NEHRUVIANS HAVE SPOILED THE MINDSET OF INDIAN MUSLIMS

It is a matter of surprise that the Nehruvian Congress has become successful to instigate a big lot of Muslims, even on the matters not related with Hindu-Muslim relations, that the court case of “Triple Talaq” has been generated by Hindus.

AN EPISODE OF A BOOK SHOP

In a book stall of Islam, there was a display board, which was indicating the Issue of “Triple Talaq” is being misunderstood, and Muslims are not favoring the existing provision of Triple Talaq. We are ready to discuss. Please come and discuss with us. So far the display is concern, it is fine, that Muslims are ready to protect the human rights of Muslim women.

Just as a curiosity I asked whether the existing method of giving Talaq to a Muslim woman  by a Muslim man, simply by spelling out “Talaq Talaq Talaq”, has been supported by Koran or not? It was a simple question, which could have been replied under “Yes” or “No”.

But instead of this, the Muslim young man tried to explain at length. He said, it the misunderstanding and misinterpretation of our own Muslims of what really has been provided in Quran. Then he explained that there is provision of one month gap, between each word “Talaq”. We are ready to provide justice to our women. Why the Government should interfere?

The Muslim further added, “Look … we have our own marriage ritual. When the Government does not interfere in marriage ritual, why should it interfere in our system of “Talaq”? What is more important? “Marriage” or “Talaq”? Marriage is more important in the life than the “Talaq”. When the Government does not interfere in an important matter of “marriage” then why is it interfering in the less important matter of “Talaq”. Talaq is a personal matter. Two partners of the life, are not ready to live together. One person wants to be separated, how can we force him to live together? In Quran, there is a procedure as to how to deal with this matter of talaq. It asks the husband to say Talaq once. Then a time period is given for one month, during which the wife has to stay in the same house, so that both can rethink on the idea of separation. They have scope to improve their performance. Once again a time of one month is given after the spell out of second “Talaq”. Then ultimately the third time “Talaq” is spelled out. What is wrong in it?

Off course the Muslim was silent on the procedure which is being applied in practice with the Muslim woman. I had no interest to pose to put cross questions.

The Muslim continued. He said when the Government does not interfere into the injustice made to Hindu Dalits, Hindu women, why should it interfere into Muslims? Look … I can show you Manu-Smriti. How much injustice made to Dalits and women?

I tried to clarify, that Manu-Smriti is not a recognized book in Hindu religion. Recognized book is Veda and Bhagvat Geeta. Since the language of Veda is difficult to interpret, there is a simpler book named Bhagvat Geeta. However if there is a contradiction between Veda and Bhagvat Geeta, then what Veda has said, has to be accepted. Besides this Shankaracharya has said, that what Veda said, that contradicts to our experience then what experience tells us, is to be accepted. E.g. If Veda says Fire is cool and our experience says Fire is Hot, then Fire is Hot is to be accepted.

The Muslim was not interested in this matter, he said, “Look at Jasodaben …?”

I said “Jasodaben? Which Jasodaben.” I could not link Jasodaben to this topic

HAD JASODABEN BEEN MUSLIM

The Muslim said; “oh! You do not know Jasodaben? Jasodaben is the wife of our Narendra Modi. Had this Jasodaben been a Muslim, she could have already re-married to another person if Narendra Modi would have given her divorce.”

I said “Jasodaben and Narendra Modi had mutually agreed to remain separate. Narendra Modi had taken clearance from Jasodaben, to live their own lives in their own way. If Jasodaben asked divorce, it would have been given by Narendra Modi. What is wrong if two persons get separated with mutual understanding? Look at the episode of Buddha. Buddha had not even taken the permission from his wife and he had left her even without any intimation.

The Muslim fellow was suddenly stopped the discussion and said “oh it is my time for Namaza” I am going. He went away.

What the Muslim fellow reflected to me an impression which was quite uncalled. He linked Hindu religion in the matter of “Triple Talaq”.

WHY THIS IMPRESSION IS BEING CARRIED BY MAJORITY OF THE MUSLIMS?

The responsible person and party for generating this atmosphere and mind set of minorities, is Nehru and his party.

NEHRUVIAN CONGRESS HAS NO GUTS

Nehru though presenting himself as a logical person, he himself was lacking in logical interpretation. He wanted India to be a secular country. But what was his definition of “Secular”?

In accordance to his belief and action, the definition of “Secular” means “let the religious minorities live their lives in their own way. The Government and the Constitution will not interfere in their traditions, rituals and lives. Even if any interpretation needed, the interpretation on any religious tradition, rituals and rights will be accepted as has been interpreted by their religious priests. If the interpretation contradicts the human rights provided under the Indian Constitution, the constitutional provisions would be modify to respect the religion of the minority community.

According to the Nehru and his fellow men, the feeling of religious minority community should not be hurt in the name of the constitution of India. It is the liberty of the religious community to have the feeling that “their religion is First” and their religion is above the Indian constitution. Nehruvian Congress leaders and their cultural allies still carry the same interpretation what Nehru had made. Shah Bano case is the good example to read the mindset of these pseudo secular gangs.

IT WAS BEYOND THE INTELLIGENCE OF NEHRU

Nehru was skillful in playing political Dramas. He could do all his adventures during the struggle of independence, as he had a lot money, the money his father earned as a lawyer. This made him very much popular among second level leaders of Congress, because Nehru’s house was the rest house for them as and when they come to Allahabad. Nehru’s dramas made him popular in lower level lots. All these could happen in the pre-independence period. This effect continued for few years after independence too.

WHAT IS DEMOCRACY?

The meaning of democracy is “The truth is honored irrespective of which level it comes from”.

The Democracy is the place “where all are equal before law”

Is it necessary to have the act in regards to a religion for its code of conduct, on the plea to show the respect to that religion?

There is no need to have any Code pertaining to a religion. i.e. To have a Hindu Code, Muslim Code, Christian Code … all is humbug on the plea that Indian Constitution has respect towards other religions and thereby our constitution has the provisions to approve the religious code.

TAKE AN EXAMPLE OF HINDU CODE:

What does a code incorporate?

Marriage, Divorce and Succession.

Do we need such code?

Government must say;   we are least concern with the system, ritual and celebration that you adopt in regards to your marriage. We want you to follow the following procedure.

PROCEDURE FOR MARRIAGE

Both of you should submit an affidavit that (1) Our status is unmarried (2) We want to marry each other (3) Our permanent addresses are as under with photo(4) We herewith  pay Rs xxxx/- to publish notice for inviting any objection from public on our proposed marriage. (5) We will sign the document of the marriage in this office on this Date.

The office of the Department of Family Welfare or the Family Court, would publish a notice with details of Name, parents’ full name, Surname, photos of the coupe of the proposed marriage, addresses etc… in the three prominent local news papers.

The Government is least concern with the ritual, celebration or system what adopted or even not adopted by the couple.

PROCEDURE FOR DIVORCE

Similarly in case of a divorce, the couple would submit an application jointly or separately that they have agreed to be separated under the mutually agreed conditions. The couple would submit a proposed mutually agreed Draft of Agreement. In case of any absence of mutually agreed conditions, the case would be heard (which even now prevails) as usual and judgement would be given to provide justice to each one of the couple.

LAW OF SUCCESSION

In the matter of succession, one man can marry one girl only. The government cannot permit more than one wife at a time. A person must apply for a divorce to the existing partner before getting married to another.

As for the property, the wife has right to 1/3 share of the property of her husband or vice versa if the property is an earned property. If the property is an inherited property, the wife will have the 1/3 of the share of her husband’s share.  Off course 1/3 share is shown here as an example. It may be decided by the Court depending upon the liability.

Law of succession must be same for all the religion and communities. At present the law of succession is different for different communities. It is prone to become a fraud unless the matter is brought before the court of law.

No person can enjoy a right to his own benefit, harming others for no fault of others. A person includes a group, a community based on geography, language, region, religion or organization as the case may be.

WAS NEHRU INCOMPETENT?

Was Nehru incompetent to understand Human Rights and respect towards religion? Nehru was not only incompetent, he was not capable to understand what is meant by justice. He was simply pampering minority to get spoiled.

We do not need several Acts like “Right to Information”, “Right to freedom to express”, “Consumers Right”, “Right to service”, “Right to organize”, “Right to elect”, “Right to call back (though this right is inbuilt in right to elect, but the EC does not entertain this right on the plea of absence of procedure. This looks funny) etc. … provided the Court is capable to interpret all the expressed rights in the light of the human rights.

In short the Muslims need not abuse Hindu religion in the matter of Teen TALAQ, simply because the present BJP lead government does not follow the line of action of previous Nehruvian Congress lead Government.

NOT EVEN TWO. ONE AND ONE ONLY

ONE AND ONLY FUNDAMENTAL ENTITY WITH ONE AND ONLY ONE FUNDAMENTAL PROPERTY

NOT EVEN TWO. ONE AND ONE ONLY

As per Hindu Philosophy of “Adwait” formulated by Vedas and explained by Shankaracharya “Every thing is living thing”. There is nothing like non-living.

“He she it” the Soul is smallest of small, and “he she it” the God is largest, biggest and greatest of all, is the Cosmos. “He she it” the Fire (Rudra) came out of SAT (स‌‌‌त्)‌ alias Brahma (ब्रह्म ) in the form of Cosmos, some 15 billion years back. “He she it” is the living entity.

MICRO AND MACRO

We the Humans and all other so-called living are made of cells. All are living entities. The Cells are formed, sustained and died and get disintegrated. They are replaced by similar ones and “We are sustained as an unique and we remain as an alive being”.

In due course we too die and get disintegrated. But Cosmos remains as the one that one is unique. “He she it” the God alias Brahma alias the SAT (Shiva) remains unchanged but no body knows what it is.

The SAT has produced Cosmos from within. The Cosmos the God has been termed as Vishva Murthi (विश्वमूर्ति). This is a name of Rudra-Shiva, the lord-God Shiva.

He is devils, he is deva-s, he is each and he is all. He is the subject as “eater”, he is the object as “food” and he is the verb as “to eat”. This is the same for every subject, object and verb. He is the power, he is the field of strength and he is the force. He is the matter, he is the property and he is the space and he is beyond all these and beyond sensation of our body. 

I AM THE TRINITY

BORN, SAUSTAINED AND VANISHED (PRODUCES, SUSTAINS & VANISHES)

You, all others and I have come, will live and will get vanished. But we are as souls are not different. We feel, we are separate. But that is because, our body separates us from others.

It is like this. Space is the same, one and only one, but we find different space in a Jar covered with a lid. When we open the lid, the space becomes one, that is, it looks unified and merged with the space out side or so to say space of Cosmos.

The ignorance is the lid. The knowledge of Cosmos opens up the lid. Then we realize that we all are one and one only as a part and parcel of Vishva-Murthi (विश्वमूर्ति).

Therefore to have bitterness against anybody, spoils our mind and that becomes a sin. This bitterness is due to ignorance.  

NO BODY KNOWS WHAT IS SALVATION

As many have understood the aim of our life, is to attain ultimate, eternal and absolute pleasure i.e. Salvation (ब्रह्मानन्द or मोक्ष).

There are some ways to achieve salvation.

Our religion and Hindu philosophy says, the Salvation is the status of eternal absolute pleasure.

To attain Salvation or to unify our self with God, there are four ways:

DEPENDING UPON YOUR NATURE, HAVE YOUR CHOICE: WORSHIP TO ANY ONE, GOES TO ME, LIKE WATER GOES TO OCEAN

By devotion (भक्ति-योग),

By work as duty with sincerity (कर्म-योग)

By Yoga (राज योग)

By knowledge (જ્ઞાન  योग ) related with God (परमात्मा), Soul(आत्मा) and Cosmos (ब्रह्माण्ड) universe (जगत).

PLEASURE THROUGH KNOWLEDGE

It is the only human being which makes efforts to understand the universe:

As per Shankaracharya to attain pleasure through Knowledge is supreme.

UNIFIED THEORIES OF FIELD AND ENTITY

There is a proposed hypothesis on “Unified Field Theory” of Einstein, which can explain and combine all the fields (Electromagnetic, inter-nuclear strong field, nuclear radiation, Gravitational field) into one single field formula.

No body was successful in formulating the unified field theory till the end of last century. But very recently scientists have re-discovered and worked on what had been proposed by Ramanujam an Indian mathematician in early decades of last century about a Matrix formula of 22+4 dimensions.

As to what physicists understand to localize a spot in the universe we need four co-ordinates viz. X axis, Y-axis, Z-axis and a T (Time)-Axis.

But this is not universal. This is not for every object. Subatomic entities live in many other dimensions too. There are other 22 dimensions which are perpendicular to each other like X, Y and Z. We are not physically aware of them, as for us their values are very small. Further due to our mental limitation, status and physical tools (measuring /understanding instruments /equipments) we are unable to feel them experimentally. We can present the other dimensions mathematically only.

 ATOMIC MODEL THEN STANDARD MODEL OF QUARKS AND GLUONS:

Earlier there was “multiple-particle theory” on fundamental particles VIZ Atoms. But experiments carried by physicists went on discovering more and more fundamental particles. There was no end to the discovery of new fundamental particles. This was turned into to be much more than the number of new science graduates per year. Then the physicists formulated standard model of quarks, gluons, leptons . This resolved the problems of fundamental particles. But this could not formulate unification of all the four forces.

Scientists concentrated on single fundamental entity of which the Cosmos is made of. Say supper particle or super-string which spins or vibrates. The latter produces attraction or repulsion depending upon the relative positions of more than one of each.

SHANKARACHARYA STARTS FROM THIS STAGE

According to Shankaracharya there cannot be several fundamental entities. Because different entities cannot have any action and interactions among them. i.e. They cannot have any function to affect on others.

The Cosmos (ब्रह्माण्ड) is made of one main entity (आत्मा=प्राणः).  It appears made of many entities, but it is made of single fundamental entity (आत्मा=प्राणः).

This entity combines and recombines with each and other combination, under combination & permutation principle.

A combination when gets a body of sensation, it is termed as living organism. Or we say it a living organism. In fact every thing is living thing from super-string to Cosmos.

LIVING THING CANNOT BE PRODUCED FROM NON-LIVING

This is because, it is next to impossible to create a living thing by combinations of non-living things. There is no way whatsoever, to produce living thing from non-living things.

Traditionally called living organisms are made of cells (say fundamental entities of body). Every ONE of these living cells maintains its uniqueness. It has a flow of energy within it. Product of oxidation. We too as a unique entity maintain our “one-ness” due to the flow of energy within us. Our cells remains alive and can do their functions under specific range of temperature. 

Cells are formed in our body, cells perform their respective functions and in due course they get decomposed. But the cells reproduce their types. The old ones are replaced in our body and we remain as a unique entity. We have feeling of one-ness. That is though we are made of many living cells we feel that we are one and only one only.

Similarly Cosmos is made of traditionally called  a lot living non-living things. We are formed, we perform functions, we reproduce off-springs to replace us in due course, but the Cosmos (societies, earths, Solar systems, milky ways/star-systems, clusters) remains with their uniqueness.

e.g. We have water cycle including blood, Air cycle, Food cycle, flow of electromagnetic  waves in cells. We live for 100 years. Earth too, is a living organism. It has energy cycles. Water cycle, air cycle, magnetic cycle, temperature control, animal and plant cycle.  Earth was born some 5 billions year back. Still it is alive and would remain alive. Similar is the case with Sun and solar system and galaxy. Ultimately it has been extended to our space time universe where the Planks’ constant has a specific value. There are many other space time universes with different value of Planks’ constant. (What is Plank’s constant? Energy E, associated with a vibration V. i.e. E=h.V Here “h” has a fixed value universally.

The philosophy of Shankaracharya is extensive. But the difference is that though we say “This is my self (I am) (अह‌म्‌) ” we do not know anything about our self, whereas the cosmos knows everything.

WE SEE ONLY COSMOS: WE ARE BLIND IN OUR BODY

Though we are in our body, we are blind in our body. We cannot pin-point our location within our body. We neither can pin-point the constituents of our body within our body, neither we can have any control on their functions. We cannot move within our body. We know nothing, we see nothing inside our body.

There are more than millions of functions in our body. These functions are performed by our constituent limbs and cells. We hardly control a single digit functions of those millions.

Then who controls the millions of million of functions in the universe? Is it not Super soul परमात्मा?.

IT IS NOT BY CHANCE

Our body functions so much selectively, preventively, defensively, progressively, correctively and aggressively that we cannot say that all these is by chance. This is the case with all including Earth and others.

That is why we cannot discard the existence of God.  God has made laws and left the Cosmos to obey. No exception, no divine obligation.     

THERE IS A CAUSE FOR EVERY ACTION

Shankaracharya says there is a cause for every action. There is only one action whose cause is not known. That one is as to why the Brahma (ब्रह्म) created Cosmos (ब्रह्माण्ड)?

What is Shiva ? Shiva is  ब्रह्म.

What is Brahmana ब्राह्मण ? Brahaman means product of Brahma ब्रह्म  And as per Vedas Fire (अग्नि )  is Brahmana ब्राह्मण.

What is Fire (अग्नि ) ? Fire is body of Rudra (रुद्र).

What is Rudra? Rudra is Cosmos  (ब्रह्माण्ड).

What is Shiva-lingam? It is a symbol of Cosmos in the form of a live Fire Flame ज्योतिर्‌ लिंगम्‌.

Why it is called sexual male symbol? It is false. It is the symbol of a Flame. ज्योतिर्‌ लिंगम्‌ . Because the Cosmic God has produced Jagat it is termed as producer.

वाम मार्गी took the meaning other symbol as producer. Non-Hindus want to take pleasure and fun by interpreting  लिंगम्‌ as sexual symbol. 

What is jagat जगत? The inter-relative activities of feeling in the Cosmos is called Jagat.

Whether Jagat is Sat (स‌‌‌त्)‌ or Asat (असत्)‌.? Jagat is neither Sat nor Asat. It is illusion माया. It cannot be interpreted (अनिर्वचनीयम्‌).

How does Jagat function?

ईश्वरः सर्वभूतानां ऋदेशेर्जुन तिष्ठति,

भ्रामयन्ति सर्वभूतानि यंत्रारुढेन मायया

Shiva resides at the brain (of living organisms) and governs all (activities) by his created illusion.

What is the conclusion?

   ईशावास्यं ईदं सर्वं यत्किंचित्‌ जगत्यांजगत्‌

तेन त्यक्तेन भूंजिथाः मा गृध कस्यस्चि‌त्‌ धनं

Shiva dwells everywhere whatsoever.

Therefore avail what has been left by him for you. Do not pluck that belongs to somebody else.
