Kejriwal and Uddhav must be dismissed (2)

We have seen in the part – 1 of this blog, that Kejriwal played a mischievous role to help out the alleged anti-national gangs who wanted to dilute the efforts of Narendra Modi Governments on current epidemic. He and his state contractors had a joint venture to give lay off to their laborers from the job despite of Narendra Modi had announced lock down in India for 21 days.

INTEGRITY IS NOT BEYOND DOUBT

We do not know as to what confidential WRITTEN UNWRITTEN contracts linked with monetary benefit to the either parties, had been executed between Kejriwal and the Contractors? This cannot be ruled out

How much money the contractors could save? How much kick back Kejriwal can owe in any manner … all these are the matter of research. Let us keep it aside.

The spread of the information of “lay off”/Suspension given by the Contractors to the laborers was not a secret. They associated with their gangs willfully. They widely spread out the information through video clips and also the spell outs of their gangs’ recognized celebrities, columnists, writers, anchors, analysts. This created a big panic among laborers. The panic had covered their family staying in other states too. The media and the Anti-Modi gangs concentrated on such news to reduce the positive effect on efforts of the Government.

This panic was induced in Maharashtra mainly in Mumbai. Sewage Sena has not remained as Shiva Sena as it was previously. Now it is hand to hand with NCP and Congi. It is mandatory for them to show the culture of NCP and Congi.

Sewage Sena too did not act. Further it had not prevented the Muslims going to the Mosqs. Besides this Muslims are moving freely in their ghettos. Uddhava Thakare once upon a time known for the discipline. Now he  has become staunch follower of the culture of Congi and NCP.

WHO ELSE ARE GUILTY?

Bureaucrats?

Yes. Off course they are guilty.

It is basic duty of Indian Services Officers to follow the instructions of Prime Ministers unless their immediate superior has given written instructions. In the absence of written instruction from their immediately superior either they are supposed to follow the instructions of the Prime Minister, or incase contrary to the established practice by its immediate superior officer, they are supposed to ask for clarification. If the immediate superior officer denies to give written instructions then the officer is supposed not to follow his instructions. He can give a telegram to next higher officer, under intimation to his immediate superior officer. He can ask for the clarification stating the case. If the officers has not followed this procedure and simply obeyed the illegal instructions of his immediate superior, he is responsible under code of conduct of service rule.

WHAT IS ABOUT THE MUM OF HC/SC (HIGH COURT / SUPREME COURT)?

Very recently we have come across a case of displaying photos of the anti-social persons who had damaged the public properties. Adityanath Yogi Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh State (U.P. State), had caught them and impose fines. This was in accordance to a verdict of SC to recover the damages to the public property from the persons who were involved in the acts. Further, Yogi Adityanath, displayed their photo in public places as a part of preventive measure.

HOW DID HC ACT?

The HC of Uttar Pradesh State, took a Suo Moto based on print media.

Is it OK? Yes, it is ok.

Any HC has jurisdiction on taking Suo Moto based on any information came to its notice, provided it is a breach of rights of a person given under the constitution. HC gave orders to remove the photos of the culprits under his rights of privacy.

The orders given by the HC to remove the photos of culprits, were the orders OK in this specific case?

IT IS STRANGE.

A person commits a crime. Pending final orders of the court, he is not a criminal till the orders of his conviction are pending. Is it that the personal information pertaining to him including his photo, cannot be made to public?

No. The information be made to public. Our courts are open court. Hiding such information has never been a practice. Even in new papers and media such information is made to public. If the culprit is missing or and some more information is required for investigation, something has to be made to known to public.

Why? Where is the right of his privacy?

Whether the dealing with the investigation related with alleged criminal persons or taking preventive measures in connection with the law and order, is a job of a court or the job the state administration?

PLEASE LOOK AT THIS

A court has given a judgement against a party. The court orders the defeated party to act in accordance to the judgement. The party does not act at all. This appears in newspapers. Would the court take Suo Moto, even if it is HC?

No. It would not take Suo Moto. The court would issue a notice to the party to present his side on Contempt of Court. It is a disrespect of the Court. Even in such case too, an application has to be filed by the opposite party.

But here, in the matter of Uttar Pradesh State, the HC, straight way issues an order to remove the photos of the culprits. The HC does not prefer to issue a notice to hear the side of the Government of the State. The State Government is a big institution, has a lot responsibilities. Despite of this, the HC did not given a chance to the state government to present its side. The HC straight way issued an order.

NOW LET US KEEP THIS ASIDE.

On 22^nd March, the Prime Minister of India gave a hint of a lock down for few weeks. On 24^th March, the Prime Minister of India announced lock down for three weeks on whole of India. The Prime Minister emphasized that it is much more than a curfew. People should not leave their place/site of stay. Further the Prime Minister stressed upon that the employers of the workers, should not cut their salary for these 21 off days.

Was this announcement simply meant for the workers and employers? Was it not for the knowledge of SC/HC and others staying in India?

NOW WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENED?

The Contractors terminated the services of the workers. They asked workers to go to their native place or wherever they want to go, as the lock down would be for three months. The Chief Minister of Delhi arrange few DD buses.

For what and why?

Was this not a disregard of orders of the Prime Minister?

Was it not going to generate panic in the workers?

Was it not against the sense and spirit of the announcement which was made to prevent the epidemic? Mass movement is a factor in increasing the epidemic. Is it that this fact is not known to the CM of Delhi state?

Was this mass movement not heavily prone to increase the spread of Corona Virus deeply into communities at urban and rural level?

What could be the intention of the Prime Minister when he asked not to leave the place where they are? The intention was very crystal clear to reduce the spread of Corona Virus.

Was it not a stupid and unethical decision of the CM?

Leave this aside.

WHAT IS ABOUT HCs?

Have they stopped reading Newspapers and watching TV?

When crowds of workers going to their native place, were being shown, on TV Channels, despite of the Prime Minister’s instructions, to stay at home, why did the HC of Delhi take no Suo Moto?

WHAT IS MORE SIGNIFICANT?

Is it the so called right to privacy of a criminal significant or the lives of the persons in the crowd?

Off course the persons in the crowds have disobeyed the instructions of the Prime Ministers. But they were also provoked to go to their native place by the Chief Minister of Delhi by announcing that DD Buses are ready to take them to the border of their native place.

Who has issued such instructions?

Is it the CM himself or has he instructed to his staff to do so.

If not, then has the CM set up an inquiry to investigate into the matter?

If not, then it indicates that the CM has agreed to the arrangement made by his staff as he has not spoken against the arrangement.

Does the HC is ignorant of this matter?

No. It cannot be possible.

Similar is the case with HC of the Uttar Pradesh State.

The CM of UP state has taken the humanitarian ground seriously. CM UP has opted to take care of the migrant coming from Delhi, instead of finding fault with the CM of Delhi.

As for Maharashtra the Muslims bluntly ignored the instructions of the Prime Ministers.….

All these information is known to everybody including SC and HCs in India. Why did they not take cognizance?

WHAT DO YOU SAY ON SUO MOTO?

Is it mandatory? Is it discretionary? Is it arbitrary?

Is it that the constitution is silent on this, thereby it can be taken as arbitrary?

Why is the SC silent? Does it find, not necessary to give instructions to the Union Government to enact a law in this regards? 

Why the contents of interview of a recently retired CJ of SC, which are floating as the open secret prevailing in Indian judiciary, has not been taken into cognizance by the existing judges? If the judges can read newspapers, they would be aware of the information details of the interview.

If judges are afraid of the lutyen lobby then why did they not asked the Union Government to provide them life time Z+ security?

If a retired judge can make mention of the control of the lutyen gang on Indian judiciary and if a team of judges can call press conference to say something on the pressure they undergo while giving judgement, can they not ask for Z+ security?

The lutyen lobby is also active in spreading fake news.

NDTV caught red handed on spreading the news of extending lock out for further 3 months. It has also spread news that by July 2020, there would be 40 crores confirmed cases of Corona in India.

Such news when traced to check for its correctness, found false. Why is the SC not taking SUO MOTO against the media publishing fake news?

Does the approach of judges, not give a message to the public that the judiciary is timid before the lutein lobby?

Kejriwal and Uddhav must be dismissed (1)

It is the high time for Narendra Modi to take strict action against those who have willfully failed to take preventive actions against in the matter of Corona epidemic.

WHO ARE CRIMINALLY GUILTY?

Arvind Kejriwal and Uddhav Thakare are criminally guilty beyond doubt!

Let us take Kejriwal first;

(1) On 24^d of March 2020, the Prime Minister had addressed the people of India. The Prime Minister had declared the situation as an emergency situation, to prevent the Corona epidemic. He had issued instructions with sufficient detail. He had imposed Lock Down for 21 days with effect from the next day. Modi had specifically said that the laborers should be paid fully for these off days. There is an inherent message too.

(2) Now, please understand the legal binding.

These laborers, mainly belong to civil work contractors. These includes builders and other work contractors who are doing the work through other big contractors.

E.g A successful tenderer of a big project, splits the project into some small work elements. Then the tenderer allots such work elements to small contractors. These small contractors allots the works to labor contractors.

Contractor/Labor Contractor

Now the labor contractor has a legal binding to provide proper accommodation to the laborers, so that laborers can cook, go to toilet and rest. Further it is the duty of a labor contractor to take an insurance of each laborer jointly or individually for the duration of the project. Besides all these, every labor contractor has to take a labor license where he is supposed fill up a prescribed form with the details of the work order given to him by the main contractors of the project, number of laborers, duration of the work and place of work. Before giving the labor license the Labor Officer is supposed to check each of all these, for its correctness. All the conditions under the labor laws which are binding to a Labor Contractor, they bind main contractors and tender too. The main contractor and the tendering party, cannot get away from the labor law provisions and cannot shirk from their responsibilities.

The tendering party and the Main Contractor cannot say; “What can I do if the sub-contractor has not followed the Government’s legal provisions.” The labor contractor is supposed to give the full details of the each of the laborers. Not only these, but he is also supposed to provide the Identity Card with his/her photo to every laborer. The main Contractor, Tendering party and the labor Officers are supposed to visit the site for inspection of the site to know the parties involved in the project have followed the labor laws in its true sense and spirit.

NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF KEJRIWAL GOVERNMENT

Kejriwal and his ministry has willfully avoided their duties though they are paid from public money. Law and order is the State subject. That is why Kejriwal was supposed to take cognizance of the contents of the Prime Minister, once the Prime Minister issued the instructions of putting the whole country into lock down.

The Prime Minister had clearly announced that the lock down is for 21 days. Before that on 22^nd March 2020, The Prime Minister had expressed to the public; “he wanted few weeks from the people of India.”

Kerjiwal being a Chief Minister, was supposed to have a wisdom to foresee the seriousness of the Corona epidemic. Why? Because it was a global epidemic and he was supposed to  plan out the preventive measures.

(3) WHAT IS THE MINDSET OF KEJRIWAL AND HIS GANG?

Kejriwal identifies himself as a leftist, and aa a so called liberal. He is also a communal person, believes and acts for Vote Bank politics. He possesses all quality of leftist.

What is the mindset of a leftist and as leftist gang?

Always take the advantage of a situation whatsoever, it may be irrespective of its fairness or unfairness. This is necessary to create anarchy in the society. To create an anarchy is the first step towards gaining political power. For creating an anarchy, it is essential to divide people on the basis of thought, caste, race, services of a lot provides and the religion. Kejriwal has said this, many times. This is on records of his spell outs.

The other factor for creating anarchy, is to spread rumors and to help out the spread of rumors.

There were rumors that the lock down would be at least for three months. Rumor had further said, the public curfew has been for one day is the initial stage, and the same would be followed by lock down of small period and then it would be extended for at least three months. Then the lock down would be for indefinite period. This rumor was spread in Delhi. This rumor was not stopped by Kejriwal state Government. On the other hand Kejriwal administration had allowed it to spread out. Even after the Prime Minister announced the lock down for 21 days, Kejriwal Government took no cognizance to stop this rumor. Kejriwal willfully did not act to stop the laborers leaving Delhi for their native place. Kejriwal Government willfully not issued any instructions to remain present at work sites of Contractors by 23^rd March 2020 to observe the behavior of the laborers. Even after the announcement of the Prime Minister, the police did not care to stop them leaving the site.

The Prime Minster had said specifically that this lock out is more than a curfew. Kejriwal Government took no notice of this. The police of Kejriwal did not stop laborers leaving Delhi on foot from their work site at any time.

It is very strange that Kejriwal Government remained absolutely inactive and did not to pay regards to the instructions of the Prime Ministers, despite of the instructions specifically declared as “more than a curfew”. Kejriwal and his Government has failed willfully to create an anarchy.

Can Kejriwal submit an excuse that he is not an expert in understanding the laws?

No. He cannot say like that. Kejriwal Government has an army made of experts in various fields. Not only this, Kejriwal himself was an I”X”S officer. Essentially he was supposed to have this wisdom by default to foresee the situation well before, unless he had been appointed as an Income Tax officer by using unauthorized channels. If this is the truth, he should accept this, he should make himself ready to go to behind the bars and he should disclose the network of the members of the unauthorized channels.

Can you imagine the large scale consequential harmful effect of willful blunder of Kejriwal? The laborers are prone to generate sever spread of Corona epidemic to the interior parts of rural and urban areas and that too deeply. This cannot be ruled out. The situation is heavily prone to out of control only due to the willful blunder of Kejriwal. Who can take this “an accident”. This is part of agenda of Kejriwal and his associated gangs. Plan of creating anarchy cannot be ruled out.   

(4) What is the mindset of a communal (Radical) person?

The shortest way to define it, is “Religion First” and then everything else. Many Muslim Mulla-s were addressing their crowd that Corona epidemic is God given. This is sent by the God, to punish non-Muslims. These spell outs of Mulla-s, found to be supporting by the Muslims audience with cheers and applauds. This shows what could be the effect of such spell outs, on Muslims mass. There are lot of video clips floating on the social media and also on TV channels. How a responsible Chief Minister of a state and his administrative officers can neglect such radical spell outs in alarming situation? Even those public leaders who kept mum should be asked to clarify as to why did they keep mum? Why should they be not prosecuted for their mum though they are paid from public account? Kejriwal and also his administrative officers are answerable for allowing such Muslim leaders for their spell outs.

(5) Openly breaking the law of Curfew and Gathering at Mosq by Muslims.

It has also been observed that Muslims were allowed to move freely in their areas where they live in ghettos. Such scenes are shown in TV channels. Police was found either absent or simply watching the crowds of Muslim. An anchor of TV channel has to state that there are certain Muslim Areas, where the Police even not dare to enter.

Kejriwal supposed to understand this mindset of Muslims. But Kejriwal willfully opted to give such liberty to Muslims to disrespect the legal instructions.  Leave aside the lawbreaking Muslims, is this not a dangerous act of Kejriwal to allow the Corona Virus to spread in community?

It cannot be ruled out the idea of Kejriwal to spend more money in Muslim area, by spreading the Corona Virus willfully. Off course Corona Virus is not communal. Corona Virus is secular. It can spread everywhere heavily under such approach of Kejriwal.

Whatever decisions are taken by Kejriwal, is a joint responsibility of his Cabinet. The whole Kejriwal Government is responsible. The bureaucrats too are responsible if they have neglected the situation, unless they have received written instructions from Kejriwal government, on the way they have acted (not acted). Otherwise they should prove that there was a standing instructions as to how to act in a communal way so far Muslim-areas concern.

Who else are responsible and required to be taken to task?

Is it SC/HC or and Labor Officer?

કળીયુગી શિવગીતા દ્વિતીયોધ્યાયઃ

દેશદ્રોહ આશંકા યોગઃ

આપણા નરેન્દ્ર  મોદી સાહેબ પદ્માસનવાળી ધ્યાનસ્થ થયા. પદ્માસન એ સેલ્ફ સપોર્ટેડ બેલેન્સ્ડ આસન છે.

નરેન્દ્ર મોદી સમાધિ અવસ્થામાં  કૈલાશ ગયા કે દેવાધિદેવ મહાદેવે નરેન્દ્ર મોદીને દર્શન આપ્યા કે સમાધિ અવસ્થામાં નિદ્રાધીન થઈ નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈએ સ્વપ્ન સૃષ્ટિમાં પ્રવેશ કર્યો, તેની ચર્ચા આપણે નહીં કરીએ.

નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદીને લાગ્યું કે તેમની સમક્ષ મહેશ્વર પ્રગટ થયા છે.

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે દામોદરપુત્ર, તું આટલો ચિંતાગ્રસ્ત શા માટે છે?

નરેન્દ્ર ઉવાચઃ “ભક્તસ્તેહં, શાધી માં ત્વાં પ્રપન્નઃ (હુ તમારો ભક્ત છું અને આપને શરણે આવેલા એવા મને બોધ આપો)

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે હિરાનંદન,  શી વાત છે?

 નરેન્દ્ર ઉવાચ ;  “હે પ્રભુ, ભારતવર્ષમાં અત્યારે કેટલાક પરિબળો અશાંતિ સ્થાપવા કૃતસંકલ્પ થયા છે અને સમાચાર માધ્યમો એટલે કે કેટલાક  વર્તમાન પત્રો અને કેટલીક  ટીવી ચેનલો સમાચારોને પોતાના એજન્ડાને અનુરુપ શબ્દોની ગોઠવણી કરીને એવા રુપે રજુ કરે છે કે ઘટનાઓનું મૂળ સ્વરુપ નષ્ટ થાય અને વિકૃત સ્વરુપ સામે આવે છે. આનો લાભ લઈને દેશના વિભાજન વાદી પરિબળો વધુ ને વધુ સક્રિય થઈ રહ્યા છે.

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે પરિશ્રમી, તારે તો તારો રાજધર્મ બજાવવાનો છે.

નરેન્દ્ર ઉવાચ ; “હે પ્રભુ, હું મારા રાજ ધર્મને જાણું છું. હું  હમેશા મારો રાજધર્મ બાજાવતો આવ્યો છું. ૨૦૦૧ થી જ્યારથી મારા પક્ષ દ્વારા મને શાસનની ધૂરા સોંપવામાં આવી ત્યારથી શરુ કરી રાજ ધર્મ જ બજાવતો આવ્યો છું. હે પરમેશ્વર તમે તો જાણો જ છો કે ૨૦૦૨ના હુલ્લડોથી મને અમુક પ્રકારના તત્ત્વો બદનામ કરતા જ આવ્યા છે. હું એ પણ જાણું છું કે તેમની તો આદત છે. પણ જ્યારથી, ૨૦૧૯ની ચૂંટણી હું અને મારો પક્ષ જીત્યા છે ત્યારથી આ હુલ્લડવાદી તત્ત્વો મરણીયા થયા  છે. અફવાઓ તો તેઓ પહેલાં પણ ફેલાવતાં હતાં. પણ એ અફવાઓ ખોટી હતી અથવા વિવાદાસ્પદ હતી તેથી મને ખાસ વાંધો ન હતો.

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; “ હે સમાજશાસ્ત્રી, તો શું તું એમ કહેવા માગે છે કે હાલમાં પ્રવર્તમાન અફવાઓમાં સત્ય છે?

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “ના પ્રભુ ના… હવે મારા વિરોધીઓ રસ્તા ઉપર આવી ગયા છે અને ધરણાઓ કરવા માંડ્યા છે. એટલું જ નહીં તેઓ મુસ્લિમ સ્ત્રીઓ દ્વારા ધરણા અને પ્રદર્શનો કરવવા માંડ્યા છે. એટલે મારી દશા શિખંડીએ ભિષ્મ પિતામહની કરી હતી તેવી થઈ છે. મુસ્લિમ સ્ત્રીઓ ઉપરાંત બાળકો પણ છે. બાળકોની પાસે “મોદીને ગોળી મારો” એવા સૂત્રો પણ બોલાવે છે. …

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ; ” હે અષ્ટકૂટ, મને લાગતું નથી કે તું આવી વાતોથી ગભરાઈ જાય !! અને તારા ધ્યેય થી વિચલિત થાય !!

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે અંતર્‌યામી, હું તો આપની સલાહ લેવા આવ્યોં છું કે હું સાચા માર્ગે છું કે મારે કશોક ફેરફાર કરવાની જરુર છે?

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે મહાધૈર્યવાન, તું જાણે જ છે કે શાહીન બાગ પ્રદર્શનનો હેતુ શો હતો? આવા પ્રદર્શનો તો તું પણ કરાવી શકે છે, અને તે પણ વધુ સારી રીતે. પણ હે પ્રજાપ્રિય, તું તો જાણે જ છે કે આ પ્રદર્શન એક પ્રયોગ હતો અને આ પ્રયોગમાં જો તું કંઈપણ સકારાત્મક પગલુ  ભરે, તો તેઓ હુલ્લડ કરાવે. હુલ્લડ કરાવવામાં તો તારા વિરોધીઓ નિપૂણ છે. જો તેઓ ૨૦૦૮ના આતંકવાદી હુમલાને પણ તારે નામ કરવાનું કાવતરું રચી શકતા હોય તો તેઓ શું ન કરી શકે?  

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે વિશ્વમૂર્ત્તિ, આપ તો જાણો જ છો કે મારા વિરોધીઓ શું શું કરી શકે છે !! કારણ કે તેમને માટે આ બધું મહદ્‌ અંશે સરળ છે. કારણ કે તે સૌ “જૈસે થે વાદી છે … લૂટો અને લૂટવા દો, ગરીબોને ખેરાતના વચનો આપો, તેમને અશક્ત તથા સરકાર ઉપર અવલંબિત જ રાખો … મારા વિરોધીઓ એવું ઈચ્છે છે કે “કાળું નાણું ઉત્પન્ન થવા દો, તેના થકી આપણે વિદેશોમાં રોકાણ કરી શકીશું, વિદેશોમાં સંપત્તિ ખરીદી શકીશું, વિદેશોમાં ટાપુઓ ખરીદી શકીશું અને તેના ઉપર અફલાતૂન બંગલાઓ બાંધી શકીશું …” હે સર્વજ્ઞ, આ બધાં કારણોથી જ મોદી તેમને નડે છે. મારા વિરોધીઓ મારા ઉપર ભૂરાયા થયા છે. મેં વિદેશો સાથે આપણા દેશના સંબંધો સુધાર્યા …, આપણા  દેશની આબરુને ટોચ ઉપર લઈ ગયો … આવું બધું તેમને નડે છે. એટલે જ ટ્રમ્પ આવવાના સમયે તેમણે શાહીન બાગનો પ્રપંચ પ્રાયોજિત કર્યો. તોફાનો કરાવ્યા, જનતાની સંપત્તિને બાળી, અને આ બધું આર.એસ.એસ.વાળાએ કરાવ્યું એવો વિદેશોમાં પ્રચાર કર્યો. મને તો દૃઢ વિશ્વાસ છે કે આ બધું એક મહાપ્રપંચનો ભાગ છે.

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે સહસ્રબુદ્ધે, તું સઘળું તો જાણે જ છે. તો પછી મારી પાસે કેમ આવ્યો છે?

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે વિશ્વવ્યાપી, મારે ફક્ત આપની પાસેથી લીલી ઝંડી જોઇએ. અને જો આપના તરફથી કોઈ સૂચન હોય તો તે જોઇએ. ક્યારેક મને એવું લાગે છે કે જો બધું નિશ્ચિત જ છે તો મને જે કંઈ સુઝે તે મારે કરવું જોઇએ. જે થવાનું છે તે તો થવાનું જ છે, તો પછી મારે “શું થશે?” એવી ચિંતા કે વિચાર પણ શા માટે કરવો જોઇએ? હે વિશ્વ નિયંતા, તમે વિશ્વના નિયમો બનાવ્યા, મનુષ્યને પ્રજ્ઞા આપી, તો પછી તમે મતિભ્રષ્ટ મૂર્ધન્યો અને મતિ ભ્રષ્ટ વિશ્લેષકો કેમ ઉત્પન્ન કર્યા?

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; હે મેઘાવી, માનવ સમાજની બૌધિક અને કર્મકૌશલ્યની  ઉન્નતિ માટે સમાજ વિરોધી તત્ત્વો હોવા જરુરી પણ છે. કારણ કે શાણો મનુષ્ય આવા લોકોના વિચારોનો અને વર્તણુંકનો અભ્યાસ કરે છે અને તેમ કરતાં કરતાં પોતાની બુદ્ધિનો અને કૌશલ્યનો વિકાસ કરે છે. જો વિરોધી તત્ત્વો જ ન હોય તો મનુષ્યની વિચાર શક્તિ વિકસે જ કેવી રીતે? સમાજ આગળ જ કેવીરીતે વધી શકે? ચર્ચા દ્વારા સામેના માણસના વિચાર અને વિચાર પદ્ધતિ જાણે છે, વિચારનું આદાનપ્રદાન થાય, વિરોધીઓના વિચારોની ચકાસણી થાય છે અને તેથી મનુષ્યના મગજનો  વિકાસ થાય છે.   કર્મ કરવામાં પણ તેને વધુસારું કઈ રીતે કરી શકાય તે વિષે વિચારવાથી અને એક જ કર્મને અવારનવાર કરવાથી (અભ્યાસથી) કર્મ કરવામાં કૌશલ્ય અને ઝડપ આવે છે.  

 નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે ઈશ્વર, તમે તો સર્વ શક્તિમાન છો … તમારી ઈચ્છાવગર પાંદડું પળ હલી શકતું નથી. તો તમે સર્વજ્ઞતા અને પરિપૂર્ણતા મનુષ્યમાં પહેલેથી જ કેમ મુકી દેતા નથી?

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; હે પ્રચેતસ્‍, હું અનિર્વચનીય છું. વિશ્વની સરખામણીમાં એક કણ જેટલો નાનો છે, તે કણના કણથી પણ નાની આ પૃથ્વિ છે. તમે જે વિશ્વમાં રહો છો તે જેવું છે, તેવું કેમ છે, તે મૂળભૂત તત્ત્વ અને ઉર્જાના ઐક્યત્વને જોડતા પ્લેંક અચળ ની સંખ્યા ઉપર આધારિત છે. જે  ૬.૬૨૬૦૭૦૦૪ x [૧/(૧૦ x … ૩૪ વખત)]જુલ સેકન્ડ છે. એ જરુરી નથી કે પ્લેંકના અચળ અંક હમેશા આ જ હોઈ શકે. એવાં હજારો કરોડો વિશ્વ હોઈ શકે જેમાં પ્લેન્કનો અચળાંક શૂન્ય થી અનંત સુધીનો હોઈ શકે. હું આ બધા વિશ્વોનો સમુચ્ચય છું. તમે અત્યાર સુધી ત્રણ પરિમાણને જાણતા હતા. તમે જેમ જેમ વિચારતા ગયા, પ્રયોગો કરતા ગયા તેમ તેમ તમને જાણવા મળતું ગયું કે પરિમાણો તો ૧૧+૧૧+૪=૨૬ (૪=લંબાઈ, પહોળાઈ, ઉંચાઈ અને સમય) છે. …

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે પ્રભુ, હું આ બધું સમજતો નથી. અને મારે સમજવું પણ નથી. અત્યારે તો મારા વિરોધીઓ મને બંધારણનો ઘાતક, લોક શાહીનો દુશ્મન, કોમવાદી, કટ્ટર હિન્દુત્વ વાદી … અને  અહિંસાને નેવે મુકનારો … એવું બધું કહે છે.

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે નિસ્પૃહી, તું એક વાત સમજ. જેમ મનુષ્યનો વિકાસ થતો ગયો તેમ તેમ તે સમજતો ગયો કે “બળીયાના બે ભાગ” ઉપર કશુંક તો નિયમન લાવવું જ પડશે. એટલે તે નિયમો બનાવતો ગયો. આ નિયમો બનાવવા પાછળની વૃત્તિનું પ્રેરક બળ, ઓછામાં ઓછી હિંસા એટલે કે અહિંસા છે. આ નિયમો બનાવનારને કેટલાક પેગમ્બર કહેતા, કેટલાક ઈશ્વરનો પુત્ર કહેતા, તો કેટલાક ઈશ્વરનો અવતાર કહેતા. ભારતમાં આવું ન હતું. જેમને ઈશ્વરનો અવતાર કહેતા તે એક વિશેષણ જ હતું. ભારતમાં તો નિયમો ઋષિઓએ બનાવ્યા. તેઓ જ્ઞાની, દાર્શનિક,  મનનશીલ અને ચિંતનશીલ હતા. તેઓ ધ્યાની હતા. તેમણે આને “શાસ્ત્ર” નામ આપ્યું. તેમણે દરેક ક્ષેત્રમાં શાસ્ત્રો રચ્યાં. ભારતમાં શાસ્ત્રો પ્રમાણે શાસન અને જન-વ્યવહાર થતો હતો. આમાં ફેરફાર કરવાનો હક્ક ફક્ત તજજ્ઞનોને જ હતો. તેટલું જ નહીં તેના ઉપર ચર્ચા કરવાનો હક્ક સૌ કોઈનો હતો. પણ ચર્ચા વિવેકશીલ હોવી જોઇએ. ચર્ચા વિતંડાવાદી અને હિંસક ન હોવી જોઇએ.

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “પણ હે વિશ્વેશ્વર, ભારતમાં તો ચર્ચા ને તો બાજુપર મુકો પણ જે પ્રદર્શનો થાય છે તે હિંસાને જન્મ આપે છે અને તેને ફેલાવે પણ છે. તેનું શું?

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; હે કૃતનિશ્ચયી, તેં જે વાત કરી, તે નિયમ અને તેના પાલન કરાવવાની સમસ્યા છે. જો જનતાને અનુભૂતિ થશે કે નિયમનો ભંગ કર્યો એટલે સજા થવાની શક્યતા સો ટકા છે. મોટો ચમરબંધી પણ આપણને બચાવી શકશે નહીં. તો દરેક વ્યક્તિ નિયમબદ્ધ બનશે જ.

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે કલ્યાણકારી, હું તો પ્રયત્ન કરું જ છું. પણ ખબર નથી પડતી કે ન્યાયાલય ને કેમ અમુક બનાવોની ગંભીરતાની ખબર પડતી નથી.

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; હે આર્ષદર્શી, આમાં મારે તને કશું કહેવાની જરુર નથી. પણ તું જે સીસ્ટમ બદલવાની વાત કરે છે તે બરાબર છે. પણ તે સીસ્ટમ બદલવાની વાતમાં કોઈ સામાન્ય માણસને પણ લે, કારણ કે સામાન્ય માણસની મુશ્કેલીઓ તારા અધિકારીઓ સમજવા માગતા નથી. સરકારી પોર્ટલ માં શું ખામી છે અને ખાસ કરીને સરકારને પોતાની વાત પહોંચાડવામાં શું ખામી છે અને તેથી શી  મુશ્કેલી છે તે સામાન્ય સુજ્ઞ માણસ જ કહી શકશે.  સરકારી નોકરો  હમેશા પોતાની સગવડતા જોતા હોય છે. આ ઉપરાંત તારા વિરોધીઓ ઉપરના  જે કંઈ કેસ ચાલે છે તેને ઝડપથી ચલાવવાની સીસ્ટમ ગોઠવ. તારા વિરોધીઓ અત્યારે નવરા છે એટલે તેઓ ન્યાયાલયમાં ફાલતુ અરજીઓ કર્યા કરે છે. ન્યાયધીશોને પણ તારે દુધે ધોયેલા માનવા નહીં.

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચઃ હે કરુણામય, હું તો આ મારા વિરોધીઓની ગેંગો થી ત્રસ્ત છું. એક તરફ તેઓ હિંસા ફેલાવે છે અને બીજી તરફ મને નાઝી વાદી કહે છે. વિદેશોમાં પણ મને તેમના નેટવર્ક દ્વારા બદનામ કરવાના પ્રયત્નો કરે છે.

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ;  “હે પરદુઃખભંજક, તું આવી બધી સમસ્યાઓ તારા અનુયાયીઓને સોંપી દે અને એક તંત્ર પણ બનાવ. જનતામાં તારા પ્રશંસકો છે  તેઓ તો હોંશે હોંશે તને મદદ કરવા આતુર છે. અને તેઓ તારા નિર્ણયોની યોગ્યતાનો પ્રચાર પણ કરે છે. તું સોસીયલ મીડીયા ઉપર સક્રિય રહે. પલાયનવાદી વૃત્તિનો જો તારામાં જન્મ થયો હોય તો તેનો ત્યાગ કર. જનતામાં તું જ સૌથી વધુ વિશ્વસનીય છે. અને તારા ઉપર જ દેશપ્રેમીઓ આશાની ઉમ્મીદ લઈને બેઠા છે. એટલે તેમની સાથેના સંવાદને તું બંધ ન કર.

નરેન્દ્રઃ ઉવાચ ; “ હે હરિહર, હું ખંતથી, સ્વાર્થહીન રીતે, અથાક મહેનતથી અને નીતિમત્તાથી કામ કરું છું. આથી પણ જો સારી રીતે કામ થઈ શકતું હોય તો હું તે માટે તૈયાર છું. તો પણ મારા વિરોધીઓ મને તો એલફેલ બોલે તેમાં મને બહુ વાંધો નથી પણ મારા વિરોધ કરતાં કરતાં તેઓ દેશના હિતનો ખ્યાલ રાખતા કેમ નથી? શું કર્મનો સિદ્ધાંત ખોટો છે? જ્યારે દેશને તોડનારી તાકાતો દેશ વિરુદ્ધ અદ્ધર અદ્ધર જ ઉચ્ચારણો કરે છે, ત્યારે મારા પ્રશંસકો દેખીતી રીતે તેમને ગદ્દાર કહેવાના જ. તો આ લોકો એમ કહે છે કે હવે તો સરકારની વિરુદ્ધ બોલનારાઓને પણ દેશના ગદ્દારો કહેવાની પ્રણાલી મોદીએ પાડી છે. અને આવી વાતો દેશના કેટલાક પ્રતિષ્ઠિત કહેવાતા મૂર્ધન્યો પણ કરે છે.

મહેશ્વરઃ ઉવાચ ; “હે નિષ્કામકર્મી, તું જાણે છે કે કર્મનું ફળ સર્વત્ર અને સર્વદા, વ્યક્તિગત કર્મફળ હોતું નથી. સમાજ, જેમાં કુદરત પણ આવી જાય, તેની પરિસ્થિતિ, સમાજજન્ય કર્મ અને વ્યક્તિગત કર્મના પરિણામી કર્મફળ મળે છે. જેમ કે તું ચા બનાવવા ઇચ્છે  તો, ચા, તો જ થાય, જો તપેલીવાળાએ તપેલી બનાવી હોય, પ્રાયમસવાળાએ પ્રાયમસ બનાવ્યો હોય, અને બીજા અનેક આનુસંગિક કર્મો, પદાર્થો હોય કે થયાં હોય તો જ તું  ચા બનાવી શકે. અને જો તું ચા કરી શકતો હોય તો રાક્ષસ પણ ચા કરી શકે. “આ રાક્ષસ છે એટલે હું નહીં સળગું, અથવા રાક્ષસને જ સળગાવી દઈશ” એમ અગ્નિ કહી ન શકે. આવા કારણો થકી કેટલાક મને ભોલેનાથ કહે છે. પણ હે દેશસુરક્ષાના ક્રાંતિવીર,  જો તું  સુરક્ષાને ધ્યાનમાં નહી લે તો તું ભલે શ્રેયના માર્ગે છે તેમ માનતો હોય તો પણ તારા દેશનો નાશ કે પરાજય થઈ શકે છે.

નરેન્દ્ર વિષાદ આશંકા યોગઃ

મોદી-શાહયોઃ સંવાદઃ

સી.એ.એ. , એન.આર.સી., અને એન.આર.પી. ના સમર્થકો અને વિરોધીઓ ના વિવાદો અને વિતંડાવાદના વમળમાં જ્યારે કેટલાક ધૂરંધરો પણ ગોથાં ખાઈ રહ્યા છે, ત્યારે આપણા વડાપ્રધાન  નરેન્દ્રભાઈ  મોદી પણ ક્ષણભર આવાક થઈ ગયા. સી.એ.એ. , એન.આર.સી., અને એન.આર.પી. ના વિરોધીઓની દલીલોથી તો નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈને કોઈ મૂંઝવણ ન થઈ, પણ  બુરખાધારી બહેનોના લગાતાર ચાલતા ધરણાથી અને સર્વોચ્ચ ન્યાયાલયના આશ્ચર્યકારક વલણથી એટલે કે વચગાળાનો આદેશ આપવામાં ઠાગાઠૈયા કરતા હોય, તો નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈ મોદીને થયું કે સર્વોચ્ચ ન્યાયાલયના ન્યાયધીશ પણ જો આ કેસમાં ખાસ કરીને શાહીનબાગના સી.એ.એ. , એન.આર.સી., અને એન.આર.પી. ના વિરોધીઓ પ્રદર્શન કેસમાં  અસમંજસમાં હોય   તો શું એવું તો ન બને કે મારા નિર્ણયમાં જ ક્યાંક દાળમાં  આખું નહીં તો અડધું કે પા, કોળું ગયું હોય!!

આવો આવો અમિતભાઈ … તમારે વળી “આવું?” એમ પૂછવાનું હોય?

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

બોલો સાહેબ મારું શું કામ પડ્યું?

નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈ ઉવાચઃ

અરે અમિતભાઈ, તમને એવું લાગતું નથી કે આપણાથી સી.એ.એ. ના વિરોધના અનુસંધાનમાં થઈ રહેલા આ શાહીનબાગવાળા કેસને ડીલ કરવામાં કંઈ કાચું કપાયું હોય, અથવા તો દાળમાં આખું નહી તો અર્ધું કે પા કોળું ગયું હોય?

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

ના સાહેબ ના. એવું કશું નથી. આ બધો વિરોધ કંઈ સૈધ્ધાંતિક વિરોધ નથી. સાહેબ, તમે કોંગીઓને તો મારાથી પણ વધુ ઓળખો છો. તેઓને ગરજ હોય તો ગધેડાને તો શું ડુક્કરને પણ પોતાનો બાપ બનાવે એવા છે. વળી સાહેબ, તમે જાણો જ છો કે આ બધું કંઈ મફત થતું નથી. પૈસાની જે હેરફેર થાય છે અને કોના પૈસા ક્યાંથી આવ્યા, એ બધાની તપાસ તો ચાલુ જ છે.

નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈ ઉવાચઃ

પણ અમિત ભાઈ, આ બધી બહેનો અને તે પણ અનેક મહિનાઓથી ધરણાં ઉપર બેઠી છે. તો તેમનામાં આટલું સક્રિયપણું કેવીરીતે આવ્યું? મને લાગે છે કે આપણી કદાચ ભૂલ ન થતી હોય.

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

અરે સાહેબ. તમને ખબર નથી. આ બધી બહેનો કંઈ ઉપવાસ ઉપર બેઠી નથી. જો તમે મને છૂટ આપો તો હું આનાથી પણ બમણી બહેનો, અને તે પણ રોકડમાં પૈસા આપ્યા વગર ભેગી કરી શકું. અને “જમાનત વાળા જેલમાં જાઓ” એના સમર્થનમાં એટલે કે આ જમાનત ઉપર રહેલા કોંગી નેતાઓ જેલમાં જવાને બદલે “જમાનત ઉપર, જેલની બહાર રહે છે” તેમના વિરોધમાં બહેનોના ધરણા જરુર પડે તો વર્ષો સુધી કરાવી શકું.

નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈ ઉવાચઃ

એ વળી કેવી રીતે?

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

જુઓ સાહેબ,  મારી વાતમાં તો સિદ્ધાંત જ છે. ગાંધીજીનો પાયાનો સિદ્ધાંત હતો, કે કોઈ કોંગ્રેસીએ અથવા સાચા માણસે જમાનત માગવી જ ન જોઇએ. હવે આ કોંગીઓ જો પોતાને સાચા માનતા હોય તો તેમના ઉપર જે કૌભાન્ડોના આરોપો લાગેલા છે, તેના અનુસંધાનમાં તેઓએ ન્યાયાલયમાં જમાનતની માગણી જ શા માટે કરી? જો તેઓ પોતાને  મહાત્મા ગાંધીના અનુયાયી માનતા હોય અને મનાવતા હોય તો તેમણે જમાનતની માગણી જ ન કરવી જોઇએ. કારણ કે જમાનતની માગણી કરવી એ જ મહાત્મા ગાંધીના સિદ્ધાંતની વિરુદ્ધ છે.

નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈ ઉવાચઃ

અરે અમિતભાઈ, હું કોંગીઓની એ વાત કરતો નથી. એ તો નાનું તાજું જન્મેલું બચ્ચું પણ જાણે છે કે આ કોંગી પક્ષને કે તેના નેતાઓને, મહાત્મા ગાંધીના સિદ્ધાંત સાથે નાહવા નીચોવવાનો પણ સંબંધ નથી. હું તો આ શાહીનબાગમાં ધરણા ઉપર બેઠેલી બહેનો વિષે વાત કરતો હતો. તમે કહેલું ને, કે તમે તો રોકડા પૈસા આપ્યા વગર પણ આના થી ડબલ બહેનોને ધરણા ઉપર બેસાડી શકો. એ કેવી રીતે?

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

જુઓ, બહેનોને ચટપટું ખાવાનું બહુ જ ગમે. જેમ કે ભીની ભેળ, રગડો પેટીશ …. અને સૌથી વિશેષ તો પાણી પુરી. તમે જશોદા બેનની સલાહ લેવામાં માનતા નથી તે વાત હું સમજી શકું છું. પણ મારે તો તમારા જેવું બંધન નથી. એટલે હું આ બધું જાણી શક્યો છું.

નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈ ઉવાચઃ

પણ અમિત ભાઈ, જો બહેનોને દિવસમાં ચાર ચાર વખત આવું ચટપટું ખવડાવીએ તો તેઓ માંદી ન પડે? સંભવ છે કે અમુક બહેનો તો માંદી પડે જ પડે.

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

શું સાહેબ તમે પણ મજાક કરો છો. આપણે બહેનોને ચાર વખત ચટપટું ખવડાવવું એમ હું કહેતો નથી. પણ બહેનોના ચાર જત્થા રાખવાના. શિફ્ટ-ડ્યુટીમાં બહેનોને બોલાવવાની. અને તેમની ડ્યુટી પુરી થાય એટલે તેમને ઠીક ઠીક ખાવા દેવું. વચ્ચે વચ્ચે પણ ખાય તો વાંધોં નહીં. પણ ડ્યુટી પુરી થાય એટલે જ તેમનો ક્વોટા પુરો કરવા દેવાનો.

નરેન્દ્ર મોદી ઉવાચઃ

હું સમજ્યો નહી.

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

… જુઓ … આપણે ધારોકે  નક્કી કર્યું કે ૪૦ પાણી પુરી એક બહેનનો ક્વોટા છે. તો ૨૦ પાણી-પુરી તેમને વચ્ચે ખાવા દેવી. પણ છેલ્લી ૨૦ પાણી-પુરી તો તેમની ડ્યુટી પુરી થાય પછી જ આપવાની. એટલે કોઈ બહેનો અધવચ્ચે થી ભાગી નહીં જાય. એટલું જ નહીં પણ ડ્યુટી ઉપર પણ સમયસર હાજર થઈ જશે. અને સાહેબ તમે જાણી લો કે ચટપટી ખાટ્ટી ખાટ્ટી વાનગીઓ બહેનોને અવનવી સાડીઓ, અવનવા ડ્રેસ અને અવનવી ડીઝાઈનવાળી સેંડલો/ચંપલો  જેટલી જ પ્રિય હોય છે. એટલે તમને જેટલા બહેનોના જત્થાઓ જોઈતા હશે તેટલા જત્થા મળી રહેશે. એમાં કોઈ શંકાને સ્થાન નથી.

નરેન્દ્રભાઈ ઉવાચઃ

તો ભાઈઓને કેવીરીતે ભેગા કરવા?

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

જુઓ સાહેબ બહેનો ચટપટી વાનગીઓ અને ખાસ કરીને પાણી-પુરી ની શાનદાર દુકાન આગળ ખુશીની ચીચીયારી કરી મુકે છે. અને ભાઈઓ પણ અફલાતુન દારુની દુકાન જોઇને (જો પીવા મળવાનો હોય તો) ખુશીની  ચીચીયારી કરી મુકે છે. પણ ભાઈઓને એ રીતે ભેગા ન કરી શકાય. કારણકે કેટલાક ભાઈઓ પીવા ઉપર કટ્રોલ ન રાખે અને ભાઈઓને દારુ ચડે કે ન ચડે પણ તેઓ દારુ માટે અથવા દારુ ચડવાથી   તોફાન પણ કરી નાખે છે. આ પ્રમાણે ભાઈઓને ભેગા કરવા કરતાં બહેનોને ભેગી કરવી સહેલી છે. નજીવા પ્રમાણમાં શાણા ભાઈઓ ને પણ રાખવા. કારણ કે જો ભાઈઓ હોય તો થોડી ઓછી  દેખાવડી બહેનો હોય તો પણ ચાલ્યું જાય. કારણ કે ભાઈઓની હાજરીમાં તેમનું ઓછું દેખાવડાપણું ઢંકાઈ જશે. અને બધી બહેનો શોભી ઉઠશે. કારણ કે હવે ભાઈઓ દાઢી રાખતા થયા છે તેથી તેઓ ઠીક ઠીક કદરુપા લાગે છે.             

નરેન્દ્ર ભાઈ ઉવાચઃ

અમિતભાઈ એ બધું તો ઠીક છે. શાહીન બાગ જેવા પ્રદર્શનો કંઇ મફતમાં થતા નથી. કોંગીભાઈઓ અને તેમના સાંસ્કૃતિક સાથીઓ શાહીનબાગમાં બહેનોને રોજી પુરી પાડે છે.  હું એ પણ જાણું છું કે આપણા વિરોધીઓનો આ પ્રયોગ છે. આ પ્રયોગ ઠેક ઠેકાણે થશે તો બહેનોને વધુ રોજી મળશે તે પણ હું જાણું છું. પણ અમિતભાઈ, અત્યારે કોરોનાનો વાવડ ચાલે છે. આ રીતે બહેનોને કોરોનાનો ચેપ લાગે અને રોગીઓનું પ્રમાણ વધે તેમ તમને લાગુતું નથી?

અમિત શાહ ઉવાચઃ

પણ સાહેબ, આ બધું થોડું લાબું ચાલવાનું છે?

નરેન્દ્રભાઈ ઉવાચઃ

જો કે આપણા નિર્ણયો તો સાચા જ છે. પાછા ફરવાનો સવાલ જ નથી. આપણા વિરોધીઓ તેમના સ્વાર્થ માટે કોઈ પણ હદ સુધી જઈ શકે છે તે પણ આપણે જાણીએ છીએ. એટલે આપણે તેમની અને દેશમાં અશાંતિ અને અરાજકતા ઉભી કરનારા તત્ત્વોની શક્તિ ઉપર અને આપણે તેમની ઉપર જે નીતિ અપનાવી રહ્યા છે તેની ઉપર જરા નજર નાખી લેવી જોઇએ એમ તમને લાગતું નથી?

महाविस्फोट को कौन रोक सकता है? भाग-२

पार्ट-१ में हमने देखा कि, डीबीभाई (दिव्य भास्कर गुजराती दैनिक प्रकाशन)ने अपने वाचकोकों किस तरह बेवकुफ बनाया.

जरा विस्तारसे देखो

२००२का गुजरातका दंगा

डीबीभाई के हिसाबसे इसका कारण था गोधरा रेल्वेस्टेशन पर कुछ “असामाजिक” तत्वो द्वारा कुछ डीब्बे जला दिये.

कितने यात्री जला दिये उसके उपर डीबीभाईने मौन रक्खा है.

यदि आप गुजरातकी इस घटनासे ज्ञात नहीं है तो आप ऐसा ही समज़ेंगे कि कुछ असामाजिक तत्त्वोंने रेल्वेको नुकशान करनेके लिये कुछ डीब्बे जला दिये होगे.

यदि आप इस घटनासे अवगत है तो इस घटनामें मुसलमानोंने, बाल, महिला सहित ५७ हिन्दुओंको जिन्दा जला दिया था .

“असामाजिक तत्व” शब्द प्रयोग में एक प्रच्छन्न हेतु भी है.

क्या हेतु है?…

अरे भाई यह तो प्यार है प्यार.

कोंगीयोंके उपरका प्यार?

यह प्यार इतना आगे है कि देश-हित तो कहीं पीछे छूट गया क्या?  

हाँ जी, कोंगीयोंके प्रतिका प्यार प्रथम, देशकी ऐसी तैसी, 

ऐसा क्यूँ?

यह एक चालाकी है. इस बातको भी आप समज़ सकते है.

२००१ में केशुभाईको मुख्य मंत्रीपदसे हटाया गया था. उसके कारण की हम चर्चा नहीं करेंगे. किन्तु उनके पश्चात्‌ नरेन्द्र मोदीको लाया गया था. कुछ समयके बाद नरेन्द्र मोदीने बात बातमें बोला कि बीजेपीके शासनमें गुजरातमें  कभी दंगे नहीं हुए. इस पर कोंगीयोंके पेटमें उबलता हुआ तेल पडा.

फिर उन्होंने एक ट्रेनके, मानव सहित डीब्बोंको जलानेका आयोजन किया. इसके लिये गोधरा शहर चूना गया. और ट्रेन “साबरमती एक्सप्रेस” को चूना गया. गोधराके कोंगी मुखियाने प्लान बनाया. अयोध्यासे एक ट्रेन  प्रातःकालके कुछ समय पूर्व गोधरा पहूँचती है.  तो इन कोंगी दंगाईयोंने अपने प्लानको कार्यान्वित किया. और डीब्बेके उपर पथराव करते करते ५७ हिन्दु सहित, सी-६ को आग लगा दी और ५७ हिन्दुओंको जिंदा जला दिया. कोंगीनेता तो कार्यको अंजाम तक पहूँचाके, पाकिस्तान भाग गया. (वैसे भी कोंगी लोग गुन्हेगारोंको भगा देनेमें या तो उसको यदि भागजाना है तो उसमें सहायता करनेमें माहिर है. सरकारी गाडी या अपनी खुदकी गाडी तक दे सकते है E.g. युनीयन कार्बाईड वाला एन्डरसन, ओट्टावीयो क्वाट्रोची, दाउद …

गुजराती लोग भी हाडमांस के बने हुए आम मनुष्य होते है. हर एक गुजराती संत महात्मा नहीं होता. कोंगी और उनके मीडीया सहित  सांस्कृतिक साथीयोंको भी यह बात मालुम है. फिर भी वे लोग ऐसी अपेक्षा रखते है कि चाहे मुसलमान कैसे भी और कितने भी अत्याचार करें, गुजरातीयोंको संत महात्मा जैसा ही व्यवहार करना अनिवार्य है.

यह तो होना ही था

जो होना ही था, वही हुआ. और जो हुआ,  वह भी,  वैसे तो कोंगीके ही ३५ सालके शासनके संस्कारकी देन थी. कोंगीलोग भी वैसे तो जो हुआ वैसा ही हो जाय, ऐसा चाहते थे. यानी की कोंगी लोग चाहते थे, अय मोदी, अब तो हम गुजरातमें दंगा करके बता ही देंगे कि दंगा कैसे होता है.

गुजरातमें दंगा हुआ क्यूँ कि यह तो होना ही था.

कोंगीयोंको, मोदीके विरुद्ध एक फर्जी मसाला मिल गया. दंगेके समय और उसके बाद, कोंगी और उनके सांस्कृतिक साथी लोग मोदी पर तूट पडे.

राज धर्म

हमारे मोदीभैया ने अपना राजधर्म खूब निभाया. किन्तु कोंगीयोंको और उनके पालतु समाचार माध्यमोंको कहाँ यह सब मंजूर था!! उनको तो जो ट्रेनके डीब्बेकी आग और अंदर रहे हिन्दुओंको जलाया इन बातोंको भूलाके, दंगेवाली घटनाको ही आगे रखना था. दंगे तो मोदीभैयाने कन्ट्रोल कर दिया, लेकिन उसके पश्चात्‌ मुस्लिमों द्वारा जो “स्टेबींग”की घटनाएं होती रही, उन पर कन्ट्रोल पानेमें पूलीसको कई महीने लग गये. ये स्टेबींग वैसे तो दंगाका एक भाग ही था. मुस्लिममोंमे कुछ लोग “स्टेबींग”में कुशल है. कोंगी और उनके साथीयोंको कोई हर्ज नहीं था.

यदि आप डीबीभाईका विवरण पढोगे तो अपको तो केवल यही दिखेगा कि कुछ असामाजिक तत्त्वओंने रेल्वेको नुकशान किया. गुजरातीयोंने रमखाण किया. इति.

फिर डीबीभाईने अन्य तीन दंगोंका उल्लेख किया है. जिनमें २०१३ मुजफ्फर नगर (४८ मरे),

२०१२ असम (८० मरे), और १९८९ भागलपुर (१०००+ मरे). मुस्लिम समुदायका नामो निशानका उल्लेख नहीं.

कश्मिरमें मुस्लिमोंने की, खुल्ले आम हिन्दुओंकी  हत्या.

मजेकी बात यह है कि १९५०के पश्चात कालके देशमें हुए सभी दंगोंकी सभी हत्याओंको मिलादें, और ध्वस्त संपत्तियोंको मिलादें, तो भी कम पडे ऐसा जो हत्याकांड कश्मिरमें हिन्दुओंपर मुस्लिमोंने किया था. ऐसे हत्याकांडको भूलादेना एक स्मृतिदोष नहीं है. यह तो क्रीमीनल दोष है.

हजारो हिन्दुओं को, मुस्लिम लोग  मौतके घाट उतारे, दश हाजारों  हिन्दु महिलाओं पर जुलम करें, लाखो हिन्दु कुटुंबोको खुल्लेआम लगातार धमकी देके घरसे निकाल दे … कोंगीके शिर्ष नेता और मुस्लिमनेता मिलजुल कर हत्याकांडोके उपर जानबुझ कर निस्क्रीय रहें पर हत्या  इनके उपर हमारे डीबीभाईको आपत्ति नही,  और संवेदना भी भी नहीं.

सारे देशमें हुए हत्याकांडो की गणना डीबीभाईने की.  इन  हत्याकांडोका तनिक मात्र भी उल्लेख डीबीभाई करते नहीं करते नहीं है. शक्य है कि डीबीभाई समज़ते होगे कि, जम्मु-कश्मिर कहाँ भारतमें है? यह है डीबीभाई की कोमवादी मानसिकता.

ऐसा क्यूँ? क्या हिन्दु मनुष्य नहीं है?

यदि कोंगीयोंकी और उनके सांस्कृतिक साथीयोंकी मानसिकता यही रही कि, तो, जो कुछ भी हत्याएं हुई उनको हिन्दुओंके नाम पर ही कर दो … मुस्लिमोंका नाम तक न लो … लोकशाहीकी ऐसी तैसी…  मुस्लिमोंको अधिक हक्क दो, मुस्लिम महिलाएं यदी अवैध रुपसे प्रदर्शन करें, अपने बच्चोंमें भी कोमवाद घुसाएं और अपने बच्चोंद्वारा भी कोमवाद फैलावे, तो उनके इस अधिकारको जनतंत्रके अधिकारके रुपमें उल्लेख करो, मुस्लिम महिलाएं कितनी जागृत हो गई है, उस पर दुहाई दो.

वैसा ही युवाओंके बारेमें लिखो कि मुस्लिम युवा अब जागृत हो गये है.

अय नरेन्द्र मोदी, तुम युवा शक्तिको पहेचानो, फलां देशमें युवा शक्तिने कैसी क्रान्ति ला दी थी, फलां देशमें भी ऐसा ही किया था. अय नरेन्द्र, तुम अभी सम्हल जाओ … तुम युवा शक्तिको पहेचानो… युवा शक्तिको तुम पहेचानते नहीं कि वह क्या क्या कर सकती है …

अरे डीबीभाई, और मेरे देशके मतिभ्रष्ट मूर्धन्य लोग,

आपकी ऐसी बातोंसे आपकी कोई दाल गलनेवाली नहीं है. आप लोग मीथ्या प्रलाप बंद करें. जरा देशके हितके बारेमें सोचें. जो सत्य/श्रेय है वह तो सामने आनेवाला ही है. चाहे आप उनकी कितनी ही अवज्ञा करे.

कुरानका एक वाक्य है कि जब अल्लाह किसीको दंडित करना चाहता है तो वह, उसको गुमराह करता है.

मोदीसे अच्छा इमानदार, कार्यकुशल और त्यागी प्रधानमंत्री देशको मिलनेवाला नहीं है. नरेन्द्र मोदी जैसा प्रधान मंत्री मिला है, तो आप उसके लायक बनो. इस देशकी संस्कृतिके भी लायक बनो.

क्या मोदी सोसीयल मीडीया छोड दे, वह देशके हितमें है?

सोसीयल मीडीयाके दोष हो सकते है. लेकिन उसके कई गुण भी तो है. आपके ज्ञानमें वृद्धि हो सकती है. आप अपनी बात कहेनेके लिये समाचार माध्यमों पर आश्रित रहेना आवश्यक नहीं है. यदि मोदी जैसे लोगोंका सोसीयल मीडीया छोडना उचित है, तो औरोंका भी सोसीयल मीडीया छोडना उचित होना चाहिये.

यह हो ही नहीं सकता. मोदीके सहयोगी, सपोर्टरोंका और भक्तोंका होंसला और ज्ञान बढानेके लिये मोदीको अधिकसे अधिक सोसीयल मीडीयामें रहेना अत्यंत आवश्यक है. नरेन्द्र मोदीके सोसीयल मीडीयामेंसे जानेसे एक इर्रीपेरेबल नुकशान होगा. वह नुकशान नरेन्द्र मोदी स्वयं भी बादमें भरपाई नहीं  कर पायेगा.

देशको गृहयुद्धसे बचानेके लिये सक्षम एक मात्र नरेन्द्र मोदी ही है.

महाविस्फोट को कौन रोक सकता है? भाग-१

महाविस्फोटसे क्या अभिप्रेत है?

हिन्दु और मुस्लिमके बीचमें गृहयुद्ध यानी कि व्यापक दंगा.

इनको कौन रोक सकता है?

भारतमें सन १९४७से भी अधिक  व्यापक दंगे होनेकी संभावना है. यदि आप सुज्ञ है और तथापि भी न मानने वालोंमेंसे है, तो आप व्यापक दंगा होने पर, अपनी मान्यता पर पश्चाताप करनेवाले है. या तो आपकी संतान आपकी मानसिकता पर थूंकेगी.

दंगा शब्द का हिन्दीमें (संस्कृतमें) पर्यायवाची शब्द नहीं है. उपद्रव शब्द है. किन्तु उपद्रव तो मच्छरोंका भी होता. वहां हम “दंगा” शब्दका प्रयोग नहीं कर सकते. एक शब्द है नरसंहार (जिसमें नारी भी समाविष्ट है). दंगा और नर संहारमें भीन्नता है. नरसंहार शब्द, कर्ता के अभावमें स्पष्ट नहीं होता. नरसंहार किसने किया, यानी कि, कर्ता कौन  है यह प्रश्न उठता है. दंगा शब्द यह प्रदर्शित करता है कि दो जुथोंके बीच परस्पर संहार हुआ.

हमारा ध्येय इन प्रवर्तमान दंगोंके विषयमें चर्चा करनेका है.

हिन्दुओं और मुस्लिमों के बीचमें दंगा भी होता है और मुस्लिमों द्वारा हिन्दुओंका नरसंहार भी होता है. जब पानी सरसे उपर जाता है तो हिन्दु भी क्वचित्‌ मुस्लिमोंका अल्प मात्रामें नरसंहार कर लेते हैं. शत प्रतिशत हिन्दु लोग, संत महात्मा नहीं बन सकते. और ऐसी अपेक्षा भी किसीको रखनी नहीं चाहिये.

भारतीय संस्कृतिका चरित्र

दंगा शब्दके समकक्ष शब्द भारतीय भाषामें न होना हिन्दुओंकी संस्कृतिकी  शालिनता और उच्चता प्रदर्शित करता है. क्यों कि भारतीयोंके इतिहासमें कभी दंगा होता ही नहीं था. समाजकी व्यवस्था ही ऐसी थी कि सनातन धर्म के दो समुदायोंके बीच कभी हिंसक संघर्ष होता ही नहीं.

यदि हमें ऐसी घटना देखना है तो हमें रामके पूर्वकालमें जाना पडेगा, जब परशुरामने क्षत्रिय राजाओंके सामने युद्ध छेडा था. उन युद्धोंमे उन्होंने क्षत्रिय राजाओंको अव्हाहन करके  युद्ध किया था और उनका कत्ल किया था. उनमें भी धार्मिक राजा जनक जैसे राजाओंको छोड दिया था. एक बात और भी है कि ब्राह्मणोंने बादमें अपना राज्य क्षत्रियोंको दे दिया था. भारतके इतिहासमें “दंगा”का पर्यायवाची या समकक्ष  शब्द है ही नहीं.

मुस्लिम आक्रमणकारीयोंके आनेके पश्चात्‌, भारतमें नरसंहार शब्द जनतामें प्रचलित बना. क्यों कि मुस्लिम आक्रमणकारी सेना, अपनी जितके बाद पराजित राजाकी जनताको लूटती थीं और स्त्रीयोंके उपर अत्याचार करती थीं, स्त्रीयोंको गुलाम बनाती थीं और पुरुषोंका धर्म परिवर्तन या तो संहार करती थीं.

इतना सब कुछ होते हुए भी शेरशाह, अकबर, कुछ दाराशिकोह (जैसे विद्वान), बहादुर शाह जफर   जैसे  व्यक्तियोंके कारण १८५७ के अंतर्गत सब हिन्दु-मुस्लिम हिलमिल गये थे और वे दोनों साथ मिलकर अंग्रेजोंके सामने लडे थे. इस घटनाके विषयमें वितंडावाद हो सकता है.

१८५७के पश्चात्‍ अंग्रेजोने मुस्लिम-बिनमुस्लिम, सवर्ण-असवर्ण, आर्य-अनार्य (द्र्विड) और फर्जी इतिहास पढाकर भारतदेशकी जनताको अनेक भागोंमे विभाजित किया. अंग्रेज शासकोंके एजन्डा और एजन्डाके ऐतिहासिक लिखित प्रमाण उपलब्ध भी है. अंग्रेजोंने भारतकी जनतामें विभाजन की एक सुक्ष्म दिवार बनाई और १९४७ आते आते एक कठोर वज्रसी दिवार बना दी गयी.

अंग्रेजोंने सिखोंको हिन्दुओंसे विभाजित किया. क्यों कि १८५७के संग्राममें सिखोंने अंग्रेजोंकी सहायता की थी. यानी कि वे, अंग्रेजोंकी तरफसे लडे थे. इसलिये अंग्रेजोंने  केवल सिखोंको सेनाकी भरतीमें प्राथमिकता देना प्रारंभ किया. सिखोंको पढाया कि आप तो हिन्दुओंसे भीन्न है. खालिस्तानकी मांगकी कल्पनाका मूल यहां पर है.

ये सब चर्चा लंबी है. इसकी चर्चा अभी हम नहीं करेंगे.

आतंकवादकी उत्पत्ति

वैसे तो आतंकवाद अमेरिकाने चालु करवाया था. मुस्लिमोंको आतंकवादी बनानेका काम  अमेरिकाने किया था. उन मुस्लिम आतंकवादीयोंको  सहाय भी दी थी. और प्रायः अभी भी अमेरिका अपने मनपसंद आतंकवादी जुथोंको सहाय कर रहा है. किन्तु यदि आप सुज्ञ है, तो सुज्ञ होते ही आतंकवादके विरुद्ध हो सकते है. मुस्लिम लोग भी इस वास्तविकताको जानते है. किन्तु इसका नतीजा वे केवल यही निकालते है कि अमेरिका (युएसए) तो कमीना है. मुस्लिमोंके हर प्रकारके और स्तरके लोग, चाहे वे धर्मांध, धार्मिक, सुज्ञ, विद्वान, विश्लेषक … या कोई भी हो, यही मानते है, कि अमेरिकन सरकार कमीनी है. केवल तटस्थ और सुज्ञ लोग ही आतंकवादीयोंका विरोध करते है. ऐसा विरोध भी, वे लोग आवश्यकता और अनिवार्यता लगने पर ही करते है.

तटस्थ एवं सुज्ञ लोगोंमें भी आतंकवादके विरोधमें सक्रिय कितने हैं?

संभवतः आप अपनी अंगुलीयोंसे इन मुस्लिम व्यक्तियों की गणना कर सकते है.

वैसे तो आम जनता जो मध्यम वर्गी है वह मिलजुल कर रहेना चाहती है. तथापि वे आतंकवादीयोंके प्रति संवेदनशील है, यानी कि उनका आतंकवादीयोंके प्रति सोफ्ट कोर्नर रहेता है, उतना ही नहीं यदि इस्लाम सारी दुनियामें विस्तरित हो जाय तो उनसे वे आनंदित है. चाहे हिंसासे फैले तो भी.

हमारे कुछ मूर्धन्य और कई सारे समाचार माध्यमके स्वामी, हमेशा हिन्दुनेताओंके उच्चारणोंके विरुद्ध लिखकर हिन्दुओंको हिंसाके लिये परोक्ष रुपसे प्रेरित करते है. और वे ही लोग मुस्लिम नेताओंके, हिन्दुओंके प्रति तिरस्कार युक्त उच्चारणोंके उपर, मौन धारण करते है. इनको पता नहीं है कि विदेशोमें मुस्लिम लोबी पूराने समयसे सक्रिय है. और यही लोबी हमारे मोदी/बीजेपी –विरोधी नेताओंके उच्चारणोका आधार लेकर विदेशोंमें भारतकी वर्तमान सरकारकी विरुद्ध लिखती है और बीजेपीकी नीतियोंको हिन्दुवादी  सरकार मानते है.

डी.बी. भाई (दिव्यभास्कर दैनिक) क्या लिखता है?

दिल्लीमें जो दंगे या नरसंहारकी घटनाएं हुई उनका कारण डीबीभाईके हिसाबसे निम्न नंबरवाले पेरा है.

कारणोंकी तर्क हीनता भी देख लो.

(१) कपिल मिश्राके ट्वीट द्वारा उच्चारणः “आम आदमी पक्ष” और “कोंगी” ने शाहीन बाग जैसे मीनी पाकिस्तान उत्पन्न किया है,  तो उनके उत्तरमें हिन्दुस्तान खडा होगा.

शाहीनबाग क्या पाकिस्तान बना था? जि हाँ, वहाँ वे प्रदर्शनकारीयोंका कोई अधिकृत सदस्य  अनुमति दे तभी कोई बाहरी व्यक्ति जा सकता था. कहेनेका तात्पर्य यह था कि वह एक भीन्न देशके समान आचरण था. वे सब मुस्लिम थे. पाकिस्तानका भारतके साथ दोघला मापदंड है. इसलिये उस क्षेत्रको पाकिस्तानकी उपमा दे दी. क्या सार्थक उपमा देना भी हिन्दुओका अपराध है? यदि कपिल मिश्राने “… हिन्दुस्थान खडा होगा …” कहा, तो क्या हुआ? यदि आप धर्मके नाम पर अपनी मांगे रखते है और चर्चाके लिये भी सज्ज नहीं तो यदि आप ही के तर्क के आधार पर ऐसा काम हिन्दु भी कर सकते है.  और आप जानते है कि ऐसा करनेसे अराकता ही फैल सकती है. और देशको इससे नुकशान हो सकता है. कहेनेका तात्पर्य यह है कि आप मुस्लिम लोग अराजकता फैलानेमें मानते है क्यों कि आप जनतासे संवाद भी करना नहीं चाहते. और आप असीमित काल तक जनताको कष्टमें रखना चाहते हो.

(२) बीजेपीके मनीष चौधरीने कहा कि, “देशके गद्दारोंको गोली मारो.” यानी कि सरकारको गद्दरोंको गोली मारे ऐसा उनका कहेनेका अर्थ है.

यदि यह भी दंगे प्रेरित करनेका नारा है तो डीबी भाईने महात्मा गांधीको पढा नहीं है. महात्मा गांधीने स्वयं कहा  था कि, यदि भारतमें रहनेवाला कोई मुसलमान, देशको वफादार नहीं रहा, तो भारत  सरकार उसको गोली मारेगी.

(३) भाजपके दिलीप घोषने शाहीन बागके लोगोंको अशिक्षित कहा.

यह भी डीबीभाई को दंगा प्रेरित करनेका उच्चारण लगता है.

अरे भाई डीबी, यदि शाहीन बाग वाले बिना सोचे और बिना अन्योंकी कठीनायोंको लक्ष्यमें लिये मार्गके अवरोधक बन रहे है तो आपने संविधान ही नहीं पढा है.

क्या डीबीभाई भी यही मानते है कि शाहीन बागके प्रदर्शन वालोंका असीमित अधिकार है?

क्या आप ऐसा सोचते है कि दिलीप घोषका वक्तव्य इन लोगोंके अधिकारों पर आक्रमण है? क्या इस कारणसे इनका वक्तव्य भी मुस्लिमोंको दंगेके लिये उत्तेजित करनेवाला है?

डीबीभाई आप तो कमाल है!!

(३) डीबीभाई तो अपनेको तटस्थ मानते है, तो यह सिद्ध करनेके लिये उन्होंने वारिस पठानके कथनका भी उल्लेख किया कि शाहीन बागकी महिलाएं तो शेरनीयां है, और जब शेर आयेंगे तो इन हिन्दुओंका पसीना छूटा जायेगा.

अभी इस कथनका अर्थ डीबीभाई क्या निकालते है? डीबीभाईने इसके उपर विवरण नहीं दिया है.

किन्तु उपरोक्त कथनका संदेश यह है कि अय हिन्दु लोग, अब तो समज़ जाओ. अल्लाह बडा दयालु है.  CAA, NRC और NRP, खतम करो. नही तो कत्लेआम होगा. अल्लहका फरमान है…

(४) कपिल मिश्राने यह कहा कि मुस्लिम लोग यह चाहते है कि दिल्लीमें आग लगी रहे. इसीलिये इन मुस्लिमोंने मार्गका यातायात बंद करवा दिया, ताकि दंगेका माहोल बना रहे. हमारा कहेना है हम तो (देशकी आबरुके खातिर जब तक ट्रम्प है हम शांत है लेकिन) उसके जानेके बाद हम पोलीसकी भी नहीं सूनेंगे.

इस कथनमेंसे यह भी संदेश है कि मुस्लिम लोग, आतायात को लगातार अवरोध करके विरोधकरनेवाला प्रदर्शन न करे. हरेक प्रदर्शन की सीमा होती. देशमें महामुल्यवान  महेमान है इसलिये जनता देशहितके लिये यह सब सहन कर रही है. ऐसे असंवैधानिक प्रदर्शन यदि आप जारी रक्खेंगे तो जनता अपने स्वयंके संवैधानिक सुविधाके अधिकारकी प्राप्तिके लिये पूलीसकी अकर्तव्यताके कारण, जनता स्वयं पूलीसका कर्तव्य अपने हस्तक ले लेगी.

क्या इस संदेशकी संभावना नहीं है?

उत्तर है कि अवश्य यही संभावना है. जो लोग, नासमज़ के कारण या तो किसीके उकसानेके कारण, अन्य लोगोंको कष्ट दे रहे है, वे प्रदर्शनकारी लोग, यह बात जानते भी है. तो भी ये लोग अन्य लोगोंके कष्टको अपना शस्त्र बनाते है. इन लोगोंको उनके कर्मोंके के फलस्वरुप जो संभावनाएं है, उन संभावनाओंकी दीशामें अंगुली निर्देश करना एक सर्वोत्तम मार्ग है.

किन्तु हमारे डीबीभाई अपना दिमाग चलाना नहीं जानते ….

देशमें व्यापक दंगे करवाना और उसके लिये पूर्व निर्धारित रुपके दंगे हो सके, उसके लिये शाहीन बाग एक प्रयोग था. इस प्रयोगके हर परिबल के परिणाम पर अभ्यास करके आगामी महा कार्यकी परिकल्पनाको  (प्रोजेक्टको) अंतीम स्वरुप दे सकेंगे. इससे हमारा हेतु सिद्ध होगा. और हम कारावास जानेसे बच सकेंगे.

हमारे डीबीभाईने आगे चलकर उपरोक्त घटनाके कारणको सशक्त बनानेके लिये कुछ हिंसक घटनाओंके लिये “रमखाण” शब्द का उपयोग किया है.

उन तथा कथित दंगोंकी केवल शिर्ष रेखा ही देख लें.

(तूफान को आप दंगेका का पर्यायवाची शब्द समज़ सकते है)

उसका कारण था इन्दिराका खून. और फिर डीबीभाईने आरोपीयोंका नाम दिया है. लेकिन इस घटना पर न्यायिक जांच कब प्रारंभ हुई उसके उपर मौन रक्खा है. ऐसा क्यूँ?

अरे भाई, किसका नमक किस स्वरुपमें खाया है?

१९९१ बाबरी ध्वंसः कारण बाबरी मस्जिदका ध्वंस करना.

(यहां कौन मरे, और किसने मारे उसके उपर डीबीभाईका मौन)

जो आरोपी है वे आरोपी तो ध्वंसके आरोपी है. वे तो किसीको मारडालनेवाले है ही नहीं.

२००२ गुजरातके कोमी रमखाण.

डीबीभाई के हिसाबसे इसका कारण था गोधरा रेल्वेस्टेशन पर कुछ “असामाजिक” तत्वो द्वारा कुछ डीब्बे जला दिये. कितने यात्री जला दिये उसके उपर डीबीभाईने मौन रक्खा है.

यदि आप गुजरातकी इस घटनासे ज्ञात नहीं है तो आप ऐसा ही समज़ेंगे कि कुछ असामाजिक तत्त्वोंने रेल्वेको नुकशान करनेके लिये कुछ डीब्बे जला दिये होगे.

यदि आप इस घटनासे अवगत है तो इस घटनामें मुसलमानोंने, बाल, महिला सहित ५९ हिन्दुओंको जिन्दा जला दिया था .

“असामाजिक तत्व” शब्द प्रयोग में एक अप्रच्छन्न हेतु भी है.
