified by their economical condition and you convince them they are same people,

Can you opt to entertain the aforesaid divisions in geographical pockets where they are prominent in numbers? This may be a effective practice to some extent but it is not a fair practice. It is once again an evil practice that makes you un-trust worthy. In fact the Nehruvian Congress and some others have used their brain to adopt this practice to win elections. Whosoever is more organised and can spend more money, can achieve success by adopting this classification. But even then it may not work for definite result.

HOW TO MAKE THIS GROUP CONSCIOUS ON AWARENESS

AND TO CONVERT THEM TO VOTE FOR YOU?

This is called the system of canvassing that creates an atmosphere of voting in favour of BJP and they start thinking on BJP till the day of polling and beyond.

If a system if constituted then:

People will get a message;

… that your party works systematically,

… that you know their problems,

… that you work without discrimination,

… that your are trustworthy,

WHAT ABOUT OTHER CLASS OF VOTERS?

What are the other Classes?

Middle Class: Middle Class is falling under 5 to 20 percent.

Most of the teams should be prepared from this group. Off course members from poor class should also be adopted, depending upon the type of area. It is possible that Canvassing Team and Analysing Team may consist of more members from this Class.

Upper Middle Class: This may be 1 to 5 percent. They can be in Monitoring and or Analysing Team. The members should be very clear that we are fighting elections for victory and not defeat.

ISSUES:

Shortage of educational Institutions

System problems in the governance

What we will do in time to come. Time table.

Temples and Mosque can be solved with negotiation and or by Court.

ADVISE TO RSS, VHP, BD

Advise to RSS, VHP, BD and those who are serious and abusing BJP on Temple issue:

People are not serious about temple issue. There are lot of proofs. Nehruvian Congress and its allies are floating this issue and linking it with BJP rule.  Knowingly or unknowingly some so-called learned leaders and or columnists fall in the trap of the pseudo secular media and putting BJP into defensive position. Message goes to public is, BJP is inefficient and self centered. In fact no body is more fraudulent than Nehruvian Congress party leaders and their allies. BJP should ask other parties to clarify their stand.   

WHO WILL SOLVE TEMPLE PROBLEMS?

NEHRUVIAN CONGRESS? ITS ALLY?

If temple problem is to be resolved with honour to the spirit of Hindus, the only solution and options are Supreme Court or negotiation. Under negotiation one has to follow give and take formula. Even Shiv Sena is favouring to construct temple of “Bharat Mata” at the Ram Janma Bhoomi if the issue could not be mutually resolved. HC had given good verdict. But the adamant leaders on both the sides did not agreed.

Be sure that only BJP can respect Hindu feeling.  Anti-BJPs will never respect Hindu feeling. This is on the record of history. Hence support only BJP.

RELIGIOUS LEADERS SHOULD COME OUT WITH FULL SUPPORT TO BJP

All Muslims are not the same. At least Vora and Khoja are different.

Avoid hatred against any community. By creating hatred against Muslims and floating discussion on irrelevant issues like Moguls, their atrocities, reservations, Jina, MK Gandhi you are dividing Hindu votes.  Moguls had treated this country as their own country. This is on the records of history.  There is no need to create irrelevant controversy. British had only created divisions and wrote false history of Indian slavery of 1200 years. British only introduced Aryan Invasion Theory. This was with a view to divide people of India. If this is not clear to you, either you are fool and do not know the strategic policy of winning elections or you are pro-Nehruvian.

You can float discussion on prevailing terrorism of Muslims and Christians in their dominants places, but avoid passing blame on the whole community. Let there be a separate agency who would deal with such matters with taking it to the court of law.    

EXPLAIN:

What others have not done, but we (BJP leaders) have done and we are going to do.

Create contradiction of local and state opponents and also big national opponents,

Contradict them by comparison. Put them in defensive position. You have lot of material.

We are here to unite people of India, as this is the culture of India.

Dividing India and spreading hatred has not solved any problem in last 60 years of Nehruvian Congress rule.

The root cause of all the problems is poverty, illiteracy, out of proportion inequality and corruption. Nehruvian Congress has tactfully maintained poverty, illiteracy and allowed to flourish corruption and antisocial activities so that they can make red-black money.  

RESERVATION AND QUOTA IS THE PRODUCT OF FAILURE

BJP has concentrated on infrastructure development, production and education in Gujarat. Nehruvian Congress and its allies have failed in this regards, that is why they have to talk of reservation and quota.

The reservation is the by-product of their failure.

Gujarat has concentrated on progress in every field. This can be done for whole of India. I.e. Poverty and illiteracy can be removed by changing systems of governance, Judiciary, economy, election reforms, information commission reforms and legislative reforms. Money and muscle power from election can be eliminated from elections by the reforms. Politics is not for making money.

Party will clarify its position and enumerate extensively the style and program of the action to be taken on the following issues.

TEAMS:

BOOTH TEAM:

Strength: 2 or more persons per booth

Qualification: Committed and sincere persons. One of the two or three must be literate.

Duties:

It should contact voters for door to door campaign.

It should help the canvassing team.

It should prepared or get prepared and distribute voter’s slips.

BOOTH GROUP TEAM:

Strength: Three booths team i.e. made of 6 to 9 persons can work as a group team.

Duties:

The team should display banners and posters etc… They will list the problems of their area and submit the requirement at the initial stage to the monitoring team.

The team will make morning procession and sing national songs daily in morning and evening.

The team will collect and or prepare Notice Board for news items.

Street drama scripts and songs will be made available to them by Analysing Team. Canvassing Team will start practice from one month in advance. They would be ready to play street drama as soon as elections are announced. Two persons should be trained as anchor. Extra persons will work as volunteers.

One team for 50 booths: 

The team will take progress report and problem report from each Booth teams separately from each member daily.

The team will forward the same report to Analyser. Report should be a written or soft report. A format can be prescribed.

The team will distribute literature to Canvassing Team.

The team may have exchange of information through mobile.

The team may keep soft record.

The team will deal with police permission and Government.

The team will report problems to Team Analysing.

TEAM ANALYSERS CUM FEED BACK CUM PROBLEM SOLVING:

One Team per Assembly constituency: MLA plus its assistants

The team will issue guidance if required. It would solve problems and issues of Booth Teams, Canvassing Team.

The team will advise schedule of lectures of celebrities to the ground level teams.

The team will provide news lines to be displayed at Notice Board to be placed at various places.

The team will select, prepare literature, points etc… for canvassing team.

The team will understand the list of problems submitted by Group Booth Teams. As and when any celebrity comes for giving lectures the celebrity would assure the audience by way of reading out the problems that they would be resolved.

The team will also incorporate the list of the problems in the text of street drama.

The team work through the monitoring teams.

SUMMARY:

Booth persons: Minimum 1 preferred 2 or more

Booth group team: Two or three booths team can work as booth group team.

Team Canvassing i.e. Team of Zone or village/town: One team for 50 booths: Persons 12 to 20 or indefinite.

Team Monitoring = 1500/50 = 30 teams. i.e. 15 x 2 = 60 persons.

Total executives = 3000 + 450 + 60 = 3510 say 3500 should be the committed workers for a MP’s constituency.

BJP can win 80 percent of the seats with nearly 3500 dedicated members per constituency.

Nehruvian progeny and his mom should resign

Had this current Nehruvian progeny (i.e. Rahul Gandhi, son of Antonia Miano alias wife of Rajiv Gandhi alias Robert Vinci son of Indira Gandhi alias Priyadarshini Nehru Gandhi alias wife of Firoz Ghandi, daughter of Jawahar Lal Nehru alias Kaul), even improved its Congress’s position by 25 percent, the media and the leaders of Nehruvian Congress would have given all the credits to this progeny. Now Nehruvian Congress has faced terrible defeat. Some how media has not spared this Nehruvian progeny while criticizing Nehruvian Congress. However none of the media anchors have suggested that this Nehruvian progeny and her mom should resigned from the post they held in the Nehruvian Congress party.

 

This Nehruvian progeny is the general secretary of his party. His mom is the president of Nehruvian Congress Party. His sister and her husband have become multi billionaire within no time, had joined the campaign, all the big leaders including the central ministers and the Nehruvian family had worked hard, travelled a lot, abused their opponents a lot, given unlimited promises and had spent a lot time in UP. Inspite of all these, the progeny, his family and the party lost the election absolutely. Tragedy is that they also lost the seats of Raibareily and Amethi. According to even their paid media this progeny is zero who secured only 11 percent mark.

 

What type of moral prevents these Nehruvian progeny and his mom to resign from the party posts? They are supposed to resign. They ought to resign. The leaders of Nehruvian Congress are impotent. They have even no courage to spell that it was the failure of Nehruvian progeny and his mom. How can any one expect from them to ask this Nehruvian progeny and his mom to resign from the post they held in the party?

 

The duty of the general secretary is to organise party from the bottom to top. The duty of the general secretary is to work at root level and to provide communication network. The general secretary is supposed to monitor the functioning of the party workers and to integrate them. Everywhere This Rahul alias Nehruvian progeny has failed miserably. Neither Rahul would resign nor would his mom resign. Nehruvians’ Money and media did not work in UP elections, but it will work in Nehruvian Congress party, because the party does not function as a political party. It is a family firm. It is in fact Nehruvian Congress Party ofIndia Private limited.

ચારસો લાખ કરોડ રુપીયા કેટલું કામ કરશે?

“પૈસા વેરો અને રાજ કરો” ની વ્યુહરચના

લોકોને આંચકાઓ આપો અને રાજ કરો એ વૈશ્વિક સામ્યવાદીઓની નીતિ છે. નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસ, સત્તા ટકાવી રાખવા માટે સામ્યવાદીઓ પાસેથી ઘણું શીખી છે. પણ સામ્યવાદી દેશ અને ભારત અલગ છે. આ કોંગ્રેસની ઉત્પત્તિ ૧૯૪૭ ની પહેલાંની મહાત્મા ગાંધીની કોંગ્રેસમાંથી થઈ છે. મહાત્મા ગાંધીના સમયમાં લોકશાહી મૂલ્યોની સ્થાપના અને ઘી દૂધની નદીઓ વહાવીશું વિગેરેને લગતા જે વચનો અને પ્રતિજ્ઞાઓ લીધેલી તે પાળવી નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસ માટે અશક્ય તો નહીં પણ સાંસ્કારિક રીતે મુશ્કેલ હતી. આવી વાતોના જે નેતાઓએ જાંબુ ખાધા હોય તે હવે આસાનીથી કોલસા ખાઈ ન શકે. તેથી મુખવટો જરુરી હતો. વળી મહાત્મા ગાંધી એક એવી વૈશ્વિક વ્યક્તિ વિશેષ હતા કે તે ધરોહર વિષે નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસ આંખ આડા કાન ન કરી શકે.

નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસને સત્તા ગુમાવવા ની શંકા ૧૯૬૭ સુધી તો ન થઈ. પણ નહેરુની હિમાલયન ગુસ્તાખીઓ થકી ભારતીય આમજનતા તો ગરીબની ગરીબ રહી. તેથી નિરક્ષરની નિરક્ષર જ રહી. ગરીબોને સરકારી ખેરાતના મોહતાજ રાખવાના જ હતા. ૧૯૬૭માંની ચૂંટણીથી નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસને લાગવા માંદ્યું કે તેનું કલેવર તૂટવા માંડ્યું છે.

યક્ષ પ્રશ્ન હતો પૈસાનો.

૧૯૬૭માં ચક્રવર્તી રાજગોપાલાચારીના સ્વતંત્ર પક્ષે કાઠુ કાઢ્યું હતું.. અને સમાજવાદ એ એક મજાકનો વિષય બન્યો હતો. આ તો સામ્યવાદીઓને પોષાય જ નહીં ને! નહેરુવીયન ફરજંદ ઈન્દીરા ગાંધી, જવાહર લાલ નહેરુ પાસેથી રાજકીય આટાપાટા, દંભ અને નીંભરતાના પાઠ તો ભણેલી જ. વળી સામ્યવાદી રશીયા તો પડખે હતું જ, અને દેશી સામ્યવાદીઓ લાગ જ જોતા હતા કે ક્યારે અમે ભાગીદાર બનીએ. “ગરીબી હટાવો” નો નવેસર થી નારો આપ્યો.  “મારા બાપા તો ગરીબી બહુએ દૂર કરવા માગતા હતા પણ આ લોકો (જવાહરલાલ નહેરુએ રચેલી કામરાજની સીન્ડીકેટ અને મોરારજી દેસાઈના વળના સીનીયર નેતાઓ) મારા બાપાને કશું કામ કરવા દેતા ન હતા અને વચ્ચે ટાંગ અડાવતા હતા.) જોકે આ સીન્ડીકેટના નેતાઓ જ ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીને વડાપ્રધાન પદે લાવેલા. પણ રાજકારણમાં બધું ચાલે એ સામ્યવાદી ન્યાયે ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીએ જનતાને આંચકાઓ આપવાની નીતિ ચલાવી.૧૪ અગ્રણી બેંકોનું રાષ્ટ્રીયકરણ કર્યું અને નાના માણસોને લોન આપવાના આદેશો આપ્યા. જો કે આ કામ રીઝર્વ બેંક ખાનગી બેંકો પાસે કરાવી શકે તેમ હતી કારણકે ધિરાણ-નીતિ તો રીઝર્વ બેંક જ નક્કી કરતી હતી. ખાનગી બેંકો તો નાના માણસોને લોન આપે તો ખરી, પણ આ લોન વ્યાજ સાથે વસુલ પણ કરે. વસુલ ન કરે તો ખોટમાં જાય અને દેવાળુ ફુંકવું પડે. બેંક જો સરકારી થઈ જાય તો લોન વસુલ ન કરે તો પણ ચાલે. અને આવું થાય તો  આથી વધુ રુડું શું? નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસના સ્થાનિક નેતાઓ નાના માણસની લોન માટે ભલામણ કરે, સાથે સાથે ઠીક ઠીક કટકી પણ કરે. નાના મણસને કહેવાનું કે આ પૈસા તારે પરત કરવાના નથી અને વ્યાજ પણ આપવાનું નથી. સ્થાનિક નેતાને ઘી કેળા અને નાના માણસને મદદની મદદ. યાદ કરો નહેરુવીયન ફરજંદ (રાજીવ)નું ઉચ્ચારણ “અમારી દરેક રુપીયાની મદદમાંથી ફક્ત ૧૫ પૈસા જ ગરીબને પહોંચે છે. બાકીના ૮૫ પૈસા વચેટીયા ખાઈ જાય છે. હવે વિચારો નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસના નેતાઓ પાસે કેટલા બધા પૈસા આવી ગયા. આ બધું કરવા માટે નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસનું વિભાજન કરવું જરુરી હતું. અને તે તો હાથવગું કરી જ શકાય. રાષ્ટ્રપતિની ચૂંટણી વખતે નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસના સત્તાવાર ઉમેદવાર સામે ઈન્દીરાનહેરુગાંધીએ (પડદા પાછળની રમતના એક ભાગ તરીકે)  પોતાના ઉમેદવાર વીવીગીરીને ઉભા રાખ્યા. સામ્યવાદીઓનો અને કેટલાક બેવકુફ વિપક્ષીઓનો સહારો લઈ વીવી ગીરીને જીત અપાવી. અને પછી સરકાર ચલાવી. પણ આ સરકાર લાબું ચાલે તેમ નહતી તેથી સંસદને વિખેરવી પડી. અને ૧૯૬૯માં સંસદની ચૂંટણી થઈ. સમાચાર માધ્યમના મૂર્ધન્યોના તાબોટા-સહકારથી અને સરકારી પૈસાની રેલમછેલ થી ઈન્દીરાનો જ્વલંત વિજય થયો.

ટૂંકમાં નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસ માટે પૈસાની સમસ્યા દૂર થઈ.

પક્ષનું નાણા ખાતુ ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીએ પોતાને હસ્તક લીધું.

પણ લાખ રુપીયાનો સવાલ હતો સરકારી કામગીરીનો. જેમાં ઈન્દીરામાઈ “ઢ” હતા. રાજકીય આટા પાટામાં સાધન અશુદ્ધિનો છોછ નહીં. વળી જવાહરલાલ નહેરુને તો સ્વાતંત્ર્ય સેનાની તરીકેનું લેબલ લાગેલું. એટલે થોડી ઘણી લોકશાહી શબ્દની શરમ નડતી હતી. ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીને એવું કશું વળગણ હતું નહીં. ઈન્દીરા માઈ માટે તો “નાગાને નહાવું શું અને નીચોવવું શું” એવું હતું. વળી એ બેન ખાસ કશું ભણેલા નહીં. અને વાચન પણ નહીં. જે કંઈ પૈસા મળે તેતો ગાંઠે કરવાના હતા. ગાંઠને પૈસે ચૂંટણીઓ જીતાય પણ ગાંઠના પૈસે કંઈ દેશનો ઉદ્ધાર ન થાય. સામ્યવાદીઓ ના ચાળે ચડવાથી મજદુર યુનીયનો ઉપર કબજો તો મેળવ્યો પણ વહીવટી નિસ્ફળતા મળી. સ્ટેટબેંક ઓફ ઈન્ડીયા, બનાવટી ડીમાન્ડ ડ્રાફ્ટ ની જ વાત કરીએ તો તેના થકી રોજની એક કરોડ રુપીયાની ખોટ કરતી હતી. બીજી ખોટો તો અનેક ગણી હતી.

તેમાં વળી ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીની સામે પોતાના પૂર્વ સીક્યોરીટી ઓફીસર થકી ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીના ફોન દ્વારા સ્ટેટબેંકમાંથી ઉપાડાયેલા ૬૦લાખ રુપીયાનું નગરવાલા કૌભાન્ડ બહાર આવ્યું. મીડીયા મૂર્ધન્યોની પણ આંખો ખુલી કે ખાટલે મોટી ખોડ છે. સર્વોદય નેતાઓ ઈન્દીરાની સામે પડ્યા. રાજા જો દુકાનમાંથી ચપટી મીઠું મફત લે તો તેના કર્મચારીઓ તો દુકાન જ લૂંટી લે. હવે તો રાજા જ દુકાન લૂંટે તો કર્મચારીઓ તો ગામને જ લૂંટે. દેશનો રાજા બેંકમાં ધાડ પાડે તો શું થાય?

પૈસો બધી જ જગ્યાએ બધો વખત કામ ન પણ કરે. વળી પૈસા વેરવામાં પણ વહીવટી વ્યવસ્થા-તંત્ર જોઇએ. એટલે જે પૈસા વેરવા માટે આપ્યા હોય તે બરાબર ન પણ પહોંચે અને ગજવે પણ થાય. અને બધું છાપે પણ ચડે.

બીજો યક્ષ પ્રશ્ન હતો સમાચાર માધ્યમો અને તેના મૂર્ધન્યો?

જીવિત મહાત્મા ગાંધીવાદીઓની સહન શક્તિ ખૂટી હતી. તેમાંના મોટાભાગના ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીની સામે પડ્યા. ૧૯૭૫માં નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસે ગુજરાત ૧૯૭૫માં ગુમાવ્યું. પછી દેશવ્યાપી આંદોલન થયું. સત્તા બચાવવા ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીએ જનતા ઉપર કટોકટી લાદી. (કટોકટીના કૌભાન્ડો વિષે મહાભારતથી પણ વધુ દળદાર પુસ્તક લખાય.) સમાચાર માધ્યમો  ના લખાણો ઉપર સેન્સર શીપ લાગુ થઈ. ઘણાની ધરપકડ થઈ. તેઓ વગર ગુનાએ જેલમાં ગયા. કેટલાક વાચાળ લોકો પણ જેલમાં ગયા. આની ધારી અસર એ થઈ કે “જાન બચી તો લાખો પાયે” એ હિસાબે લગભગ બધા જ સમાચાર માધ્યમો અને મૂર્ધન્યો એ શરણાગતિ સ્વિકારી અને ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીને સાષ્ટાંગ દંડવત પ્રણામીમુદ્રામાં સ્થિર રહ્યા.

પણ જો તમારામાં વહીવટી આવડત ન હોય તો કોઈપણ સીસ્ટમ કામ ન કરે. કટોકટી પણ નિસ્ફળ ગઈ. પણ નિસ્ફળતાના સમાચાર બારોબાર સેન્સર થતા અને જ્યાં મહાત્માગાંધીએ જન્મ લીધેલો અને લોકશાહીનું વૃક્ષ ઉછરેલ ત્યાં લોકશાહી મૂલ્યોના અવસાન થી નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસ અને ઈન્દીરામાઈ વિશ્વભરમાં બદનામ થયા. એટલે ચૂંટણી આપવી પડી. જોકે ઈન્દીરા ગાંધી ચૂંટણી હારી ગયાં. પણ ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીએ માપી લીધેલું કે કોણ ક્યાં છે. છાપાંની તંત્રીમંડળી અને કટાર લખતા મૂર્ધન્યો ક્યાં છે અને કેવડા છે અને કેવા છે.

ચૌધરી ચરણસિંહ જે તેમના દુશ્મન નંબર વન હતા તેને ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીએ કોણીએ ગોળ ચોંટાડ્યો અને તેમને ફોડ્યા. મોરારજી દેસાઈની સરકારને ઉથલાવી.

બધું પૈસા થી ખરીદી શકાય છે. માટે પૈસા ઉપર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરો.

સિમલા કરારનું ડીલ, બાહુબળીઓ, અસામાજિક તત્વો, હપ્તા વસુલી, બ્લેકમેલ, દાણચોરી, યુનીયન કાર્બાઈડ ડીલ, કટકીઓ,  કટોકટી, બનાવટી નોટો, બનાવટી સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર,  એન્ડરસન મૂક્તિ, દાઉદ મુક્તિ વિગેરેનો મેસેજ ફક્ત લક્ષ્મી અને સત્તા જ છે. લક્ષ્મી થકી સત્તા અને સત્તા થકી લક્ષ્મી. એથી વધુ સારી વ્યવસ્થા નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસના સંસ્કારમાં નથી. આ વાત અનુભવ સિદ્ધ છે.

વિદેશોની બેંકોં માં આપણા નહેરુવીયન કોંગી જનોએ અને તેમની કૃપા હેઠળ બીજા માલેતુજારોએ ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે ખાતાઓ ખોલાવ્યા અને તેમાં તેમણે ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે એકઠા કાળા અને લાલ પૈસા જમા કર્યા. મોટા ભાગના આ પૈસા નહેરૂવંશી કોંગ્રેસ પક્ષ ના શાસન દરમ્યાન જ થયા. જનતાના ધ્યાનમાં આ વાત બોફોર્સ કૌભાન્ડ બહાર આવ્યા પછી આવી. આ બનાવના અનુસંધાનમાં નહેરુવંશના એક ફરજંદે સત્તા ગુમાવી. પણ ૧૯૯૧ થી આ શાસન પૈસાના જોરે ફરી સત્તા પર આવ્યું. ફરીથી પૈસા જમા થવા શરુ થયા. સીબીઆઈ એ ફક્ત ૧૦મા ભાગથી પણ ઓછી રકમ જ જાહેર કરી છે. સીબીઆઈના આંકડા અને વાસ્તવિક આંકડા વચ્ચે આટલો મોટો ફેર હોવાનું કારણ નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસના નેતાઓના અને તેમના મળતીયાઓના પૈસા ગણત્રીમાં ન લેવાયા હોય એ હોઈ શકે. આ વાત નાનુ બાબલું પણ સમજી શકે.

વિશ્વબંધુ ગુપ્તા નામના એક પૂર્વ ઈન્કમટેક્ષ કમીશનરે કહ્યું છે કે તમે આમાં કંઈ કરી ન શકો. કારણ કે જેના ઉપર કશું કરવાની જવાબદારી છે તે તો આમાં સંડોવાયેલ છે. તે પોતાના પગ ઉપર કૂહાડા ન જ મારે. આ પક્ષ હારી જશે તો બીજી ચૂંટણીમાં ચૂંટાઈ આવશે. અને તેમની વાત સાચી છે. ૨૦૦૪ માં આવું જ થયું. બીજો પક્ષ જ્યાં સુધી ચૂંટણીમાંનું પૈસાનું પ્રભૂત્વ નાબુદ નહીં કરે ત્યાં સુધી આવું થતું જ રહેશે. બીજો પક્ષ નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસ જેવી ગોલમાલો કરી શકશે નહીં. કારણ કે તે માટે અનુભવ અને વૈશ્વિક અસામાજીક નેટવર્ક જોઇએ. જે બીજો પક્ષ કદી કરી જ ન શકે.

પૈસો શું કરી શકે છે એ જુઓ.

ગુજરાતના એક ખ્યાતનામ બહોળી ખપત ધરાવતા એક સમાચાર દૈનિકે ૨૦૦૨ ના ગુજરાતના દંગાની દશમી વરસીએ ૨૦૦૨ ના દંગા વિષે એક ખાસ પૂર્તિ બહાર પાડી છે. તેના મધ્યમાં નરેન્દ્ર મોદીનો હતપ્રભઃ મુખ દર્શાવતો ફોટો પણ આપ્યો અને પોતાના તારણો દ્વારા એવો મેસેજ આપ્યો છે કે ૨૦૦૨ના કોમી દંગાઓને ભૂલી જ ન શકાય. દંગામાં લઘુમતિ ઉપર થયેલા અત્યાચારો વિષે પ્રચૂર મરી મસાલા છે.

દેશમાં અને ગુજરાતમાં પણ, ૨૦૦૨ થી પણ વિશેષ દંગાઓ તો ઘણા થયા. ૨૦૦૨ના દંગા તો ૫૯ રામ ભાક્તોને આગમાં ભૂંજી નાખ્યાના પ્રત્યાઘાત રુપે થયેલા. ૧૯૬૯માં જ્યારે હિતેન્દ્ર દેસાઈ ગુજરાતના મુખ્ય મંત્રી હતા ત્યારે કોઈપણ દેખીતા કારણ વગર દંગા થયેલ. કટોકટીમાં જે માનવ હિંસાનું તાંડવ થયું તેને પણ ગણવાનું જ નહીં. ૧૯૮૪માં રાજીવ ગાંધીના સમયમં શિખોની કત્લેઆમ થયેલ. તેને પણ ગણવાની જ નહીં. ૧૯૯૩માં મોટેપાયે કત્લેઆમ થયેલ. આ યુપી બિહાર માં તો છૂટક છૂટક થતી કત્લે આમનો સરવાળો કરીએ તો ૨૦૦૨ ના કરતાં દશ ગણો થઈ જાય. પણ આ બધી કત્લેઆમો નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસ શાસિત રાજ્યો માં થઈ તેથી આની વર્સીઓ ઉજવાતી નથી. પણ નરેન્દ્ર મોદી જે નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસી નથી, કે તેનો સહયોગી નથી કે તે કદી નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસને ભવિષ્યમાં ગૈરકાનુની કાર્યોમાં સહકાર આપવાનો નથી કે નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસમં ભળી જવાનો નથી, તેના શાસનમાં થયેલ દંગાને તો ઉજવવા જ જોઇએ. તેને કેમ કરીને ભૂલી જવાય?

૨૬મી ફેબ્રુઆરી ૨૦૧૨ના રવિવારની ચાલુ પૂર્તિને મૂકો બાજુપર. રવિવારના કટાર લેખકોને કહો કે પો’રો ખાય. દિવ્યભાસ્કરે પોસ્ટ ગોધરા દંગા બાબતે માંડીને વાત ચગાવવાનું નક્કી કર્યં છે.

આ ગુજ્જુ અખબારે બધા જ બનાવોનું પુનઃપ્રસારણ (પુનઃપ્રકાશન) કર્યું.

ભાઈ! દંગાની દશમી વરસી ને કંઈ ભૂલી જવાય? અને તે પણ મોદીકાકાના રાજમાં થયેલા દંગાની દશમી વરસીને તો ઉજવવી જ જોઇએ. મોદી કાકાએ એકતા માટે  સદભાવનાના ઉપવાસ કર્યા અને કોમી એકતા માટે મુસ્લિમ ભાઈઓ થોકબંધ આગળ આવ્યા એટલે આ દંભી ધર્મનિરપેક્ષોના પેટમાં તેલ રેડાયું છે. જનતાના હાલના પ્રતિભાવો નું પ્રતિબિંબ પાડવાનું જાય જાન્હમમાં.

દંભી ધર્મ નિરપેક્ષોના પ્રતિભાવોને પ્રતિબિંબિત કર્યા કરવું આર્થિક રીતે વધુ લાભદાઈ છે.  ૨૦૦૨ ના દંગાની દશમી વર્ષગાંઠને તો વિશિષ્ઠ રીતે ઉજવવી જ જોઇએ. ૧૯૬૯ના દંગાની વરસીને કે દશ વર્સીને કે રજ્જત જયંતિ ને ચાલીસીને આ રીતે ઉજવવાની ન હોય. કારણ કે ઈન્દીરા માઈએ કદાચ તે વખતે હિતેન્દ્ર દેસાઈ પાસેથી નહેરુવીયન કોંગ્રેસમાં ભળવાનું વચન લીધું હશે કારણ કે ઈન્દીરા ગાંધીએ વર્સી ઉજવવી એવો આદેશ પણ આપ્યો નહતો.

૧૯૮૪ની ના શીખ કત્લેઆમની પણ વર્સી કે પંચ વર્સી, કે દશવર્સી નહીં ઉજવવાની. કેજીબીવાળા ક્યારે ફરી વળે કહેવાય નહીં. અરે ભાઈ સોપારી લેવાવાળા પણ ઘણા છે.

૧૯૯૩ના દંગાની પણ વર્સી કે પંચવર્સી કે દશ વર્સી કે રજ્જત જયંતિ નહીં ઉજવાની. અરે ભાઈ શિવસેનાના પોઠીયા જોયા છે? વળી શિવસેના પિતાશ્રી તો યશવંતરાવ ચવાણ જ હતા. અને આ ચવાણ તો ઈન્દીરામાઈની મંડળીમાં જોડાઈ ગયેલ. હવે આ માઈ મંડળીના પાળાઓથી બચવા માટેની તો આ બધી પળોજણ આપણે કરી છીએ. જો કે તેમાં બે પૈસા રળીએ અને બે પાંદડે થઈએ એ વાત જુદી છે.

આપણે તો ચીઠ્ઠીના ચાકર બનવાનું છે. વળી સૌ કોઈ જાણે છે કે “લક્ષ્મી” દેખી મૂનીવર ચળે તો આપણે કોણ માત્ર? અને આતો એવી લક્ષ્મી કે જો તેને ન સ્વિકારો તો પાછળ સુદર્શન ચક્ર આવ્યું જ સમજો. માટે જાન બચી તો લાખો પાયે અને પહેલું સુખ તે પૈસા કમાયા. બીજું સુખ તે કોંગ્રેસમાં ભળ્યા.

એટલે ભાઈઓ અમે તો ૨૦૦૨ના દંગાની દશ વર્ષીય વર્સી તો ઉજવીએ જ ને! અમે તો દર વર્ષે ૨૬ ફેબ્રુઆરીના દિવસની વર્સી આવી રીતે ઉજવતા જ રહેવાના. અરે ભાઈ લક્ષ્મી  ચાંલ્લો કરવા આવે તો મોઢું ધોવા થોડું જવાય છે? એટલે અમે તો ૨૬મી તારીખના માસીયા  પણ ઉજવીશું અને સપ્તાહ પણ બેસાડી શું. અને ચાતુર્માસ પણ રાખી શું અને ૨૦૦૨ના દંગાઓ ને યાદ કરવા કોઈ એક વર્ષ ને દંગા નિર્મૂલન વર્ષ તરીકે ઉજવીશું. તેમાં નરેન્દ્ર મોદીને ખૂબ ખૂબ ભાંડીશું. 2002 દંગાના  ફોટાઓનું, મૂર્ધન્યોના લેખોનું, મહાનુભાવોના પ્રતિભાવોનું, સેક્યુલરોની કાર્યવાહીનું અને તેમને પડેલી કહેવાતી તકલીફોનું, વિગેરે વિગેરેનું પુનઃપ્રસારણ (પુનઃપ્રકાશન) કરીશું. નવેસર થી લેખો, વિશ્લેષણો, અને ચર્ચાઓ ચલાવીશું. અમે કંઈ જેવા તેવા નથી. એકવાર તો નરેન્દ્રમોદીને બતાવી દઈશું કે અમારી તાકાત કેવી છે. ભલે નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ દરેક ચૂંટણી વખતે અમારા તેની વિરુદ્ધના કરેલા પ્રચારને અને અમારી ગોબ્બેલ્સ ટાઈપ અફવાઓને ઉંધેમાથે પછાડેલ પણ અમે તો મહમ્મદ ઘોરી જેવા છીએ. ભલે  મહમ્મદ ઘોરી સોળવખત પૃથ્વીરાજ ચૌહાણ સામે હાર્યો. અને દર વખતે માફી માગીને છૂટી ગયેલ. પણ અંતે તો તે વિજયી થયો જ. તેવી રીતે અમે પણ હિંમત હાર્યા વગર લડાઈ કર્યા કરીશું. અંતિમ વિજય અમારો છે. “હમ હોગે કામયાબ એક દિન … એક દિન…”

અને સાંભળો અમારા કટાર લેખકો યાની કિ, મૂર્ધન્યો, અમને છોડીને ક્યાંય જવાના નથી. ખ્યાતિ પણ એક ચીજ છે. અને કટાર રુપી જાગીર એક આધાર છે. કટોકક્ટીમાં પણ કટાર લેખકોએ કટારો છોડી ન હતી. તેમણે વિષયો બદલેલા. રાજકારણ ને બદલે સુષ્ઠુ સુષ્ઠુ બોલવા લાગેલા. તમે જુઓ છો, નરેન્દ્ર મોદીને અમે કેવા ખ્યાતિ ભૂખ્યા અને સત્તા ભૂખ્યા ચિતરીએ છીએ. તેઓ કેટલાકની નજરમાં સફળ મુખ્ય મંત્રી હશે. પણ તેઓ દેશની વાત કરે કે તરત અમે કેવા તેમને દિલ્હીનું સ્વપ્ન જોનારા કહી ઠેકડી ઉડાડીએ છીએ. હા નહેરુવીયન ફરજંદ ભલે તેમના ચમચાઓ દ્વારા વડાપ્રધાનપદના દાવેદાર બને અને અમે વધાવીએ પણ ખરા.

આ બધો પ્રતાપ છે ૪૦૦ લાખ કરોડ નાણાનો જ નહીં તે ઉપરાંત દેશમાં રોકડ અને જર જમીનમાં છે તે જુદો.

अगर कोई नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस पर विश्वास करता है तो वह या तो गद्दार और स्वकेन्द्री है या तो वह बेवकुफ है. नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस के साथी पक्ष (भूत और वर्तमान दोनों) कोंग्रेसके समान ही है. वे भी उसी प्रकार विश्वसनीय नहीं है, चाहे वे नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसका विरोध करें या न करें, जनताको इनका विश्वास कभी भी करना नहीं चाहिये.

नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसका काम हमेशा जनताका विभाजन करनेका रहा है, चाहे देशका विनाश क्यों न हो जाय. नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसने एक भी वचनका पालन नहीं किया है.
कोंग्रेसने निम्नलिखित वचन या तो प्रतिज्ञाएं लि थी.

१९४७ देशमें घी दूधकी नदीयां बहायेंगे (नहेरु). व्यंढ

१९५० देशकी अखंडित ता का रक्षण करेंग.(जब सरदार पटेलने नहेरुको चिनी भयसे चेतावनी दी तब नहेरुने वचन दिया था) व्यंढ

१९६३ नहेरुकी विदेश नीतिकी चीनके साथ युद्धमें भारतकी शर्मनाक पराजयके बाद नहेरुने और उसके पक्षने भारतीय संसदके सामने प्रण लिया कि, वे चीनद्वारा छीनी हुई भारतीय भूमिको वापस लेनेके लिये बिना चैनसे बैठेंगे नहीं (नहेरु १९६३)व्यंढ

१९६९ गरीबी हटायेंगे (ईन्दीरा)और स्मग्लींगमें पूरबहार हुई. गुन्डागर्दी का शासन चालु हुआ. व्यंढ

१९७१ अगर पाकसे युद्ध होगा तो जिता हुआ मुल्क वापस नहीं देंगे, पाक घुसपैठोंको (जो एक करोड से ज्यादा थे) वापस करेंगे, जुर्माना वसुल करेंगे, खर्च वसुल करेंगे … (ईन्दीरा और जगजिवनराम)

आजतक ३०० से ज्यादा भारतीय  जवान, पाकमें बंधक है जो उसने रिहा नहीं किया.

ईन्दीराने पाकिस्तानके नब्बे हजार सैनिक-बंधकोंको  तूरंत रिहा कर दिया था. (व्यंढ)

१९७५ ईलाहाबाद उच्चन्यायालयके सामने ईन्दीराने १४ दफा जुठ बोला. ईलाहाबाद उच्चन्यायालयने ईन्दीरागांधीका चूनाव रद किया और ईन्दीरा को अयोग्य घोषित किया.

१९७५ ईन्दीराने सभी क्षेत्रोंमें विफलताके कारण ईमर्जेसी लादी और लोकशाहीका खून किया. जब ईमर्जेन्सी फेलहुई तो चूनाव देना पडा. इमर्जेन्सी अंतर्गत दीये हुए सभी घोषणाएं जूठ थी.
१९७९ चरणसिंह चौधरीको साथ सहकार देनेका विश्वास दीया, और मोरारजी देसाईकी विशुद्ध सकरकारको गिराई. फिर चरण सिंहका विश्वासघात कीया.

१९८० काम करती सरकारका वादा दिया और भीन्दराणवालेको संत की उपाधी दी. पंजाबमें अराजकता फैली, कई कौभान्ड हुए, नक्षलवाद और गुन्डागर्दी फुलीफाली.

१९८४ भारतको २१वीं सदीमें ले जानेका वादा किया (राजीव गांधी) आज भी ६० करोड जनता की रोजाना आय २० रुपयेसे कम है. कौभान्ड चालु रहे. फोडरस्केम, लोटरी, बोफ्फोर, आतंकवाद, मुस्लिम आतंकवाद.
१९९० कश्मिरी हिन्दुओंपर अत्याचार कत्ल और निस्काषित.

सरकार और वह भी नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस सरकार और उसके सहयोगी पक्ष कुछ भी कर सकते है.

आप कहेंगे कि सहयोगी पक्ष क्यों ऐसे काले और जनतंत्र के खिलाफ कार्यवाहीमें कोंग्रेस को समर्थन देगा? तो जवाब है, नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसको समर्थन करने वाले तभी उसको समर्थन कर सकते हैं जब उनको नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसकी जो आततायी करतूतें इतिहासिके पृष्ठों पर देशके लिये एक कालीमा के रुपमें प्रस्थापित है और उनको ज्ञात भी है तो भी वे यह नहेरुवीय कोंग्रेसका समर्थन करते है, उसका मतलब यही है कि इन पक्षोंको भी ऐसे कर्मोंसे कोई छोछ नहीं है. और आप देख सकते हैं कि मुलायम, माया, ममता करुणा, शरद, लालु, अजितसिंघ और  साम्यवादी जैसे लोंगोका इतिहास और कार्य शैली कैसी है?

मुलायम सिंह वोटबेंक को धर्म के नाम से आगे बढाना चाहते है. मुलायम को मुल्ला मुलायम क्यों कहते थे इसबातके लिये आप कोई भैया जि से ही पूछीये.

मायावतीका संस्कार ईन्दीरा गांधी जैसा है वह सत्ताके लिये कोई भी हद तक जा सकती है.और मायावतीके पास सिद्धांतोका संपूर्ण अभाव है. कल तक वह कहती थी कि “तिलक तराजु और तलवार इसको मारो जूते चार.” अब वह कहती है “ये हाथी नहीं गणेश है” चलो इसको तो हम यह समझकर भूल सकते हैं कि उसको लगा कि सबको साथ लेके चलना है. उसको भी ईन्दीरा गांधी की तरह अपने गुरु-पूर्वजोंकी  प्रतिमाएं स्थापित करके इतिहासमें जनता के पैसोंसे अमर होना है. बाजपाई सरकारको क्षुल्लक बातोंसे अयोग्य दबाव लाके समर्थन वापस लेनेकी बात उठाती थी. मायावतीके दोहरे मापदंड है. खुदके लिये और अन्य लोगोंके लिये.

ममता बेनर्जीने बाजपाई सरकारको समर्थन दिया था. लेकिन उसका वर्तन तो मायावतीसे भी बढकर था. जिसके तडमें लड्डु उसके तडमें हम. कहा जाता है कि उसने माओवादीयोंके साथ और नक्षलवादीयोंके साथ प्रच्छन्न समर्थन गत विधान सभा चूनावमें लिया था. जो लोग बाजपायी को समर्थन करे और जब बीजेपी को बहुमत न मिले तो उसके विरोंधी और लोकशाही मूल्योंका विद्धंश के लिये कुख्यात पार्टी (नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस) का समर्थन करें उसका भला कैसे विश्वास किया जा सकता है. जो व्यक्ति सर्वोदय नेता लोकमान्य जयप्रकाश नारायणकी जीप पर खडी होकर नृत्य करती है, और समय आने पर उसी जयप्रकाश नारायण को मृत्युके मूखमें ढकेलने वाली नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस सरकारका भी समर्थन कर सकती है, उसके उपर तो दिमागकी बिमारी वाले विश्वास कर सकते है.

करुणानीधिका किस्सा तो जग प्रसिद्ध है.और ईसके वर्णन की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है.

शरद पवार वैसे तो पहेले कोंग्रेस (ओ) में थे. फिर यशवंतराव चवाण के साथ नहेरुवीय कोंग्रेसमें गये. कटोकटी (इमरजेन्सी) मे वह नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके साथी रहे. १९७७में वे अलग हुए. फिर पता नहीं कितने दलबदल किये. कहा जाता है कि इनके बारेमें दाउदसे अच्छा कोई नहीं जानता. अगर आप के पास फर्जी करेन्सी नोट है और अगर यह बात सिद्ध हो गयी तो वह करेन्सी नोटकी किमत शून्य हो जाती है. अरबों रुपये के फर्जी स्टेम्प पेपर

बने थे और वे बिल्डरोंको और अन्योंको वितरित हुए थे. सरकार पने रिकोर्डसे पता लगवा सकती है कि, ये फर्जी स्टेम्प पेपर कहां कहां उपयोगमें आये. इतनी तो गुंजाइश तो सरकारमें होनी ही चाहिये. लेकिन ऐसा क्यों नहीं होता है? फर्जी स्टेम्प पेपरका मूल्य शून्य क्यों नहीं बनजाता है? यह सब कमाल किसकी है?

लालुजिने अपनी सरकार एसी चलाई जो ढोरोंकी खास भी ढंगसे वितरण न कर पायी. वास्तवमें सरकारी अफसरोंका और खासकरके उत्तरभारतमें तो बांये हाथकी सरकारी अफसरोंकी कमाई एक विशिष्ठ योग्यता मानी जाती है. और जब ये सरकारी अफसरोंको पता चलता है कि उनका मंत्रीवर्य भी अपन जैसा ही है तब तो उनकी सीमा ओर विस्तृत हो जाती है.

अजितसिंघके पिताश्री चरणसिंहको इन्दिरागांधीने विश्वास दिलाया था कि उसकी पार्टी चरण सिंह को सहाकार करेगी और दोनोंने मिलकर मोरारजी देसाई की जनतापार्टीकी सरकारको लघुमतिमें लादी थी. बादमें इन्दीरा गांधीने चरणसिंहका विश्वासघात करके उनको सहाकर नहीं दिया था. और चरण सिंहको मूंहकी खानी पडी थी. तो भी उनका यह पूत्र अजितसिंह इस विश्वास घातको भूल कर सिर्फ सत्तामें भागके लिये उसी ईन्दीराई नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके साथ गठबंधनमें है. इससे ज्यादा पिताजीकी नालेशी क्या हो सकती है? और ऐसे “प्रहारजनिता व्यथाको” गर्दभकी तरह भूल जाने वालेका क्या विश्वास कर सकते है?

अगर नहेरु की पूत्री सीनीयर न होने पर भी भारतकी प्रधानमंत्री बन सकती है तो लालुप्रसाद यादव की पत्नी क्यों मुख्य मंत्री बन न सके? अगर नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके एक प्रधान मंत्री की एक पुत्रवधू कोमन समान मंचपर आके विपक्ष के कोई नेता के साथ चर्चा नहीं कर सकती और समाचार माध्यम पूत्रवधूमें कोइ अपूर्णता और टिकात्मकता देखना नहीं चाहते तो  लालुजिकी पत्नी को भी समान मंचपर गोष्टि करना कैसे जरुरी है? साध्यम इति सिद्धम्‌. समाचारमाध्यमके मालिकोंके लिये और उनके कटार मूर्धन्योंके लिये तो “तेरी बी चूप और मेरी बी चूप हो गई”. मीडीया बिकाउ है इसका इससे उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण क्या हो सकता है?

साम्यवादीयोंका कोई देश और धर्म नहीं होता. जनताको उल्लु बनानेके लिये उसको आघात देते रहो और जनताको गुमराह करते करते अपना शासन करते रहो. पश्चिम बंगालमें तीन दसक तक साम्यवादी शासन रहा. क्या पश्चिम बंगालमेंसे गरीबी हट गई? क्यां वहां पर आदमीसे खिंचीजानेवाली रीक्षाके स्थान पर सीएनजीसे चलने वाली रीक्षा आ गई या दी गई? हरि हरि करो. ऐसा कुछ हुआ नहीं. सीएनजी क्या !! सायकल रीक्षा भी नहीं आयी.

अहमदाबादमें एक सप्ताहमें ही नरेन्द्र मोदीने सभी पेट्रोलकी रीक्षाओंको सीएनजी रीक्षामें परिवर्तित करदीया था. अहमदाबादमें १९५१के बाद सायकल रीक्षा ही खतम हो गई. १९५२से अहमदाबादमें ऑटोरीक्षा ही है. जो नरेन्द्रमोदीने एक सप्ताहमें किया वह नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस और साम्यवादी पक्ष साठ सालमें भी नहीं कर पाये.

नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस और साम्यवादीयोंमें क्या फर्क है? खास कोई नहीं. जो निघृष्ट कार्य नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस खुदके उपर आपत्ति आने पर विरोधीयों और जनताके उपर करती है वह कार्य साम्यवादी लोग हर हालतमें करते है.

कोंग्रेसके उपर आपत्ति आयी तो पैसे के लिये बेंकोका राष्ट्रीयकरण किया, नैपूण्य के स्थानपर युनीयनबाजी को प्रोत्साहन दिया. अन्याय और भ्रष्टाचार के विरुद्ध आवाज उठाने वाले विरोधियोंको अनियत कालके लिये कारावासमें डालदिया, समाचार माध्यमोंपर सेन्सरशीप लगा दी, यहां तक कि, अगर कोई केसमें उच्च न्यायालयमें सरकारकी पराजय हूई तो ऐसे सरकारी पराजयके समाचार पर भी सेन्सरशीप रही. अपनवालोंको लूटका अलिखित स्वातंत्र्य दे दिया. ऐसे तो कई कूकर्म इमर्जेन्सीमें हूए. यह साम्यवादी पक्ष तो चाहता था कि, इमर्जेन्सीके अंतर्गत नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस साम्यवादी पक्षमें विलिन हो जाय या तो संपूर्ण साम्यवादी तौर तरिके अपनाके एक नये साम्यवाद स्थापनेकी क्रांतिकारी कदम उठावे. लेकिन साम्यवादी लोग यह समझ नहीं पाये के कि भारतमें लोकशाही विचारधारा और सुसुप्त जनशक्ति असाधारण और गहरी थी. नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसको अपने सर्वोच्च नेताके कारण मूंहकी खानी पडी तो भी यह नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस ने कोई शिख नहीं ली. वह आज भी विरोधियोंको येनकेन प्रकारेण फर्जी किस्से बनानेमें व्यस्त रहेती है. और खुदके सच्चे किस्सेके बारेमें मौन रहेती है और समाचारमाध्यम भी इन पर मौन रहे वैसा कारोबार करती है.

ऐसे समाचर माध्यमोंको सेन्सरशीपकी जरुरत भी क्या है? पैसे फेंको और जो करवाना हो वह करवा लो, जो लिखवाना हो, वह लिखवा लो, जो कटवाना हो वह कटवालो. जिनको यह नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसवाले झुकवाना चाहते हैं वे तो साष्टांग दंडवत प्रणाम करनेके लिये भी तैयार है.

नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस अब क्या कर सकती है? वह विरोधीयों के उपर फर्जी केस बना सकती है. जैसा उसने वी.पी. सिंह के उपर सेन्ट कीट के गैरकानुनी एकाउन्ट केस का किया था.

केजरीवाल, किरन बेदी, प्रशांत भूषण, बाबा रामदेव जैसे लोगपर भी सरसव जैसे दोषोंको पहाड जैसे बताके कार्यवाही कर रही है और समाचारपत्रोमें उनको बदनाम करवा रही है.

लेकिन आमजनताकी आवाज जो ईन्टर्नेटके जरिये चल रही है उसको बंद कैसे करें इस समस्या पर नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस अपना ध्यान केंद्रित कर रही है. जनमाहिति अधिकारको तो उसने नष्टप्राय कर दिया है. कैसे? जो भी कोई जनमाहिति अधिकारी होते हैं वे सबके सब तो वही विभागसे संलग्न होते है. जो हमेशा विलंब नीति अपनाके बाद कोई न कोई बहाना बनाके माहितिको टालनेका प्रयास करते है. जब आप माहिति कमिश्नरके पास पहोंचते है तब कमिश्नरोंकी नियुक्ति पर्याप्त और अपूर्ण होने के कारण केसोंका ढेर पडा होता है. जैसे न्यायमें देरी वह न्याय का इन्कार के बराबर है, वैसे भी माहिति देनेमें अपार विलंब भी माहिति न देनेके बराबर ही हो जाता है.

ऐसा ही अब जनसामान्य जो चर्चाप्रिय है और भ्रष्टाचारके विरुद्धमें अपना स्वर उंचा करते है, और वह भी ईन्टर्नेट माध्यम के द्वारा तो यह नहेरुवंशी कोंग्रेस इनलोंगोंके उपर आक्रमण के लिये तैयार है.

नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस कैसे तैयार है?

जो भी भारतीय स्थानिक वेबसाईट है वे सब तो समाचार माध्यमोंकी तरह व्यंढ ही है.

इनके लिये व्यंढ शब्दका उपयोग करना भी व्यंढ लोगोंका अपमान करनेके बराबर है. कारण यह है कि व्यंढ लोग तो  सिर्फ प्रजननके लिये ही व्यंढ है. इन लोगोंमे शूरविरता और देशप्रेमकी कमी होना जरुरी नहीं है.

लेकिन ये भारतस्थ वेबसाइट वाले तो डरपोक और बीना प्रतिकार किये आत्मसमर्पण करनेमें प्रथमकोटीके है. ये लोग समाचार माध्यमोसे कोइ अलग मनोदशा रखनेवाले नहीं है.

तो यह वेब साईट पर आक्रमण करवाना कौन चाहता है? कौन करवायेगा? और कैसे करवायेगा?

नहेरुवंशवादी कोंग्रेसको वेबसाईटकी स्वतंत्रता और पसंद नहीं है. क्योंकि वेबसाईट के सदस्य नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके तथा कथित कारनामे पर आपसमें चर्चा करते है और इससे नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसकी कमीयां बाहर आती है. नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसको अपनी कमीयोंको दूरकरना चाहती नहीं है. क्योंकि अगर दूर करेगी तो देशकी उन्नति हो जायेगी और देशकी उन्नति का मतलब है लोग पढे लिखे और समझदार हो जायेंगे तो नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसकी असलियतको पहचान जायेंगे तो नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसको सत्तासे हटा देंगे. अगर नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस सत्तासे हट जायेगी तो जो अन्य सरकार आयेगी वो उसके उपर न्यायिक कार्यवाही करेगी. अगर नयी सरकार, नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके सदस्योंपर  न्यायिक कार्यवाही करेगी तो वे सभी नेतागणकी चूनावके लिये योग्यता नष्ट हो जायेगी अन्तमें उनको जेल जाना पडेगा. इतना ही नहीं लेकिन ये नहेरुवीयन फरजंदोने जनताके पैसोंसे जो बनी इमारतें और योजनाओंका नाम खुदके नामसे जोडा है, वे सब हट जायेगा. उनके बूत हट जायेंगे और उनके सभी अव्वल नंबरके नेताओंका नाम दूर्योधन, शकूनी, शिशुपाल, मंथरा, आदिके क्रममें आजायेगा. यह बात तो छोडो लेकिन उनको अपने रक्त-काला धनसे हाथ धोना पडेगा.

इसीलिये नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस वेबसाईट की स्वतंत्रता पर अपना प्रभाव लाना चाह्ती है. लेकिन इसमें नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसको मदद कौन कर सकता है?

नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसको उसके साथीपक्ष मदद कर सकते है. क्योंकि नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके साथी पक्षकी मनोवृत्तियां और चरित्र भी नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस की मनोवृत्तियां और चरित्रके समकक्ष हि है. अगर नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस चूनावमें हार भी गई तो ये पक्ष नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके सदस्योंका रक्षण करनेमें अपना दिलसे योगदान करेंगे क्योंकि नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसने भी समय समय पर इन पक्षोंके सदस्योंकी रक्षा की है.

नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस वेबसाइट पर अपना प्रभाव डालने के लिये किसका सहारा लेगी?

नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस ये काम पुलीस डीपार्टमेन्टके द्वारा करवायेगी. क्योंकि यह डिपार्टमेन्ट हो एक ऐसा डिपार्टमेन्ट है जो हमेशा गलत काम करनेमें प्रथम क्रम में रहेता है. जो डिपार्टमेन्ट फर्जी एनकाउन्टर करता है वह क्या क्या नहीं कर सकता!!

वह आपके पेजको हैक करसकता है. वह आपके पेजपर कुछभी आपत्ति जनक लिखके आपके पेज को और आपको बदनाम करके आपके पेजको सेन्सर करके उसको नष्ट कर सकता है.

ऐसा अगर न भी करें, तो भी आपके पेज को बेवजह ही नष्ट कर किया जा सकता है. वजह यही बतायेगा कि आपने नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके खिलाब बेबुनियाद लिखा है और इसलिये आपका पेज नष्ट किया गया है. और यह पता लगानेके लिये भी आपको महिनों तक वेबसाईट के साथ लिखावट करनी पडेगी तब कहीं यह वेबसाईटवाला आपको बतायेगा कि पूलिसकी सूचना पर उसने आपका पेज नष्ट किया है. फिर आपको पूलिस-डिपार्टमेन्टसे “जन माहिति अधिकार”का उपयोग करके और उसके बाद न्यायालयमें जाके अपने हक्क के लिये लडना होगा. इसमें आपका कमसे कम एक साल चला जायगा. अगर आपके पास पैसे है तो ऐसे वेबसाईटसे और सरकारसे नुकशान वसुली करवा पायेंगे. लेकिन ऐसा करनेमें आपको सिर्फ यह काम के लिये हि हाथ धोके पीछे पडना पडेगा.

नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस और उसके साथी पक्ष चाहतें है कि जनता यथावत ही रहे. सबकुछ यथावत ही रहे ताकि वे लोगभी अपना काम यथावत ही कर सके और अपनी बहत्तर पेढीयोंका उद्धार करसके.

वे यह नहीं चाहते हैं कि आप लोग अपने मित्रोंके साथ माहिति और विचारोंका आदानप्रदान करे भ्रष्टाचार और असत्य के सामने आवाज उठानेके लिये कोई योजना बनावे.

ये नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके सदस्य खुद कुछभी अनापसनाप बोलसक्ते हैं. उनके उपर कोइ पाबंदी नहीं. उनके पक्षीय महामंत्री बेबुनियाद आरोप लगा सकते है, और सरकारी प्रसार माध्यमभी उसका खुलकर प्रसारण करेंगे. उसमें इस नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसको कोई कठिनाई और आपत्ति या बेइमानी दिखाई नहीं देती. लेकिन अगर आप रामराज्यकी बात करेंगे तो उनको आपत्ति होगी और आपका वेबसाईट परका पेज नष्ट होगा.

वैसे तो लोकतंत्रमें आप आपके मित्रोंके साथ कुछभी विचार विनिमय कर सकते है. लेकिन नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस एक दंभी, स्वकेन्द्री और आपखुद चरित्र और संस्कार होने के कारण आपके अधिकार पर कोई भी आघात कर सकती है. और ये कमीना पोलीस तंत्र ये नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेसके आदेशोंका पालन करने के बारेमें दिमागसे अंध है और अगर नहेरुवीयन कोंग्रेस उसको कहेगी कि “हमारे आगे झुको” तो यह पोलीस तंत्र “साष्टांग दंडवत प्रणाम” करने लगेगा. जो खुद भ्रष्ट और नीतिहीन है उसकी करोडराज्जु होती ही नहीं है.

ACTION AND PURPOSE BEHIND THE ACTION

Let us go through some of the actions of Nehruvian Congress Private Limited and its purpose behind those actions.

It is very common among Nehruvians in India to act under disguise of public interest or in the interest of poor people but to have some different purpose behind that action.

Jawaharlal Nehru

1948: Case of Kashmir taken to UNO by Nehru and accepted the date of report to UNO as LOC with an intention (purpose) to show his out of proportion respect towards UNO. In fact it was a political blunder because Nehru had no wisdom and foresight.

1950: Founded Non-alliance Movement with an aim to show the First world (NATO countries) that military alliance is not the solution for world peace. But indirectly it was unregistered alliance with Second World (Communist countries Russia and China)

1952: Accepted sovereignty of China on Tibet. To show the Communist countries Russia and China that he was more aligned to socialism than human rights. Internally he wanted backing of Russia and China against the influence of USA and others.

 

1952: Puch-sheel treaty with China, to show the world that he loved peace and has soft corner for Buddhism (the vote-bank of Ambedkar).

 

1953-1962: Non-action on Chinese military infiltration and denial before parliament of India on any Chinese  infiltration in India. To show Russia that he had soft corner towards China and how much faith the people of India had in him despite of his blunders. It cannot be ruled out that he wanted political assistance from Russia in playing political unfair tactics with people of India.

 

1962: Nehru said “enemy has betrayed us on his Defeat against China due to neglecting security of borders. This statement was made to misguide the people of India to show that he was innocent. When Nehru was asked that when the forward movement of China in India would get stopped? Nehru replied “where and when we would stop them by our strength”. But China had captured 30000 square miles additional land more than what it had claimed in Indian land. China made cease fire of his own and gave back the additional seized land of 30000 square miles out of 92000/- square miles of total seized land.

 

1963: Nehru took oath “we will not take rest until we recapture the lost land of mother India”. The purpose was to show his sincerity towards mother India. In fact Nehru was a fraud and he made fraudulent statement. He and his progenies knew very well that the lost land was never going to be recaptured.

 

MORARJI DESAI WAS ICS AND COMPETITOR No One to Nehru

1963: Kamraj Plan: Nehru spelled purpose to strengthen the party by utilising services of senior leaders. Internally his purpose was to remove Morarji Desai who was his number one opponent.

 

Indira Gandhi:

Removal of privy-purses of Kings: This was with a view to show that she was socialistic. In fact the privy-purses were in accordance to the agreement signed with them when they handed over their kingdoms to independent India. The annual payment was to getting reduced to end up to zero in due course. However Indira wanted to show her promptness and militancy on establishing socialism to remove poverty.

 

Nationalisation of 14 leading private banks: Morarji Desai had introduced socialisation of banking. The RBI controls the policy of advances. Hence Morarji Desai was on right path. But Indira Gandhi wanted to spoil the bank employees for her political benefit. Nationalisation of Banks spoiled the administration of all these banks. Banks’ money got utilised for granting no-return loan as per the unwritten understanding. Like this the purpose was in no way effective to remove poverty or to uplift poor mass, but to share loan amount among managers (not always), recommending authority of loan (viz. Nehruvian Congress local leaders) and the borrowers. 1968 to 1984 of further rule of Indira Gandhi no poverty had been removed.

 

Remove Poverty was a fraud

Emergency: Indira declared emergency under the plea that her opponents instigating people to revolt against government and there was bulk indiscipline. But in reality her purpose was to retain her power and PM-ship.

 

Weak deal with Union Carbide: to make India self sufficient on pesticides. In fact under table deal cannot be ruled out as it is a practice of western industrialists to establish such hazardous production units in poor countries so that they can fool the local governments in case of hazard by way of executing defective agreement with purchasable government like Nehruvian Congress of India Private Limited.

 

Indira had no wisdom to see what could happen consequent to Simla Pact

Simla Pact: Bhutto said If I would solve all the problems and issues with India and agree to any such pact, I would be killed in Pakistan, and the agreement would not have any meaning. Indira Gandhi agreed to this as reported by Indira and no issue or problem was solved and converted victory into defeat. Further reality was so-called weak pact had also been made useless, as otherwise also Bhutto had been killed by the successive government of Pakistan. It cannot be ruled out that there could be an undertable deal with Bhutto by Indira Gandhi.

Rajiv Gandhi 

Deal with Ceylon: The aim was to have good relation with Ceylon. But it was complete avoidance of the interest of Tamilians in Ceylon. It was a blunder. Can you imagine that Pakistan would send its military in Kashmir to kill Muslim terrorists?

 

Every body has to make Nehruvian Congress comfortable in a deal

Boffors tanks: To make India stronger in military. We know the fact.

 

Anderson of Union Carbide: Rajiv said he would come back whenever we call him under investigation. It was a fraudulent statement. Under table deal cannot be ruled out for giving an easy pass to Anderson.

 

Man Mohan and Sonia Gandhi:

 

Harshad Mehta security scam: Man Mohan the then Finance Minister announced that he would take suitable corrective step such that security scam would not get repeated. The purpose was to show to the public that they were innocent. He said it was the fault of system. In fact the designers of the system were themselves. Man Mohan had made several phones to pressurise the then Income Tax Commissioner Vishvabandhu Gupta not to take action.

 

Though Man Mohan was FM at that time, when he became PM, Satyam scam took place.

 

Ravan Lila at Ram Lila Maidan: Nehruvian Government says law was taking its own course. In fact the police authority said, it was a political decision.

 

Jan Lok Pal Bill: Nehruvian Cong leaders say Parliament is supreme and government wants strong Lokpal. In fact the Civil Society was formed in consultation with government and Nehruvian Congress never wanted a strong Lokpal. Nehruvian Congress never tried to discuss on the merits. Arun Jetley had never been replied to the points.

 

Similar are the cases of Black-red money, Printing of currency notes by RBI, Distribution of Fake currency notes by RBI, Statements related with deportation of Daud, curtailing the scope of RTI act. EVM … there is no end. We can write a bigger book than Maha Bharat on the frauds, scams, scandals and blunders Nehruvians and Nehruvian Congress together with their allies.

 

ONE SHOULD NOT BE IN POLITICS FOR POWER

Governor appoints Lok Pal in Gujarat: Nehruvian Congress says we are sincerely on Lok Pal. Chronology says the issue has been made political by Nehruvian Congress. Governor and opposition party (Nehruvian Congress of India Private Limited) in Gujarat in joint venture rejected the proposal of ruling party (BJP Gujarat), without any merits and convincing reason. The HC has not gone through the political aspect and aims of Nehruvian Congress. Purpose behind the action is important. The purpose cannot be set aside in jurisprudent.

Do they want to scrap the state government? Let us rent out the State Assembly building.
