Which one is the real Shiv Sena? – 1
What is party?
Leave aside the meaning “Sena” and then discussing on “Who is real Shiv Sena”, if the party has been registered with the EC (Election Commission), then the party is supposed to have its Constitution and aim.
The aim of a political party is generally to act for the welfare of the people. The constitution of a party indicates as to how it would execute its action.
A political party is composed of its registered members and the office bears elected by the registered members under the procedure prescribed in its constitution. These office bears will act in accordance to the party’s constitution.
To incorporate any change in the policy matter, the president of the party has to call a General Body Meeting. Otherwise also to make the changes in the office bearers it has to call for General Body meeting in a regular interval as prescribed in the constitution. If the registered membership is very large, the members of every region, would elect their delegates in proportion (e.g. one delegate per 100 members) to send to the General Body meeting with its suggestions and views.
In a democratic country, all the parties are supposed to have to meet with the democratic requirements, including transparency.
By naming a party as “Sena”, the office bearers cannot function and treat the members as their soldiers. Sena does not carry a specific dictionary meaning. It is just a part to a proper noun.
What is the position of Shiv Sena?
The Shiv Sena had alliance with BJP. This was a part of its policy since long. The last election was fought by Shiv Sena as a partner of the BJP. i.e. the Shiv Sena and the BJP had not put their Candidate against each other. Further it was agreed by the Shiv Sena and BJP both to fight 50% seats of total seats of the Assembly. As a general principle and also as a natural principle, whichever party wins more seats, that party’s leader should be the CM. Here in this case, it was decided that the BJP’s leader viz. Mr. Devendra Fadanvish will be the CM of the alliance (NDA) in Maharashtra. The canvassing also done with the posters prepared on this line. This was as usual.
The Inside Story of Shiv Sena
Most leaders of Shiv Sena, by its nature, used to collect protection money (hapta Vasuli). But BJP is not with this nature. Shiv Sena leaders were not able to act with “Free Will” so far kick-back-s and protection money is concern. This was visible from the statements made by Shiv Sena leaders till Ram Mandir issue was not settled. The Shiv Sena leaders used to blame BJP by saying “BJP says ‘We will construct the temple at the same place (Babri Mosq place) but we will not tell you the date’.” This was the politics of Shiv Sena leaders, with a view to defame BJP indirectly. BJP knew this. But BJP had taken it, as political liberty of Shiv Sena.
Sharad Pawar did know this. He could see that the bonding of Shiv Sena and BJP is not very strong.
Sharad Pawar instigated Shiv Sena’s Uddhav Thakare to have post-election-alliance with his party. However Shiv Sena should not break the alliance with BJP before assembly election, so that Shiv Sena can take benefit of the alliance with BJP.
Shiv Sena might have asked to what to answer, in case a questions is raised on the Shiv Sena’s betrayal towards BJP. Sharad Pawar would have explained the whole plan to Uddhav Thakare. Otherwise also Uddhav Thakare personally was fed up with the alliance with BJP.
As soon as the Maharashtra Assembly results were out, Uddhav Thakare as per pre-prepared fabricated story, asked BJP, that it was a pre-poll agreement in the alliance that for 2 ½ years the CM should be from Shiv Sena and for 2 ½ years it would be from the BJP. Uddhav Thakare insisted his son Aditya Thakare should be made the CM.
It was natural, that such proposal was certainly to be rejected from the end of BJP. Because the main weapon of BJP is to fight against the rule of dynasty. Hence BJP rejected it. Sharad Pawar also tempted the BJP, to have alliance with NCP. Sharad Pawar instigated Ajit Pawar of his own party to woo BJP to form the government. BJP fell in the net of Sharad Pawar. Ultimately the BJP was fooled.
After failing to form the Government, BJP has no scope to woo with Sharad Pawar again for asking his support, because Ajit Pawar of NCP had betrayed the BJP already.
We will keep all these stories aside.
What should be the position in a democratic country?
Most important point has been neglected by every learned person including the judiciary.
To change the alliance partner is a policy matter or not?
Off course, to Change the pre-poll alliance Partner, after the results are out, is definitely a policy matter. To discuss the matter related with party’s policy in the General Body meeting is mandatory. Executive body of the party is not authorized to take decision on making the enemy as an ally and vice versa. Hence the post-election alliance, itself is undemocratic.
Judiciary should have taken SUO MOTTO. Why the judiciary has kept silence is a matter of research. The same is with the Election Commission. Because this is a betrayal with the people who gave their verdict as to who should form the Government.

URDU IS NOT A LANGUAGE
There is simple question.
How a can language be identified?
Language can be identified by its rules of Grammar
i.e.
What are the cases?
How the words (the words may be a noun, verb, pronoun, proper noun) are changed when they are associated in a case, tense, gender, number (Singular, plural, dual),
What are the rules of prefix and suffix?
How many tenses?
How many cases?
How many types of verbs …,
Is it that a language can be identified and defined by only by a Scripts?
Let us take the last point.
(1) Somebody writes a sentence as “Fi long kumno?”
(2) Somebody writes a sentence as “ফি লোন্গ কুম্নো?”
(3) Somebody write a sentence as “फि लोंग कुम्नो?”
(4) Somebody writes a sentence as “ફિ લોંગ કુમ્નો?”
These are four sentences written in different scripts.
Actually it is a sentence of the Khasi language of Meghalaya State. Its translation in English is “how are you?”
As a part of British Government agenda, Thomas Jones a missionary, introduced the Roman script for Khasi in 1841. William William had first published a Gournal in 1880. For a long time Khasi used to be written in Bengali Script. But under the increase of conversion from Hindu to Christianity, the speed of the usage of Roman Script increased. Minimum 90/95 percent among Khasi-s are Christians.
Now let us come to the point.
If Khasi is written in Bengali Script or Roman Script, does it become a separate language from Khasi?
No. Not at all. Script used, cannot change the language. Because a language can be identified by its grammar. Script does not change the grammar of a language.
What is the benefit/purpose of a changed script of a language?
(1) For pronunciation of the sound of the consonants and vowels.
(2) For adding missing consonants and vowels,
(3) For having a feeling of separate identity
(4) For meeting with political aims.
Sanskrit language was once being written in Brahmi. Sanskrit was also being written in many other scripts.
But ultimately a Devanagari Script was constructed and adopted which is almost a complete script for all sounds. Sanskrit has its complete grammar.
Many languages use Devanagari Script. There are different languages e.g. Hindi, Marathi, Haryanavi, Maravadi. These languages use Devanagari Script. Some 150+ years back Gujarati language had used Devanagari Scripts at least for verse till 1950.
What is common to Indian origin scripts? They are phonetic.
Devanagari Script is used for Hindi language. To incorporate missing sounds, it contains some characters of similar/comparable sound with minor modification. E.g. क- क़, ख-ख़, ग-ग़, ए, ऍ, ज-ज़, ड-ड़, फ-फ़, ओ-ऑ, …
(1) आप कैसे हो ?
(2) آپ کیسی ہیں یہ کیسا ہے؟
The sounds of Hindi and Urdu are the same.
(1) Aap kaise ho
(2) Aap kaise ho
Aapakaa ghar kahaan hai?(Where is your house?), Aap kahaan so jaaoge? (Where would you sleep?)
Sounds of the sentences written in Hindi and Urdu are the same. But the Script would be different.
The Muslims in India adopted the grammar of verbs, pronouns, tenses, suffix, prefix, cases, and tenses as that of Hindi. They used some words of Arabic/Persian, and the scripts nearly Arabic. They call it URDU. It looks funny in real sense.
By the usage of words of some other languages, the language does not get changed.
He sent money through HAWALA, He is after all a GURU, He is a GUNDA? Who had LOOTED India?
In the above sentences there are many Hindi/Gujarati words. English has many words of Latin and Greek. But by the use of those words, the English language does not become a different language.
Similarly in Indian languages we use many English words. Day by day we are increasingly use English words. But Indian language remains as it is.
Look at the reasons for switch over to other Script. The reason 3 and 4 are not always advisable.
What was the British Agenda?
To condemn the local civilization and culture.
To establish their supremacy by lies and frivolous arguments.
To change local history to fit to their agenda, i.e. local people owes nothing special. They were primitive people.
To highlight the differences and dividing aspects of locals, they did this out of proportion. They concentrated on the poor mass for conversion and create a feeling that they were ignored by local elites. The elites had suppressed them to keep them poor.
Ultimately the converted poor mass, started to feel that they are separate, and they should have some separate entity.
The British missionaries under the sweet eye and support of the British government converted Khasi and all those people of border/remote places, into Christianity. Now you can find, the Khasi believes that they are non-Indian. It is by mistake they are born in India. Their father land is UK, Italy, Spain, USA, Canada or any other developed country of West. This is the general feeling that they do not owe anything of India.
This situation made easy to change the Script of Khasi language. Actually the Bengali Script was significantly a complete and advantageous script, but because of the feeling of “separate entity”, the Khasi people adopted a mismatched, irrelevant and defective script.
Similar is a case of Muslims.
When Muslim acquired a significant portion of India and they felt that they need the help of locals they adopted Hindi language, but they adopted the same with Arabic Script. Hindus also had learnt Urdu dialect but many of them adopted Devanagari Script.
There can be no objection for Arabic Urdu Script. But Government should not recognize the Arabic/Persian Script for Urdu.
Why?
Look at Kathiyavadi people. They use lot of Kathiyavadi words which are quite different from most of the Gujarati words. If the pronunciations and words are taken into account, they are quite different to Gujarati. The distance between Kathiyavadi and Gujarati is greater than the distance between Urdu and Hindi. Despite of this Kathiyavadi is not a separate language. Kathiyavadis have never demanded a separate Script. Katchi language too has the same Gujarati Script. Really it is a separate language. But Katchi can never think of a separate script.
Congi party has pampered Muslims. Urdu which is not a language at all, but Congis have recognized it, a separate language.
Why the Nationalists should object?
We must know what is the word “Lutyen Gangs”?
Have you watched the video where Arnav Goswami of Bharat Republic TV, had taken the interview of the retired Chief Justice of Supreme Court Mr. Tarun Goggoi? If anyone does not believe in exposed truth by the former CJ, then nobody can help him/her.
Mr. Tarun Goggoi had said that till you (Government) cannot eliminate the influence of the Lutyen Gang, you cannot expect independence judiciary. Anybody want details of the interview, he/she can watch the interview online before it is removed.
How is the matter of Urdu, relevant to the influence of the Lutyen Gang/s.
Who was T N Seshan? Who was S R Rao? Who was G R Khairnar?
All these three were from the Indian Administrative Service. They had made revolutionary changes in their field. Seshan had made revolution in application of laws in election. Rao had converted a dirtiest city of India into a Cleanest City of India viz. Surat. G R Khairnar had attacked on illegal constructions. Latter two IAS officers were not popular among the Congi gangs. But they were extremely popular among mass. Both of these officers were troubled by frequent transfers. The Congi Gang could not trouble Seshan because he was the Chief of Election Commission and no option was available with the gang to transfer him once he had been posted. Thereafter Congis introduced the change that Commissioner cannot take independent decision. The Chief Commissioner has to take majority decision with other two Election Commissioners.
Most of the IAS officers are inefficient if you view their performance. It is not only IAS officers who are inefficient but most of the Officers of the other Indian Services e.g. Postal, Police, Telecommunication, Foreign Affairs are also inefficient.
What qualities they are supposed to possess, they are lacking in them. We can write a separate blog on it.
We hear many times, the Government Officers indirectly use to complain that they have to work under political pressure. This is totally wrong. The officers of Indian Services are well protected by law. No politician can touch an efficient officer of Indian Services. But unfortunately officers of Indian Services are not efficient, and their level is such that they surrender to politicians. Much more unfortunate situation is that they carry out joint venture in fraud and mal-practices with the politicians. Because politicians only can overlook their inefficiency and defects.
Now look at the case of Kangana Ranaut. She is a heroine of Bollywood. Kangana Ranaut has revolted against the vested interest gang of Bollywood on the basis of the case of controversial murder of Sushant Singh. How suddenly the MMC (Mumbai Municipal Corporation) can act with discrimination in demolishing the house of Kangana Ranaut? The inherent reason is simple, that Kangana Ranaut has tried to expose drug mafia gang of Bollywood.
The head of the MMC has taken a big risk in demolishing the house of Kangana Ranaut with discrimination. It is an open secret that the MMC head, has worked under the influence of Drug Mafia Gang of Bollywood, and or, under the influence of S. Sena lead MMC and the State Government. Now the matter has gone to High Court. If the HC could not identify of its own the said discrimination, the matter may go to the Supreme Court.
Now let us come to the main point.
Though URDU is not a language under the norms required for recognizing a language, and despite of this, if URDU is allowed in the competitive examinations of Indian Services, what would be the ultimate outcome?
Look at this;
Indian judiciary is influenced by Lutyen Gang,
Lutyen Gang is deadly against Narendra Modi and BJP party.
Lutyen Gang is composed of Congi party, Congi’s culturally allied parties (e.g. S. Sena, NCP, RJD, SP, TMC, CPIM, NC, PDP, AaP), ISI of Pakistan, Urban Naxal, Cross border terrorist organizations, several paid columnists (who generate lies, spread lies, hide facts and twist matters), so called learned people of media and TV channels, Anti-social elements cum drug mafia and the Bollywood Heroes, Heroine, producers, writers, directors. All these when work jointly, what they cannot do? Yes. They can do everything. They can kill anybody, they can influence police, and they can influence judiciary. If anybody howsoever great may be, goes against their business, they first try to bribe, then threat and then, can kill the person. Then they bribe police, doctors, witness, media houses to suppress the news, politicians … They can make the law ineffective. These gangs jointly called Lutyen Gang composed of many other gangs.
These so called liberal, so-called peaceful, so called tolerant, so called democratic, so-called secular, so-called humanist, are all having the opposite characteristics. They are most vindictive, most anarchist, most intolerant, most undemocratic and fascist, most communal, most inhuman and ready to break India. There are lot of events which exposes them to suit their property. Ask me separately.
Who will opt for URDU language in Indian Services examinations?
It would be Muslims.
Who will examine their answers?
It would be Muslims only.
Who are most communal community in India?
It is Muslim community.
Now think of the Non-BJP ruled state.
If J&K can killed 1000+ Hindus, if J &K can 10000+ rape Hindu women, if J & K can desert 500000+ Hindus from their houses, that too announcing openly, through loud speakers, what would be the fate of the people of other state where non-BJP governments are ruling with a plus point of the Indian Services Muslim officers.
Recall. Gulam Nabi Azad was the Home Minister at the Center and PDP Congi ruling in J&K, created anarchy without any fear in 1989-90. That anarchy remained till Article 370/35A in force. We cannot expect majority Muslims to be peaceful and law abiding people, till they do not come out in large scale to protect Hindus human rights.
BJP Government has to see that the every state has the same yard stick to enforce equally the rule of law. If any state ministry acts with discrimination, soon that state ministry should be dismissed and the political party together with its members should be disqualified for 6 years.
If Muslims want to promote URDU with its own script, they may learn it just like Arabic. Government will not recognize URDU and its Script. Muslims or Hindus whosoever want to write URDU, they may right in Devanagari Script. URDU is Hindi only. The script must be Devanagari.

AAMCHI MUMBAI AND MARATHI MANOOS PART-2
HISTORICAL BRIEF
Before understanding the Marathi manoos, we should recall the history of post Mogul period.
During the last days of Aurengzeb, the Mogul empire was nearly broken up. This could be mainly due to the religious militancy of Aurangzeb. The simplicity of Aurangzeb was not liked by many regional heads. They acted high handedly with Hindus in the name of Aurangzeb. This was against the tradition established by Akbar.
The successors of Aurengzeb were not that bad. But the damage could not be made up. Initially Maratha-s were stronger. then Peshvas became stronger. After the defeat of Bajirao – II, India got divided under small kingdoms. These kingdoms were fighting with each other. British tactfully handled the situation and got direct hold of many regions.
BRITISH RULE AND EDUCATION
British introduced English educational system and also established universities. Because of many regions had been covered by the kingdoms for local governance, the upper class and upper caste could come up as a white collar service class lot.
Marathi people are falling under this category. Gujarat (present Gujarat State) was made of many kingdoms, thereby the educated people had not to go out of Gujarat for a job. On the contrary due to Marathi ruler Gaekwad, Marathi people were dominating in services in Baroda state. Similarly people of upper caste were dominating in the rest of Gujarat.
Due to development of Mumbai during the period of British, Mumbai had provided good employment opportunities.
Pune and Mumbai were the good education centers.
In Gujarat, Baroda, Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar were education centers.
Calcutta, Madras, Banaras and Allahabad were good education centers in rest of India.
That is why South Indians, Bengali and Bhaiyajis (Hindi speaking regions mainly UP and Bihar) were dominating in government services all over India.
Gujarati educated class was divided in textile, commerce, trade and local education. Hence people from other regions had to come to Gujarat for central government job.
Due to language problem the local government services (services in kingdoms), were not available for other regions, these were available for the locals. However for labor jobs, outsiders had good opportunities.
Similar was the case with Mumbai.
IS IT A SOCIAL ISSUE OR POLITICAL ISSUE?
After independence the scenario got changed. Especially in Maharashtra.
The small scale industries were coming up. To meet the demand in white collar and labor jobs, outsiders started coming in Mumbai in large scale. Due to Mumbai being commercial capital, the jobs in Central Government had also been increased. South Indians started getting white collar jobs significantly in Mumbai.
In second half of ninety fifties, Nehruvian Congress noticed that Vote Bank Politics has good opportunities in Mumbai.
Initially Nehruvian Congress tried to divide Mumbai under Gujarati and Marathi as we have seen in part-I.
Nehruvian Congress was partially successful. But this was not enough. Due to heavy number of labor class, the vote bank of Communist was not insignificant. Similar was the case with service class.
To reduce the strength of Communists, Nehruvian Congress produced Datta Samant.
To corner the vote bank of Marathi, Yashvant Rao Chavan produced Shiv Sena.
Sharad Pawar produced MNS to reduce the strength of Shiv Sena.
IS IT ABSOLUTELY POLITICAL?
Yes. So far politics is concern, especially the politics of Nehruvian Congress, NCP, Shiv Sena and MNS is concern, the Issue of Marathi Manoos is political.
The politicians have nothing to do with the interest of Marathi Manoos.
Why?
Shiv Sena is of the opinion that Marathi Manoos is getting neglected in employment, we are here to safe guard the interest of Marathi Manoos.
If it is really like that, then what about the infiltrators coming from Bangladesh and living in Mumbai?
Similar is the case of cross border antisocial elements. Daud Gang is working in Mumbai. It is smuggling and resolving disputes of real property-cases, out of court. What should be the role of Shiv Sena?
Is it that Marathi antisocial elements are getting jobs in the network of Daud? Is it that the allotment of huts on the encroached land of the Government, the Sena is one of the parties? What is Sena’s role on the Bangladeshi infiltrators?
LEAVE THIS ASIDE
If outsiders are capturing the job where the Marathi Manoos has a lien, then who is responsible for this?
The responsibility lies only and only with ruling parties in Maharashtra. The ruling party in Maharashtra is Nehruvian Congress and NCP alliance.
WHAT IS THIS NCP?
NCP got itself separated from Nehruvian Congress simply because Sharad Pawar has no scope to become PM if he remains in Nehruvian Congress. This is because, “Number One post” is reserved for Nehruvians.
The agenda of Yashavant Rao Chavan and Sharad Pawar has always remained, to share the power. They are the cultural Incarnation of Nehruvian.
But how can multiple incarnation exist simultaneously?
How Rama and Parashurama had existed simultaneously? God can go beyond the principle of physics. Similarly Nehruvian Congress is supposed to exist as multiple parties.
During emergency, Yashvant Rao Chavan had supported Indira Gandhi. When she got defeated, he deserted her party. When she won again he joined the same party.
Sharad has a culture to support any party which can serve his vested interest.
The undivided Shiv Sena had supported Emergency of Indira Gandhi as soon as she imposed.
What is the “Interest of Marathi Manoos”?
Is it not, one type of reservation?
Yes it is a reservation in job.
WHAT IS THE POSITION OF EMPLOYMENT
Nehruvian Congress has established a culture that the jobs, and mainly the government jobs, are for Charity.
If the governance is corrupted, every system would be failed.
You can keep any types of entrance examination for entry in a service, it would be a failure.
e.g.
ONCE UPON A TIME (ONCE COULD BE VERY WELL MANY)
Once upon a time, a cash of one crore rupees was seized from the house of a Chairman of Public service Commission of Punjab. This gives you the appropriate message of functioning of the governance.
Even the GRE examinations which is being conducted by foreign institution, the cases of leakage of question papers occur. Off course it is good that the institution cancels the examinations and conducts re-examinations.
Once upon a time there was a news line on a rate of 2 Crore rupees for becoming a Rail Board Member. This amount was collected from GM West Zone by a Nephew of the then Railway Minister.
Case of Railway recruitment for Class-IV advertisement published in local newspapers of Bihar and not in vernacular papers of Maharashtra.
All the times, the railway stations of zone and or divisions in Western Zone get flooded with Bihari candidates. Look at as to how many number of Bhaiyaji working in Railways. Are Marathi Manoos not capable to function as Class-IV?
There was a case where MTNL Mumbai had to appoint 40 Stenographers. 39 candidates belonged to Kerala, were selected. A noise had been made by Shiv Sena. Was the noise not justified?
Similar could be the case with non-Marathi Mannoos also. Marathi Manoos too acts like this to some extent.
I was in Prabhadevi MTNL building. I noticed very few Gujaratis even in Class –III. The population of Gujarati in Mumbai is not less than 20 percent. At least 10 percent Gurajari Manoos could have been employed by Marathi Manoos in Mumbai. Gujarati Manoos are almost like Marathi Manoos in Mumbai. That is, they speak Marathi as well.
CONTRARY TO THIS, WAS NOTICED IN MUSCAT
In the building of Ministry of Communication in Muscat, more percentage of the Gujarati Manoos had been employed by the Muslim ruler of Oman than they are employed in Mumbai.
Now look at the Central Government Offices in any state barring Gujarat and Maharashtra, you would find, all most all local persons right from Class-III to Class-I. You cannot think of a non-local person employed by a local head of the office or industry.
Yes. As for UP and Bihar and North East states, the matter is little different.
In Bihar and UP you will find Bengali officers in good numbers. In North East you will find domination of Bengali speaking officers.
Bengali, Maravadi and Bihari would employ their own people in their shops or restaurants. Whereas a Gujarati would employ locals. That is why Khasi (the local people known as Khasi) would not trouble Gujarati during local riots.
As for North East states, the officers would say; “local people are lazy, and they do not like to work.”
As for Gujarat, the outsiders say: “Gujarati-s do not know English.”
But one should know about the English of Non-Gujarati peoples too. It is not remarkable. In fact the shortage of good correspondents is a worldwide phenomenon.
I can quote a lot examples on the English of Non-Gujarati-s. An ITS (Indian Telecom Services means who are recruited directly after passing a competitive examination) officer who once upon a time was in Material Management in the Directorate of Communication, Sanchar Bhavan, New Delhi. Since he was in Material Management, he was supposed to be good in English. This is because for constructing the specifications, in a tender, one has to be good in drafting. This officers was transferred to North East. The reason of transfer was not his English.
I found him, not able to write a letter promptly. He used to take full one day to prepare a final draft of a letter of one page, paper size A4.
I have worked under a lot ITS officers. Hardly 5 percent were worth for their post. I would like to mention only 3 remarkable Officers. One was excellent in every field. Another was excellent in strategy. Third one was good in relations.
First two were ITS officers, but they were Departmental Outsiders. Departmental outsider means they were already working in a lower post (Class III), but had been appointed to the cadre, as they passed the examination of ITS.
The government is run by IAS, ITS, IPS, IFS etc… officers. Their capability is nearly the same. Nearly the same, means they are not worth for the post they hold. If Narendra Modi is to scrap these cadres, it is not bad.
But what is the answer to the Subject issue “Marathi Manoos”?
It is only the mismanagement of bureaucrats and self-centeredness of politicians.
Why the states could not do development of their own?
Shiv Sena and MNS leaders are making Marathi Manoos fool. If this is not true then they themselves are fool.
What is the difference between a stray dog and a lion?
If you hit a dog by throwing a stone, the dog would run towards the stone. Lion would deal with the person who threw the stone.
Shiv Sena and MNS leaders are like stray dogs. They attack Hindi speaking entrants, instead of hitting Nehruvian Congress and NCP leaders.
The cause of unemployed Marathi Manoon, is Nehruvian Congress, its culturally allied leaders in UP, Bihar, Bengal and Maharashtra (NCP).
The unemployed persons coming from UP, Bihar, Bengal etc.. are not at any fault. They are starving there. They leave their homes, they leave their relatives, they leave their friends, when they come to Maharashtra or Gujarat. Their intention is not to trouble Marathi and Gujarati Manoos.
RESOURCES:
The water level in UP, Bihar, Bengal is not below 15 feet. Bihar has coal for 400 years. Bengal has forest. All of them have man power. What do you need for productions? Kashmir is called Heaven on the Earth. North East is called the land of Kuber the wealthiest king of India.
Marathi Manoos individually, are not bad. This is just like Vora and Khoja among Muslims who are not bad. But Muslim leaders defame the whole community. Similar is the case with Manoos of UP and Bihar.
Yes. As for infiltrators, the government should act high handedly.
Suppose, the development in India becomes very fast, and it is balanced also, then what should be the policy on Son of the Soil?
You should follow the policy of Gujarati business man. Employ the best suitable person on merits.
Even in Government services, if one is sincere, intelligent and hard worker, he/she would be in heavy demand. He/she would not be identify by a region to which he/she belongs. This is true only if the next superior is not self-centered.
JOB IS NOT A CHARITY
In Nehruvian Congress, by virtue of birth in Nehru family, the Number One power post is 100% reserved for Nehruvian progeny. This has produced parties with similar culture, in many states. This has spoiled the social and working culture in India.
