NEHRUVIANS AND MEDIA HAS BETRAYED THE PEOPLE
Nehruvian Congress and Media wants to defeat the aim of Anna and people
WHAT IS THE STAND OF NEHRUVIAN CONGRESS?
LOOK AT THE HISTORY:
We are already aware of the culture of Nehruvians and Nehruvian Party leaders from its top to bottom level.
Look at the recent behavior of Nehruvian Number One and Top leaders.
Several corruption cases came up and reported to the Prime Minister. Prime Minister took no intensive action. Matter had been taken to Supreme Court. Supreme Court issues directive and constituted special investigation team headed by Supreme Court judge.
Look at the scams: CWG, DMK and 2G scam where the Prime Minister wilfully neglected his constitutional duties and responsibilities, Adarsh Tower, Mishandling of food grains … it is a long and unparalleled list,
A Nehruvian progeny and his mom with her near relatives, are alleged on making money through un-authorised channels. E.g. 2G scam and they were on pay roll of KGB,
Case has been reported to the Prime Minister Man Mohan. The case will go to Supreme Court. Once again Supreme Court will give directive.
Could a common man afford to go to Supreme Court for justice?
LOOK AT THEIR AFFAIRS AT DEBATE IN PARLIAMENT.
Ms Shushma Swaraj of BJP raised a question as to why the authorised leaders of Nehruvian Congress had started ridiculing Anna Hazare who was launching a peaceful agitation and the government was ready to talk with him?
Kapi Sibbal the Nehruvian Congress Minister replies” You too ridiculed Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh?”
LET US HAVE LOGICAL ANALYSIS ON THIS.
First Point;
Had Anna ever ridicule Man Mohan? No.
Then there was no reason for any of the Nehruvian Congress leaders to ridicule Anna Hazare.
Second Point:
On what ground Man Mohan was ridiculed and or criticized?
He was ridiculed and criticized by not only BJP leaders but also by many people, for his own loose comments on the scams of his team, where he carried constitutional responsibilities, he neglected the duties. Even Supreme Court has criticized and ridiculed Man Mohan. E.g. “Was your Prime Minister sleeping for two years?”
Was there a case against Anna Hazare where Anaa Hazare was criticized by Supreme Court?
No.
Then the fun on these two persons is not comparable. Mr. Kapi Sibbal should have this much sense of comparison.
Third point:
Prime Minister is supposed to be ridiculed and or criticized.
Man Mohan by virtue of the post held by him under constitution, he is required to be corrected by the people, to prevent nation from anarchy.
If the Government is of the opinion that Anna Hazare has done anything illegal, the government instead of criticizing and putting false allegations on him, should have prosecuted him. Has the government initiated any proceedings according to the allegations?
A Big No.
Government has done nothing so far.
Not only this, but an other minister has recognized Anna Hazare as a Mahatma Gandhian leader. Therefore either the minister is wrong or the authority putting the allegation is wrong.
Both cannot be correct.
“Attack on opposition before they attack” says Culture of Nehruvian Congress: (Because they are not funding Nehruvian Congress leaders)
It is the culture of Nehruvian Congress recorded in its history to attack opposition.
Nehruvian Congress government does not like to function with proper culture of democracy.
There are off course many other points where the leaders of Nehruvian Congress have contradictions.
Nehruvian Congress leaders have chosen to attack on the persons whosoever is opposing them. These Nehruvian Congress leaders are determined to reply by attacks instead of going for communication with material and merits. These leaders have no respect for democratic values.
Look at their action against Anna Hazare (leave aside the episode of Baba Ramdev)
Anna Hazare had suggested several locations for peaceful protest against the Lok Pal Bill presented in parliament. Government denied all the locations. Then Government suggested an untraceable Park.
Government allotted JP Park initially. Then it put a lot of conditions. Anna said he would not accept any condition. He was arrested before he could reach there and launch his protest.
Court ordered for jail to Anna Hazare, under pressure of government. Then it revoked its own order under further pressure of government. (Matter needs to be investigated.
Anna launched agitation in Tihar Jail. He said he would not accept any condition but he is ready to talk. Earlier and meanwhile all Nehruvian Congress leaders abused Anna with personal allegations. Looking to the public support to Anna, government granted permission after 3 days to launch agitation from Ram Lila ground.
For every point, Anna Hazare and his team had to struggle for democratic rights and they could get the justice only after intervention of the High Court.
WHAT ROLL HAD BEEN OBSERVED FROM THE END OF MEDIA?
Indian Media is purchasable entity.
Although local media is afraid of foreign media. Foreign media is also watching the agitation. The local media does not want to miss its synthetic authenticity while presenting the minute to minute happening and inviting the so-called learned people and political analysts to discuss on some philosophical points related with agitation.
Media is trying tactfully to concentrate on philosophical and classical aspect of political science. Off course such points too, are synthetic and with the purpose of their own vested interest under joint venture with Nehruvian Congress leaders. The roll of such media persons has already been recorded. E.g. the phonic talk between Ms. Radia and Ms. Barkha in relation with lobbying on allotment of ministerial posts. Most people have heard and enjoyed this conversation.
WHAT CARE IS BEING TAKEN BY MEDIA WHILE COVERING THE EVENTS AND DISCUSSIONS?
Care is taken that the statements of BJP leaders should get minimum coverage. If there is a scope or chance, contradict them on flimsy ground and divert the discussion onto some other point.
Prevented BJP leader from taking any advantage out of the situation.
If time permits always raised the issue of saffron terrorism, Yedyurappa and Coffin.
Baba Ramdev should also not get any coverage.
Did not find a need to call Baba Ramdev and his team members for discussion or interview.
Avoided completely these two leaders. Viz. Dr. Subramanian Swami a prominent lawyer and Mr. Desh Bandhu Gupta a prominent leader and retired Income Tax Commissioner. (Because if the media calls them they would hilariously ridicule media and its joint venture partner Nehruvian Congress.
MEDIA HAS AVOIDED WILLFULLY & COMPLETELY, ANY DISCUSSION ON MATERIAL AND MERITS OF THE TWO DRAFTS OF LOK PAL BILLS.
Viz. Jan Lok Pal Bill submitted by Civil Society (constituted by the government) and the Lok Pal Bill (famous as Joke Pal Bill) prepared by the government committee.
MEDIA HAS PREFERRED TO DISCUSS;
Whether this agitation is launched by Anna or politicians?
Whether Anna’s agitation is comparable with Mahatma Gandhi’s agitation or not?
Whether Anna is modern Mahatma Gandhi or not?
Whether Anna believes in constitutional authority or not?
Whether the agitation is supported by middle class or by every class?
Whether the agitation is a part of democracy or it is a extra constitutional?
Whether the method of agitation will strengthen democracy or would it weaken the democracy
Whether the agitation is a momentary or transitory event or a bubble or would it bring some permanent result?
Whether the agitation would enforce extra-constitutional power towards anarchy or not?
Whether the agitation is comparable with the revolt of people of Egypt or not?
Media has willfully avoided the hatred of people against out of proportion corruption of UPA especially hatred against Nehruvian Congress leaders,
Media has willfully avoided the basic reason of public support to agitation which is scams of Nehruvians and Nehruvian Congress leaders and their allies,
RED MONEY RED MONEY IN JOINT VENTURE WITH DAUD
Media has willfully avoided point of black-red money lying in foreign banks in trillions of rupees in unauthorised accounts,
BLACK MONEY COLLECTED FROM DEALS
Media has willfully avoided every discussion on criticism of Supreme Court on non-governance of Nehruvian Congress Government. In fact this has played a significant roll to launch the wide spread agitation.
MEDIA HAS GENERALISED THE CORRUPTION ISSUE
Media has generalised the corruption issue, instead of targeting the Nehruvian Congress leaders who has played 99% roll in corruption.
Media has much more concentrated only on one item, i.e. of low level corruption. Media has willfully avoided every event of high level corruption and black money.
Most funny part of the media coverage is that none of the Congress allies are called for discussions. Similarly media is avoiding contacting MPs of UPA in individuals, to hide their say.
In short media has also the same aim and interest that of Nehruvian Congress leaders. That is vested interest.
What do people like me think on democracy?
Democracy is a system where truth is heard and honored, irrespective from which level does it come.
e.g. Rama and his ministry could not defend against the statement made by the washer man. (Read “Rama the real in flesh and blood” under the blogs of shirish-dave.sulekha.com). Thereby they had to follow the spirit of the washer man.
Civil Society has been recognised by the UPA ministry, thereby it has been recognised by the government, thereby the parliament is supposed to discuss the draft of the bill which has been prepared by the Civil Society members.
Otherwise also there is no ban on the parliament, to be open for any material discussion on merit.
There is no question or dispute can be raised on involvement of supremacy of Parliament versus Civil Society. Constitution is superior to Parliament. Human values are superior to Constitution. Constitution is for human values.
WE ARE HERE TO PROTECT OUR MONEY
In fact Nehruvians, Nehruvian Congress leaders and their allies want to save their red and black money lying in their foreign bank account. Media and UPA leaders must have executed a confidential non-closure joint venture agreement.
If this is not the truth Contact each MP individually and disclose his/her opinion on the both drafts point to point on merits. Corner them.
Ask them to resign to get fresh verdict.
If media will not do this, people will do this.
People had done this in 1973-74 in Gujarat. State Assembly was got dissolved.
WHAT SHOULD BE THE ROLL OF MEDIA?
Parliament is composed of elected members. Now each member is the representative of people its constituency. No political party had put up any draft of Lok Pal Bill before the voters nor any candidate at the time of election. Now the dispute is on the jurisdiction of Lok Pal and the power of Lok Pal. i.e.
There are certain aspects listed in the comparative statement of both the draft.
Let us take an example for logical discussion.
Whether Prime Minister should be covered under the jurisdiction of Lok Pal or not.

The Prime Minister is in fact most responsible authority. He has nearly full administrative power. The integrity of Prime Minister is supposed to be beyond doubt as he is responsible for every ministry. A special Committee can be form to look into the complaint against Prime Minister for scrutiny.

This is hypothetical and absolutely political. If any party becomes unable to select its leader in the parliament on resignation of the existing Prime Minister, than it is not the fault of people of nation who should allow the Prime Minister whose integrity is doubtful.
It may invite frequent general election.

If a party is unable to function with the High Command Working Committee, means a party has no democratic constitution which can allow the party to withstand on resignation of a leader. That means the party is not constituted with any principles, but it is group of some power hungry coterie. Or they party is not capable to function with common program. This means the members have no capacity and talent to function as an entity though initially they agreed to it. Thereby such party or union of parties can create an anarchy if it is allowed to continue to rule.
There by it would create an anarchy.

In fact if the Prime Minister is weak, lazy, wisdom less and autocrat can put the nation to anarchy. The Nehruvian Congress Prime Ministers are the proper examples who all the time carried the nation towards anarchy despite of and irrespective of absolute majority.
The nation cannot afford frequent election expenditure

Election expenditure can be brought to minimum by constituting Voters Councils under election reforms.
A Census commission can be constituted which would be again an independent Commission with independent staff like judiciary. This commission will look after all type of elections and conducting of meetings on single platform. This would also enrol citizens and members of every type of unions including the cooperative housing societies and labour unions) This would eliminate all types of frauds in union activities and housing societies.)
(Information Commission should also be made totally independent just like judiciary. At present Information Officers are from the concern department. These officers have tendency to provide least possible transparency)
Media should take video interview of every Member of Parliament and each one should be forced to give logical and convincing reply to the queries made on the comparison of the two drafts of Lok Pal Bill.
EACH MP SHOULD CLARIFY HIS STAND
WHY MUST WE INSIST ON LOGICAL AND EXTENSIVE REPLIES FROM MPS?
MPs are highly paid. Each MP is a liability on Public Fund. Rs. 90000/- is paid to each MP per month as salary plus free accommodation and a lot perks. Besides this for 5 years of membership the MP gets life time pension. This fund runs in billions. We do know and we have not so far insisted upon any duties and responsibilities. Now each MP should be made responsible for the precise answers to our queries. Each MP is supposed to read and understand the merits and de-merits of both the drafts. If any MP fails to give answer he must resign.

No politician or senior officer ever goes to jail despite huge evidence because Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) and CBI directly come under the government. Before starting investigation or initiating prosecution in any case, they have to take permission from the same bosses, against whom the case has to be investigated.
System Proposed by civil society
Lokpal at centre and Lokayukta at state level will be independent bodies. ACB and CBI will be merged into these bodies. They will have power to initiate investigations and prosecution against any officer or politician without needing anyoneⳠpermission. Investigation should be completed within 1 year and trial to get over in next 1 year. Within two years, the corrupt should go to jail.
Existing System
No corrupt officer is dismissed from the job because Central Vigilance Commission, which is supposed to dismiss corrupt officers, is only an advisory body. Whenever it advises government to dismiss any senior corrupt officer, its advice is never implemented.
System Proposed by civil society
Lokpal and Lokayukta will have complete powers to order dismissal of a corrupt officer. CVC and all departmental vigilance will be merged into Lokpal and state vigilance will be merged into Lokayukta.

No action is taken against corrupt judges because permission is required from the Chief Justice of India to even register an FIR against corrupt judges.

Lokpal & Lokayukta shall have powers to investigate and prosecute any judge without needing anyoneⳠpermission.

Nowhere to go – People expose corruption but no action is taken on their complaints.

There is so much corruption within CBI and vigilance departments. Their functioning is so secret that it encourages corruption within these agencies.

All investigations in Lokpal & Lokayukta shall be transparent. After completion of investigation, all case records shall be open to public. Complaint against any staff of Lokpal & Lokayukta shall be enquired and punishment announced within two months.

Weak and corrupt people are appointed as heads of anti-corruption agencies.

Politicians will have absolutely no say in selections of Chairperson and members of Lokpal & Lokayukta. Selections will take place through a transparent and public participatory process.

Citizens face harassment in government offices. Sometimes they are forced to pay bribes. One can only complaint to senior officers. No action is taken on complaints because senior officers also get their cut.

Lokpal & Lokayukta will get public grievances resolved in time bound manner, impose a penalty of Rs 250 per day of delay to be deducted from the salary of guilty officer and award that amount as compensation to the aggrieved citizen.

Nothing in law to recover ill gotten wealth. A corrupt person can come out of jail and enjoy that money.

Loss caused to the government due to corruption will be recovered from all accused.

Small punishment for corruption- Punishment for corruption is minimum 6 months and maximum 7 years.
