IF WE KILL MODI, WE CAN LOOT INDIA FOR FOUR TERMS

Nehruvian Congress rule of 60 years, has brought down the political and social moral to the dogs. Nehru and Indira the ever top persons in the Congress were themselves corrupted.

I see the victory of BJP in 2014 as a God given gift to India.

I want to recall the story of Pancha-Tantra where all foxes organize a meeting and start thinking as to how to kill the KARPUR TILAK (an elephant)? They were thinking that if this elephant is killed then they all can have food for four months.

Similarly these Nehruvian Congress and its allied foxes are thinking as to how to uproot this Modi so that they can have rein for four terms (20 years).

(1) TOPPLING THE GOVERNMENT:

Recall the Janata Party uproot in 1979. How Morarji Desai was uprooted.

Indira Gandhi instigated Charan Singh. She and Yashvant Rao Chavan instigated him to come out from Janata Party. They assured Charan Singh that they will support him forming the Government. Then Charan Singh toppled Mararji Desai. Then Indira and Yashvant betrayed Charan Singh. Charan Singh was toppled.

This strategy was tried out by Nehruvian Congress and its allies when Narendra Modi was approved and appointed to lead the Election Champaign. Advani was prompted by Nehruvian Congress and its cultural allies with the help of media to oppose Narendra Modi. But the agenda failed miserably because Advani was a failure. He had been given chance twice (2004 and 2009) where 2009 was a favourable occasion. But it was Advani’s failure.

A chance had been given to Modi in 2014. Modi knew the strategy and he was successful. It is not possible for Nehruvian Congress to break BJP like what they did to Janata Party in 1979.

(2)NEGATIVE ATMOSPHERE:

Nehruvian Congress and its cultural allies have so many options as how to uproot Modi. One of them is to create negative atmosphere for Modi. Hence on every small issue with the help of media they create controversy. J&K border insidents, JNU, Akhalak, twist on Mohan Bhagvat’s statement …. . In social media also some persons trying to divide the votes knowingly or unknowingly by floating dead issues.

The spokespersons of BJP are some what mild and not harsh. In fact they are supposed to hit them hard continuously. Since they are failing, it is common men’s duty to hit hard on Nehruvian Congress and its cultural allies. Slowly the spokespersons of BJP would come up, but we as a well-wisher of the Nation, will have to be alert in exposing Anti-BJP’s activities. Fortunately, in social media we have good number of supporters of Modi. But we have to attack on these traitors restlessly.

(3)BREAKING INDIA:

The Nehruvian Congress has another strategy of unifying all Anti-Modi parties at the time of elections. This is more dangerous because the common mass is illiterate and literate leaders are selfish. Narendra Modi will have his strategy as to how to fight out under such situation. But in such situation, social media will have to attack Nehruvian Congress and its cultural allies in Chorus.

Common mass will have to forget its own priorities. We must know that if BJP gets defeated then India will have to wait for minimum next 20 years. By this period there are extremely high chances of disintigration of India. This would be the great harm to the nation. If India would be disintegrated, Sanatan Dharm would end up. Pakistan, many Muslims within India, Communists and Christians priests are very much eager to see that India gets disintegrated. We have some intellectual slaves who believes that India was never a country. 

(4) KILL MODI:

One must know that antisocial elements are the product of Nehruvian Congress. It is a long story.

Nehruvian Congress had won the elections and retain the power with the help of anti-social elements, e.g. Unrest Communists, Maoists, Naxalites, smugglers (sukar Bakhia, Yusuf Patel, Ratan Khatri, Daud Ibrahim, Cross border Terrorists, Bhindaranvale, Azam khan, Shahbuddin, Babloos, Pappu etc… These are the product of JL Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.

It is not extremely difficult for Nehruvian Congress and its cultural allies to kill Narendra Modi.

Nehruvian Congress can go to any extent just like terrorists. Nehruvian Congress can execute joint venture with Pakistan ISI, and terrorists organization, in killing Narendra Modi. They must be planning for this. This fact cannot be ruled out.

Why Anti-Modi-s are so much furious?
The next stage of action for Narendra Modi is the property held by Nehruvian Congress and its allies in India and outside India. Most of the black money is accumulated in the property abroad. Property held in India will be the first target.

To stop such action, to kill Modi is inevitable. You will find many TV Channels will change their voice. “Chauthi Duniya” has already changed its voice.

Chauthi Duniya has reported that the supporters of demonetization are anti-nationals.

The soft targets are Modi’s relatives. They can be bribed or pressurized or kidnapped or killed. This possibility cannot be ruled out.  

(5) IF MODI IS KILLED THEN WHAT WOULD BE THE STRATEGY OF NEHRUVIAN CONGRESS: MEDIA WILL PLAY A BIG ROLE.

Recall when Morarji Desai was toppled then media gave very large scale coverage of all fake and controversial points against Morarji Desai and Janata Party. Media had given wide coverage to Indira’s slogans “Vote for Government that works”. (actually this was a bogus slogan. Factually Nehruvian Congress has never worked for the nation).

We will have to face and fight out against the Anti-BJP coverage of media. We will have to counter attack and hit very hard. Be ready for this situation.

(6) SUBSITUTE OF MODI: AMIT SHAH, PARIKAR, RAJNATH SINGH, V. K. SINGH, SHIVRAJ SINGH CHAUHAN are all honest.

We should give coverage to these leaders.

If the opposition could not be able to uproot or to kill Modi by the end of 2017, then the opposition would never to be able to kill him. They would become weaker and weaker day by day.

WHO WILL HANG BUREAUCRATS

When Narendra Modi won the Assembly Election in 2002, I had written him a letter to be careful of I “X” S officers. IXS officers are executive officers for maintaining Rule of Law. But they are like Packing Cartoons. If the quality of packing material is poor it can undo the product.

Fortunately Narendra Modi set these IXS officer right to great extent in Gujarat. He suspended a lot IAS officers who were involved in corruption in managing the rehabilitation and settlement of distressed people by 2001 earth quake in Gujarat. Modi had become popular in Gujarat due to this reason and not the riots of 2002. Leave this point apart.

Most departmental litigation coming to the court of law are due to the willfully and prejudicially made bad interpretation of the service rule by the IXS officers.

I. ‘X’. S. OFFICERS

Here “X” is a variable, the facial value is simply zero or even negative. But these IXS officers are highly paid and well protected. They perform nearly no duty. They like to depend upon their subordinate to pass blame on them if they are asked to explain.

What is the purpose of putting “X” instead of the real character? It is simply because, they are required to be put on the same line, same level and same category.

You put X=A (Administrative). X=P (Police and also Postal), X=T (telegraph, then telecommunication), X= F (Foreign and also Finance and also Forest),

The full form is Indian “X” Services. They are not Ex Service men. They are not worthy for that, though they are supposed to fight with internal enemies. They even cannot fight with themselves to improve their morale standard.

Yes. It was suggested by Sardar Patel to continue officers like Indian Civil Service (ICS), in view of their judicious approach on every matter and to remain committed to the aims of the Government for right poicy. But this observation was for the pre-independence period.

Sardar Patel unfortunately died early, He could not correct his decision. He might have thought the intellectual and moral level of the forthcoming officers of the similar services would remain the same and the morals of Nehru would not go down to deteriorate the governance.

HOW WERE THE ICS OFFICERS?

A D Gorwala was an ICS officer, who resigned from the services, simply because he did not agree to a suggestion to make changes to the then prevailing, Government’s Food Grain Distribution System. Please note, A D Gorwala had not voluntarily retired. He had resigned. Had he been voluntarily retired, he was to get pension. He kicked the pension. This was his moral sincerity to stick to the original policy and he was not agreeable to the policy, the policy that could bring a failure, though it has been proposed by the minister.

An ICS officer is supposed to have a foresight and wisdom as a part of his qualification. This quality is supposed to be prevaied through out his service. The same is supposed to be the culture of all the I. ‘X’. S. officers.

Nehru had made this cadre a fun. There are so many funny episodes on our IXS officers’ knowledge and behavior.

IAS, IFS, IPS and all such officers who were appointed after independence, had generally possessed low morale, and they were crooked too. Nehru allowed them to flourish through unauthorized channels. Somehow, the bad effect of low morale values and low skill of these officers, could not become prominent in nineteen fifties, barring some fields of governance becasue of the god number of ICS officers and good team with Nehru.

Thereafter the new product of post independence government was so much low, you put your fingure anywhere, and catch them guilty.

All the IXS officers are supposed to be responsible if anything happens wrong or worse in any field, including decisions taken related to staff matters. They are supposed to be expert in service rules with judicious mind.

AN OASIS IN A DESERT

How many names of the IXS officers with outstandingly performance one can give, out of several tens of thousands of IXS officers appointed so far in India?

T N Seshan: He who implemented the guiding laws of conducting fair elections in their true spirit and sense.

S R Rao a Municipal Commissioner of Surat converted the dirtiest city of India into the cleanest city of India.

There may be few more such officers. In total it is like an oasis in a deserted India.

INDIAN FOREIGN SERVICES OFFICERS.

In foreign Indian embassies, you can have glimpses of Indian governance.

A French educational institute wanted to play “Shaakuntala of Kalidasa (शाकुन्तल)” in Paris, in nineteen fifties. The institution approached the Indian Embassy in Paris. Embassy failed to provide any information about the dresses of the Gupta period. Embassy even failed to collect such information from India. That is, it did not have a thought to be helpful. The Institution applied its own mind and the characters of Shakuntal wore the dresses of the period of Mogul. King “Dushyant” dressed and looked like Akbar, and Shakuntala dressed and looked like Noor Jehan.

INDIAN TELECOM SERVICES OFFICERS:

I can give thousand cases of the ITS officers served in my Telecommunication department. Most funny was the computerization system adopted in Commercial section where the system was not competent to arrange waiting list geographically in 1990s. Those who are simply familiar with computer, know very well that even this facilities can be availed through any damn database program. But the officers of even ITS level was unaware of this. God knows what type of program had they purchased and installed in the net work system. I think all the ITS officers should have been dismissed. You can go through this website for other blogs.

I found only one or two ITS officers who were to the mark. One was T H Chaudhary Ahmedabad (1971-1974), who revolutionized the governance wherever he went. He was the funder of VSNL. The other was P D Garg Ahmedabad(1975-1980), who was strict but foresighted. But both these officers were departmental Outsider in ITS. i.e. Earlier they were in the department in lower cadre and passed out the Union Public Service Examination. It is just like G R Khairnar of Mumbai Municipal Corporation who came up from lower level to upper level.

One can write a voluminous book on blunders and corruption of ITS officers.

INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES

The postal staff is heavily loaded. E.g. the work load of Shastrinagar Post Office is increased 20 folds, but the post office staff is having the same area and same number of employees. There is no adiquate space for the customers to stand in a queue. The condition of Bodakdev post office is still worst. You have stand under the hot Sun in a queue. The IPS officers are not capable to solve the difficulty of the staff and the customers. This is not a stray case. Most post offices are facing same and similar problems. Though for certain dealing with post office there is computerization, but the “page set” would not tally with “print” on given size of the paper or book.

I. P. S. AND I. A. S. OFFICERS IN JOINT VENTURE

How the police officers can keep Anderson un-arrested and can allowed him to run away smoothly from India? Keep aside the defective deed executed by Indira Government with the Union Carbide.

How can land mafia, bootleggers and smugglers can flourish without the assistance of IPS officers?

How can Daud run away to Pakistan? How four accused involved in blazing of S-6 coach of Sabarmati Express in 2002, can run away to Pakistan?

How unauthorized constructions can flourished everywhere without the consent of Municipal Commissioner?

How the builders can collect black money in every deadl of sale, from the purchasers, unless vigilance officer, police and IT Commissioner keep their eyes closed?

Who is responsible for rent act and thereby death of a lot human beings in every big cities due to collapse of old houses?

Why the defense secretaries did not resign when Nehru allowed LOC to remain insecure? This tempted China to infiltrate and attack? China had a cake walk victory in 1962.

Why the defense secretary did not resign when the military was illequipped in nineteen fifties?

Why the home secretaries did not resign when the non-Bengali speaking Muslim infiltrators started coming in large scale in India in 1968-1970 and thereafter too?

Why the home secretary did not resigned when Indira Signed the Simla Pact with Bhutto and resultantly converted the great victory into total defeat? The sacrifice of the soldiers went in vain.

Why the Home secretaries of the Union, Home secretary of the state and IPS officers failed to act when Hindus were being murdered in 1990 in Kashmir?

Why the Police Commissioners and Home Secretaries of Union and state failed to secure the human rights of Kashmiri Hindus for decades together?

Did they suppose to wait for government instructions to protect the human rights of Hindus of Kashmir? No. Not at all.

Who is responsible where a lot Bangladeshi Muslims have purchased and occupied the land of the people of North East?

Everywhere you will find the willful failure of high level bureaucrats.

WHO WILL HANG THEM?

Similar is the case when OROP is left with the bureaucrats. However if the Ex-Service men pressurize Narendra Modi through VK Singh, the resolution of the issue is not that difficult, because Narendra Modi would trust VK Singh and not the bureaucrats.

Milk in abundance and crying for curd

Can the people’s economical condition be improved in India? Many points need discussions at length.
Points:

1. Restriction is accumulating individual wealth
2. Free education for all up to degree level irrespective of any stream
3. Interest free loan to farmers,small business man,students and unemployed youths,
4. Generation of 100% employment opportunities in agriculture sectors.
5. Value equalization of all the currencies into a single monetary unit
6. Reformation of taxation policies

Point one is a very complicated issue. Instead of that we must have realistic minimum wage policy. But this would work only when the labour laws are implemented in its sense and spirit.

Restriction on individual wealth can be covered under reformation of taxation policy. Long back an expenditure tax was proposed probably during the period of TT Krishnamachari. I do not know the full story. But it died before it could take birth.
How labour office is making money is an open secret. They are there to nullify the labour law.

We need a Sheshan for implementation of labour laws .

How is the free education getting nullified? Government creates several cadres among teaching staff for the purpose of economy. It pays poor salary. Further government does not like to stop coaching classes and tuitions. Government does not like to prevent mal functioning of educational institutions. A child coming from a poor family is unable to read even after studying seven years in primary.

Narendra Modi has introduced a stir “Gujarat will Read”. Let us hope for good. But we cannot take it for granted if the other things remain as they are. Free education has to be there but the institutions should be made responsible for performance.

As for point three. Under most situations small is ugly. A small businessman is a confusing word. What is hawker? What is small shopkeeper? What is a garage man? What is a barber on a footpath? What is boot polish boy? All these should go. A helper to a small shopkeeper has no dignified life and fate. Hawker, Garage man, footpath barber and boot polish boy works on property of public usage. The y have no dignified life and fate.

If we plan with a view of tomorrow in cities and towns commercial areas should be made separate from residential area. This is badly needed to avoid traffic problems and corruption. Each commercial complex should have well marked parking, eating and lavatory facility. It should be ensured that no congestion could take place.

I agree that in villages the people should be encouraged for cottage industries with simple machines or with machines with repair facilities. Threshing, Cleaning, drying, packaging etc… could be good cottage industries run by family members. If there is proper education then they can run cooperative small industries also.

But now the position is that literacy is practically illiteracy. Owner of the small industry employs persons from the places of its own place of choice. Rajasthani brings labourers from Rajsthan and Malbari brings labourers from Kerala. Hence the sons of the soils are deprived of employment. This generates political mal practice. Solution of one problem generates multiple problems.

There is no shortage of resources in India. We have illiterate people at one side
and at the other side we have literate unemployed.

We have wind, sun and tide energy one side and on the other side we have shortage of power.

We have ocean on three sides and other way shortage of drinking water.

At one end we have barren lands and naked hills and other end we have poor tribal people.

It is like this: We have milk in abundance and the same is getting spoiled, and we are crying for curd and butter.

We are 150 years backward in infrastructure if we compare our country with a developed country. It will take 15000 years to reach that state if we go by existing speed provided there is no anarchy.

Off course Narendra Modi goes with a good speed in Gujarat. But it will create national problems if the progress of rest of India does not become comparable.

Ultimately we are facing crisis in management though we are spending trillions of rupees in producing managers. It is like a good product but packed defectively. If managers are not covered with moral values the products viz the managers, become useless.

We have monitoring authority (elected members) to monitor the functioning of the managers. But since CongI (resultantly for survival others too), has no morals, the elected members and managers work in a joint venture to make money through unauthorized channels.

As for Indian money in swiss bank, a lot noise is being made. But the government is deaf.

Ultimately we have to come to a conclusion that there is some thing wrong with a party who ruled India with clear and absolute majority for 55+ years. Congress is proved to be a synonym of Anarchy. The elite people have allowed it to rule further by victimizing ourselves in its game of dividing people by caste, creed, language and religion.  Who can help us if our media is yellow?

Yes, The journalism is yellow.

It is common to provide free transport by the Government. It has been reported that former CMs of Gujarat used to provide free transport from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar. It has also been said that lunch and dinner with chicken and whisky was the main inevitable item in the menu. It has been reported that Narendra Modi has stopped. If you call a press conference, there are agents. Off course you would provide snacks. An envelope is a must. What do you mean by an envelope to an each? Yes its value ranges from 2000 to 10000 depends upon you and your status.
